Did a pick up print order and it had extra ink stains on it so I asked them to reprint it, the worker couldn't find any more of the paper which is insane considering it's a print store, she went upstairs to look and I waited for about 15 minutes before she called her coworker to tell me that they couldn't find any - right when she did her coworker found them. They reprinted it and it was worse than before, then they reprinted it again and it still had ink but it was about a half hour since coming and I was ready to go. They were so unorganized and had a rude attitude, I'd never come to this location again even if I had to. read more

They do not care for their customers and they will treat you like garbage. Both of the manager there are WORTHLESS they really do not serve a purpose there at all, if you think you will get any type of help, understanding or resolution from The managers you have come to the wrong place, they do not take accountability when they are in the wrong, and are not afraid to call clients liars when the clients call them out on their mistake. So this review is strictly for the pharmacy. I'm not sure what's going on with this location but the lines for waiting to drop off/pick up medication is absolutely ridiculous. It's like a miracle if you pull up and no one is in line or if you pull up and move at a decent pace. I understand people need to wait for medications to mix, and etc but even at other locations they aren't even this slow. The amount of gas just being wasted sitting and waiting ugh read more

I went in for a Vaccination. It says on their website that they accepted walk ins. I got there and there was a line. I waited in line for twenty minutes. The guy in front of me told me he called ahead to ensure they would accept walk ins. However, when we got to the front of the line to be next vaccinated. They told us to register and it was too late to do walk ins or register. We have been in line the entire time. What a waste of time. I snapped a couple pictures of their pharmacy. And began to walk out the store. The employees prevented me from leaving the store and called the cops on me. Luckily the cops came and allowed me to leave stated that this was a public place where I can take pictures. I hope no one goes in this store to experience what I did. read more

I brought a prescription here because my cvs closed at 6pm. I arrived here at 6:15 and dropped it off to be filled. They informed me that it would take 1 1/2 hours. I came back and they forgot about it and then told me it would take another hour. After which they forgot about it again. They tried to convince me to wait another hour. I just took my prescription back and figured it would be easier to just get it filled at mine the next day. I'm extremely frustrated with this experience and have no plans on returning. read more

While the first person that helped us was great the second person acted as if she was bothered by us. We were looking for a nebulizer machine. She told us we could only get at a CVS hub and to Google CVS HUB and that we would need a prescription for one. We though it was odd but we were from out of state. FIRST YOU DO NOT NEED A PRESCRIPTION!!!! We found this out after going back to doctor to wait almost an hour for said script. SECOND CVS hub is actually CVS health hub. We found that by accident after spending 30 minutes online looking. Do your self a favor and stay away. Especially if you are from out of state!!!! read more

Yesterday I went to the window to pick up my medicine that they had sent the notification that it was ready and I waited 20 minutes inside the car and then told me to take a ride while I was completely prepared. After I went inside, the girl told me that the young woman who was at the window had not placed the order and it had to be 35 minutes. I complained to him and did not take importance to him and I left. Again they sent me the message that the medicine was ready. The girl who attended me came back, she was not friendly and the doctor was not very friendly, very haughty. She also scold her co-workers since they had sold something that they didn't have. Please please please!! get your pharmacy organized and when there's a line another cashier. This place cranks out scripts and when you go to pickup the cashier has to hunt through all kinds of baskets, tubs and shelves to find yours. Could take a half hour to finally get it. And this is after waiting 40+ minutes on line. People are sick and deserve better service CVS! Company makes big bucks and should have enough people working to get people in and out in a reasonable time frame. I had a mom and pop pharmacy who were fantastic but after getting cancer CVS was closer to my home so I switched. I'm regretting my decision. YOU CAN DO BETTER! read more

231/100 in 2016 challenge Great location. On the corner of a main intersection in Kissimmee. This location is open 24/7. The parking lot is huge. It is a stand alone store directly on the corner. It is an older location but very well maintained. Large in size, well stocked. I have been here on a few occasions and have always had a pleasant experience with the staff in general. Bathrooms were clean. Set up is as most CVS's are hair, makeup and beauty items on the right and food, candy on the left with the refrigerators along the wall on the left. Pharmacy of course in the back of the store. Tech in the pharmacy was very helpful answering my questions and making suggestions for which over the counter medicine were better for what I needed. Worst pharmacy ever.. always an issue.. they won't call you if they can't refill a prescription. I show up a day after it was suppose to be ready and they haven't done anything in getting insurance authorization.. and then state there's no phone number but they have texted me in the past about other prescriptions being ready.. after I showed proved they fight with me saying it's listed as a "home" number not mobile.. either way they had a number to communicate! This isn't the first time with issues... they also make you wait for a long time before attending you. Im changing pharmacies and will travel a little further for less headache. read more

While the location may be great ...I visited location late morning and the line wait was horrible. There was one cashier for about 10 customers in line and the Pharmacy line was just as long of a wait. Managers should probably have two cashiers for the front of store considering the customer traffic. Other than that store was very organized and clean also was able to get a good deal on item. read more

Mr. Morris goes the extra for the elderly when they do not see a product at the shelves and makes time to go to the stock room or the back area to see if the product is available. I had a very sick son on May 10th. I left the drs office at 8:40pm I arrived at this cvs at 8:45pm I walked in and nobody greeted me for about 10 minutes. Then someone finally addressed me.the young lady advised me that it would be a 15 minute wait. So I waited 30 minutes then went though the drive through waited another 15 minutes and the the person in the window told me that my sick sons meds would no be ready for 30 minutes so I waited 45 minutes and went to the drive through again after another 40 minutes and the manager said he was sorry for the wait. I was upset but ok until I got my sons medicine in a paper bag that ripped open and all my sons meds fell on the ground. ....8:45pm - 12:00am. For meds for my sick 2 year old NEVER AGAIN read more
