My biggest tip is to get there before 11 a.m.--the parking lot fills up fast and can get a little chaotic later in the day. The store is consistently well stocked with everything on my shopping list, including all of my Trader Joe's favorites, and I rarely have to deal with empty shelves. The crew members are always friendly, helpful, and keep things running smoothly. Even when the store is busy, the checkout process is quick and seamless thanks to how efficiently they move the lines. If you're shopping at this location, an early morning visit is definitely the way to go.

Sure, I love walking around and purchasing maybe $40 worth of snacks and produce, but the problem becomes that I can't buy toilet paper, dish soap, or other common goods there really. Also, of course there is the parking problem. This location is honestly better than others, but there is still nowhere near enough parking to meet the daily demand. Since the restaurant was bought out it has been slightly better, but it would only really improve of a garage was built.

There are multiple registers available but they are never open. There are also a few employees at this location who are just plain rude. I had another time going there and the store was not opened on time because the employees were late. Then when they did show up there was a line waiting outside and the two employees acted like it was a joke. On a positive note the store is always clean and I haven't had issues with expired food like I have at Publix. I just wish the shopping experience would become a little less chaotic then it typically is.

It is basically a more scaled down version of Whole Foods that offers more organic and specialty foods than your typical grocery store. So, instead of only being able to get regular ground coffee, you can buy slightly more expensive organic and ethically sourced coffee for instance. My only gripe with this location is that it is near the dreaded Sand Lake intersection, which is messed up no matter what time of day it is. I think I would be open to shopping here more if it was in an easier to navigate shopping plaza.

Today, August 30, 2026, at approximately 2 PM, we visited BJ's. There are good things about this…read morelocation, but also some areas that need improvement. First, the good: the prices are great, the products are very good, and BJ's is a solid place for bulk purchases and warranties on things like TVs. Gas is one of the biggest reasons we continue coming here. Inside they are very clean and stocked. It is consistently cheaper than surround gas stations, and when you combine that with the right coupons, the savings can be excellent. Now the bad. The outside of this location frequently looks dirty. BJ's distributes so many coupons that they end up left in carts and scattered throughout the parking lot. The gas lines are also consistently long. I understand Florida is HOT, but the attendant spends a lot of time inside while traffic backs up toward the main road. I've actually put on a vest once myself and helped direct the cars--it took about two minutes to get things moving. Customers shouldn't have to do that. Today's experience is what prompted this review. As we were leaving, my wife made herself a coffee and accidentally spilled it. Let me make this very clear: my wife made the mistake. She immediately went to get something and began cleaning up her own spill. I blocked carts/customers so they wouldn't step in the mess. An employee handed her paper towels but didn't offer to help, put out a wet-floor sign, or even ask whether she needed assistance. My wife cleaned the entire mess herself and we went on our way. The concern isn't that an employee should clean up after every customer. It's customer care and safety. I believe if you make a mess or break it- handle it but the store should help. Maybe bring you a trash can or hand you a towel. A liquid spill on a store floor should get an employee's attention--not only because of cleanliness, but because another customer could slip and fall. This isn't Publix, and I don't expect every store to provide the same level of service. But sometimes it feels like the priority here is completing the task in front of you rather than noticing the customer or what's happening around you. BJ's offers great prices, great fuel savings, and good products. That's why we continue to shop here. But when it comes to above-and-beyond customer service, keep your expectations realistic: get your goods, save some money, fill up your tank, and head home. As a shopper know your stores! There is always something you can get out of each store. Three stars = great prices, poor customer service.

While I do prefer the Winter Park location (as it is also near some other eateries and shopping areas), this location is the one nearest to my home. It is located off a busy thoroughway, so it does get a little tricky to get here at times. There's a good amount of parking. It does, like most of their locations, get pretty busy, but for the most part, you can usually always find parking. The staff is kind and helpful (when and if needed). The food options/varieties are great! As with their other locations, they offer various cuisine types for just about everyone. This is also inclusive of their dining options (i.e., their hot and cold bars, bakery, and the like). They have a range of household items, personal care items, toiletries, groceries, and so forth. So, again, you can usually find most of what you need. As far as their dining options go, I've gotten a hot lunch from Whole Foods on numerous occasions. I never eat there, but you can if you'd like, as they have a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating options to enjoy your meal. I'm usually not disappointed with the options. I also really enjoy a number of their soup options. The bakery is probably my favorite section! I'm always leaving Whole Foods with something sweet. Nonetheless, Whole Foods is a great shopping experience. Again, they are pricey and are usually pretty busy, but it's usually always worth it.

It was a great explanation. We decided we had to look around and ended up buying a bunch of stuff! Their Prices are pretty reasonable with one item we purchased (pork wrapped in bacon) for only $2.50. Some things were a little bit More expensive but still very reasonable prices. I definitely think this is going to be our place to go for proteins. I can't wait to try and make some bison chili, recommend by Jose! The store is laid out really well, it's organized, color coded and everything is labeled. It's also very clean inside. They do sell a lot of unique seasoning, we also picked up a blackening seasoning and a sweet basil and garlic as well as the Taco Seasoning and Chicago Chop. I am very thankful for coming in the store finally, since it has allowed us to find a new spot for grocery shopping! We will also be taking them up on their delivery! Thank you Wild Fork for a great experience, thank you Jose for your great details. We cant wait to get cooking!
