Possibly THE fanciest of all Trader's I've ever been to, however I have noticed that people in Florida park atrociously, like bad bad. Super bad. Too bad I didn't have the photo of the parker-person at Publix in Orlando. My jaw dropped open, how can people park like this? Don't they know they park badly? Do they care? Probably not. And for the privacy of this BAD PARKER the license plate has purposely been blurred out, to protect the identity of Those Who Cannot Park And Don't Care. As soon as you walk in, BOOM - Mike's Hot Honey display! Thank you! I didn't know Mike's Hot Honey made this many things! If it wasn't for this large display, I wouldn't have known all the cool new things Mike's has created for us: hot honey popcorn, hot honey syrup! It worked, because I purchased several bags, but packing them was a ^%$%#$ because it took up so much space! Lesson learned, do not buy popcorn as gifts. The organic bread does not mold. We accidently left a loaf on top of the garage fridge and found it a week later. Looks great! So, I was puzzled why it wasn't molded. Review only for the Japanese Cheesecakes. These are GOOD. $3 and some change for 2 cheesecakes size of a hand palm. Uncle Tetsu is a Japanese Cheesecake franchise known in a few areas of USA and I encountered the one at Daly City in the serramonte mall. Its similar to these but I favor these better. Anyway back to these cakes - They are soo soft and lightly sweet but def taste the cheese. They remind me of a filipino cake - Cheese Mamon. But these are more lighter fluffy texture. So light that you may end up eating more than 1 package! I will def buy more of these again and stock up when I crave a sweet treat from the fridge. read more

Y'all I am OBSESSED with Trader Joe's and often times frequent both this Dr. Phillips location and the one in Winter Park. This location is conveniently located in the restaurant row area with a good sized parking lot for easy access. Now... just like any other Trader Joe's this store does get very packed during the weekends so I always make it my best effort to go during the weekday when it's less busy. I do really enjoy how this store is laid out which feels a bit more spacious for easy navigation. I really enjoy their unique branded products especially their snacks and frozen foods. My hands down favorite has to be the soup dumplings and orange chicken which are both a "must get" every time I visit. They also even had their viral TJ lunchboxes the last time I went and had plenty in stock! I also have to note that their team members are top notch. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and always give great recommendations. If you never had a chance to visit a Trader Joe's... make sure you run not walk... you do not want to miss out! read more

Love Trader Joe's! This location is the easiest for me to get in and out of and relatively the same in distance from me, out in Clermont. Since Slate closed down, the parking has gotten so much better. The restaurant had reserved a whole row or 2 of the limited space parking lot for valet with its customers. My understanding is that Trader Joe's purchased the restaurant space. Haven't heard yet what they are going to do with it. Maybe enlarge the current store? The store is usually well stocked with the items I like to buy there... cheese, meats, garlic spread, produce, condiments and lavender hand spray. If you don't like an item, they have a guarantee, which is nice. I've only had to return an item once but it's nice knowing there is an option. My only complaint is that it is a bit far from my city. Not holding my breath but hoping they open a location soon in Clermont. read more

I shopped at Trader Joe's while visiting Orlando and staying at a nearby resort with a full kitchen. This location was about 10 minutes away. I purchased yogurt, bananas, a small OJ and frozen chocolate croissants. They had everything I was looking for. The style of the outside was different than my usual Trader Joe's in Jacksonville. I could tell it was a newer store. The staff were friendly and check out was fast. I highly recommend giving Trader Joe's a try! read more

I've been a loyal Trader Joe's customer for years and often travel 45 minutes to purchase the salmon dog treats my dog can safely eat. I usually stock up while leaving some on the shelf for others, and I call ahead when possible to avoid restocking issues. During a recent visit, an employee named loudly told me, "Save some of those for my customers -- don't take them all." His comment embarrassed me in front of other shoppers and made me feel humiliated, even though I am a paying customer with specific needs for my dog. I've always loved Trader Joe's for its products but this location lacks customer service and appreciation. I know in advance that l'll be traveling to your area, I always call ahead and ask to have the salmon treats boxed or bagged so the team doesn't have to restock shelves unnecessarily. However, there are times when my trip isn't planned, and I simply stop by to pick them up. His comment drew the attention of nearby shoppers, leaving me feeling embarrassed and humiliated. I calmly explained that I am a paying customer and that my dog's dietary needs make these treats essential. Unfortunately, the situation drew further attention from other shoppers, creating an uncomfortable and unnecessary scene. A customer actually walked to my car as I loaded my trunk and asked me why the Trader Joe's employee spoke to me so harshly. I guess he was having a bad day, still no excuse. read more

Best snacks, best quality greens and variety than any grocery store. I refuse to make a salad with romaine, why when Cruciferous crunch is right there! Dressing options, top tier. Grilled chicken in the same isle. Epicurean grocery vibes for the low! Did I mention the snacks! The best selection of snack combos no one else is making. Best freezer meals, best hybrid fruit selection. I love all the new variations. Ive eaten all the plums, apples, berries I can eat but a cherry plum, a plumquat, kiwi berry...sign me up. My only complaint is that the power if 7 juices can never stay on the shelves! I need a pallet sent to my house for personal consumption. No sugar, very much giving cold press juice vibes in a bigger container. The prices are unbeatable! Seasonal items, staple items, new items must try them all. And even better if you dont like it, bring it back and they will let you exchange or return it, no questions asked. Its a win-win! read more

