I pointed out the damage to staff and asked whether they could offer a discount given the condition of the product. I was told they would only sell it at full price. Since there were no other grills available, I left without making a purchase. What concerned me most was that the damaged grill remained on the sales floor and continued to be offered for sale. Afterward, I contacted the company to share my concerns and give them an opportunity to address the situation. Unfortunately, I never received a response--not even a simple acknowledgment that my message had been received. I understand that inventory issues happen, but I was disappointed by both the decision to sell damaged merchandise at full price and the complete lack of follow-up afterward. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Oh how we LOVE Publix... especially their fresh made SUBS!…read more Stopped in to grab some subs for lunch after visiting Hero's Community Park. The 2 ladies working the sub counter are WONDERFUL! I made a request for a chicken parm sub (adding marinara to their chicken tender sub). Despite not having marinara sauce in their sub shop, they ran over the the aisle with the pasta sauce and GRABBED A JAR, opened it and made us a chicken parm sub! That's amazing customer service! Bonus that whole chicken tender subs were their special sub of the week and had a $3 discount making them $6.99 EACH! That's unreal! (After our initial chicken tender sub, in which the tenders are chopped up, we requested the tenders kept whole and my husband and I both agree we preferred the tenders WHOLE.) We grabbed a few other groceries while here including Lays chips which were buy one get one free. Since we're from out of town, I asked if the sale prices needed a store card and good news is that you don't! In addition to the sub shop workers here, the other employees are so friendly as well! The cashier was lovely and the guy who bagged our groceries was wonderful as well! We WILL be back this week!! Publix you're the best!

This is a deluxe seafood salad so it has more than Krab meat (surimi) - It has baby shrimps in it along with bits of celery. Slight of bits of red onions but barely in there. But the taste of this seafood salad is delicious. Its great paired with crackers and eat it like a dip. As far as the meat department - I come here often for steaks, pork chops, pork ribs. The meat selection here and the taste for me is better than Costco. It is pricier because its not bulk but the taste and quality makes up for it. They offer butcher slicing when requested. I often ask for this service for ribs that I need cut through the bones to cook for stews or soups. They only lack customer service in the meat butcher area depends on who is the butcher. But most of the time - They offer kind services for your request.

Living in Celebration, we had heard of this pharmacy but had yet to stop by. We were greeted by the pharmacist on duty, Dr. Turner (one of the Turner brothers). We were given a welcome gift bag after registering our info to pick up the Rx, which was waiting for us less than an hour after it was called in. This welcome bag included a weekly pill container, a package of Kleenex, a small eyeglass repair kit, a toothbrush, nail clippers, chapstick, a pen and some informational fliers. This is a family owned pharmacy, and Dr. Turner told us they have been servicing the Disney area for 40 years, and have been in this celebration location since 2009. They were fully stocked with toilet paper, Clorox, cleaning supplies, and Lysol - which are increasingly hard to get items during these times of Covid. The store policy requires face masks to enter the store, but they also had some disposable masks for sale in the event you came without. The staff was friendly and helpful and we learned they are open 7 days a week, even on holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving! They deliver meds to your house or nearby hotel and they are a compounding pharmacy as well. We will definitely be coming back to Turners and recommend this pharmacy to anyone visiting the parks or live nearby.

I tried this pharmacy after trying 8 others, calling my insurance company for recommendations and trying out of state pharmacies. My doctor had written me a prescription for a compound cream for foot and no one seemed to be able to make it. After multiple attempts with different locations I called this pharmacy and am so happy I did. I faxed everything over, they called me back and the cream was ready in two days. When it wasn't ready in one day they offered to drive it to my home when it was. What! Now, that is great customer service! Great old time looking place that you remember from growing up. A true pharmacy. Good deals on vitamins. This pharmacy is located in a strip mall with a gold's gym, outback and sushi restaurant. To be honest, I have visited this strip on many many occasions and never paid attention to it. I will now, I will continue to use them for all of my pharmacy need.

Also, some items had the expired sale price listed, and therefore again rang up more expensive at the register... but they honored the sale price since they forgot to take them down. First, the good: the prices are great, the products are very good, and BJ's is a solid place for bulk purchases and warranties on things like TVs. Gas is one of the biggest reasons we continue coming here. Inside they are very clean and stocked. It is consistently cheaper than surround gas stations, and when you combine that with the right coupons, the savings can be excellent. Now the bad. The outside of this location frequently looks dirty. BJ's distributes so many coupons that they end up left in carts and scattered throughout the parking lot. The gas lines are also consistently long. I understand Florida is HOT, but the attendant spends a lot of time inside while traffic backs up toward the main road. I've actually put on a vest once myself and helped direct the cars--it took about two minutes to get things moving. Customers shouldn't have to do that. Today's experience is what prompted this review. As we were leaving, my wife made herself a coffee and accidentally spilled it. Let me make this very clear: my wife made the mistake. She immediately went to get something and began cleaning up her own spill. I blocked carts/customers so they wouldn't step in the mess. An employee handed her paper towels but didn't offer to help, put out a wet-floor sign, or even ask whether she needed assistance. My wife cleaned the entire mess herself and we went on our way. The concern isn't that an employee should clean up after every customer. It's customer care and safety. I believe if you make a mess or break it- handle it but the store should help. Maybe bring you a trash can or hand you a towel. A liquid spill on a store floor should get an employee's attention--not only because of cleanliness, but because another customer could slip and fall. This isn't Publix, and I don't expect every store to provide the same level of service. But sometimes it feels like the priority here is completing the task in front of you rather than noticing the customer or what's happening around you. BJ's offers great prices, great fuel savings, and good products. That's why we continue to shop here. But when it comes to above-and-beyond customer service, keep your expectations realistic: get your goods, save some money, fill up your tank, and head home. As a shopper know your stores! There is always something you can get out of each store. Three stars = great prices, poor customer service.

This store has gone downhill. They have moldy cheese in the coolers. People remove perishable items…read morefrom their carts and they're left sitting near the registers then placed back in the coolers. Theresa, a supervisor, thinks her main goal in life is to argue with customers while the check out lines back up endlessly. The bathrooms are constantly disgusting. One sink has beef broken for over a year. I complained to corporate about several moldy items and they said someone from the store would contact me, they never did. Clearly they lost their previous manager and long time employees. The current staff members just seem miserable.