I visit this location pretty often for the reasonable prices on in season flowers. The flower section is my favorite thing about the store. The next thing would be the customer service. Everyone is extremely pleasant, willing to assist you and give recommendations on what's the best products and how to care for your flowers. I am a big fan of Trader Joe's and came across this one while driving down Sand Lake road to avoid I4 traffic. The parking lot didn't seem as chaotic as the Winter Park one and the inside of the store was pretty big. Another great visit, buying more than I told myself I would. I saw that my favorite food was sold out, only to see right next to me an employee was opening a new box to restock - what perfect timing to turn around my visit! I'm not sure how often they get deliveries, but it was nice being there while they were restocking. I found almost everything I needed, only missing the heart shaped pasta I saw online at other stores. I've never been a big fan of Trader Joe's but they do have a lot of good foods that people enjoy. If you're trying to eat a bit healthier by medical standards they have a lot to offer. On this occasion we stopped in because my kid and their partner have some dietary issues and have been looking for someplace they can get more foods that will fit their diet. This was their first time visiting one of these stores and they actually found half a dozen items to try. I have some familiarity with their products but they have changed quite a bit through the years and are even carrying a better selection of gluten-free options which will work for my other child. Personally it's hard for me to find things here that I can eat because my dietary restrictions are much more unusual. I did find a few items that I was interested in and in the end all I walked out with was a bag of cranberries as I am doing a trial run of homemade cranberry sauce. The store was quite busy and most of the employees were very pleasant and friendly. Everything in the store is Walmart and shopping was not difficult. They have quite a few checkouts and the people manning them were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider shopping here just because of the service. What prohibits me most of all is pricing as I am on a very limited budget. read more

Yes they have a lot of items I like but to try to see what items are around with so many people, let alone the carts. Just find it NOT a great store. Bottom line, not worth the trip. read more

Great place to meet your needs whether it be just getting delicious healthy food, gluten free, Trader Joe's specialty items or just because it's way cheaper than other similar places (Looking at you Whole Foods). I come here weekly to add extra food for the week. I especially like the veggie hash mix which is already diced and great for salads or sautéed. Everything is great here and the wine is always a plus. They have surprisingly a good selection and that's if your paying $4 or more. Only draw back which is a Trader Joe's staple, which is parking. Come during off times or during the week or right when they open on the weekends. I have warned you, heed my advice. read more

Came today to get my sparkling juices! I always come once a month to get my favorite sparkling juices, I get the strawberry, pineapple and watermelon! Today when I walked in there was a beautiful fall/pumpkin set-up in the front of the grocery store! They have a bunch of pumpkin flavored things like pumpkin butter, pumpkin bread and even pumpkin spaghetti sauce! I love coming to Trader Joe's to try the new foods they have that are seasonal. Upon entering Trader Joe's this evening I technically only came for some fresh eucalyptus to hang above my showerhead; however I had to get a bottle of the spiced apple cider, I picked up some ghost and batch shaped potato chips, a whole loaf of pumpkin brioche bread, bananas for $.59 per pound and that is it. I only spent about $20 this trip and I consider that a win. The man at the counter checking me out was very nice he asked me why I liked their spiced cider and I told him it taste very good with bourbon and he told me he is immediately going to buy a bottle and have some at home- he also asked what I was going to do with a pumpkin brioche twist Friday and I told him I wanted to make pumpkin brioche French toast for my fiancé. The man at the counter was very nice when he checked me out. The ambience of Trader Joe's is like an upscale Whole Foods so most of the items are organic however they are very yummy!! I definitely recommend 10/10 read more

grocery TRADE We ventured here on a Sunday night post dinner to gather some snacks and breakfast foods for our upcoming stay at Disney World. Thankfully, our room at Saratoga Springs was equipped with a small kitchen area including a fridge and coffee maker. To stock our kitchen, we piled into our cart scones, chips, dips, brookies, coffee, tea, and fruit. In the end, we bought more than we should have, but I promise you dear reader nothing was wasted (we brought the leftover snacks on the plane to munch on). We also found some resuable bags at this store too. FAVORITES at Trader Joe's: Butter Waffle Cookies Corn Tortilla Chips, chili and lime flavor Brookie Beef Jerky (this is incredibly good! Earl Grey organic tea Trail mix SERVICE: Our cashier, Leo, was incredibly nice!! So friendly!! If this cashier gig doesn't work out for him, he could start his own detective agency as he easily deduced we were visiting from Hawaii (based on the amount and variety of goods were were buying. He said he can always tell!). BOTTOM LINE: A successful visit to Trader Joe's. Great service! Those chili and lime corn tortilla chips are so good! read more

HOLY WOW! I am officially on the Trader Joe's hype after my first visit yesterday. This grocery store is gorgeous and the prices aren't bad either. I was prepared for Whole Foods and Fresh Market prices, but for the quality of the items, the prices were much lower than expected. Service was phenomenal. Everyone was so nice! Kevin, our cashier, gave my friend and I pro-tips on what to eat with their cookie butter (which I have discovered all I need is a spoon for this stuff!) Favorite grocery store! I love Trader Joe's because they have things that I feel you cannot get at other places! I love the plant selection and the constant welcoming abundance of flowers! There's many varieties to make your own unique bouquet. I also love how when you come here, you may not always find what you're looking for. Popular items sell quick! They're constantly restocking throughout the day/week. There's always new things to try! Sometimes even your favorite things won't make a comeback and you're stuck trying new items! I typically come once a week or once every other week to get my must have items. I'm always open to trying new things when they have them. Check out their dips, cheese, and even their frozen goods. There's so many good things here. The employees are always incredibly nice, very upbeat. The only downfall is outside, the parking lot! The parking lot (as for many Trader Joe's) is very limited. The amazing thing that I just found out is, if the parking is full and slate (right next door) is doing valet, they will pay for the tip on the valet. Amazing! read more
