Target stores in the east coast make the ones in California look so puny. Seriously this one was ENORMOUS and I could not get over how big this store was. I just wanted some produce here so that was easy to find. There was also self checkout here too which is nice for these quick in and out trips. Came over to pick up a card game I verified was in stock on the website and confirmed its location in the store locator, but didn't find it. I asked an employee, who also couldn't find it, and then they said on the computer that the box must have been mislabeled and that they were out of that product. Not good, as that was the only reason I came over, as we were looking to play that particular game that evening. read more

Overall, I liked this target! They had a great selection of women's clothing, junior's clothing and baby clothing . They also have a very nice selection of candles, which is what I happened to be there looking for. And their candles are actually quite nice! You spend the money and you actually get what you're spending your money on. You bring them home and you can actually smell them all throughout your home. Which is more than I can say for most candles bought at stores that sell offbrand candles. The store was very clean and organized, and the staff was very polite. Though, I think target is getting kind of pricey, the candles were adequately priced. read more

They were open and operating with a limited occupancy capacity to keep things safer during this time. They have an associate at the door cleaning carts for re-use by customers, which was nice. You could tell they were cleaned and felt better using them. The store itself was clean and had a decent amount of stock on things outside of the usual missing items nowadays - toilet paper, sanitizer, wipes, etc. They also had a very small selection of toddler clothing options. Looks like they haven't had a shipment in awhile or they had a run on those items too. They do have a Disney merch section, which is nice cause their items are a LOT cheaper than on Disney property. We purchased a few items and went to the self-service line which had clear markets for 6' apart distance. They didn't have an associate cleaning the touch screens or key pads after each use, which would have been ideal, but we carry hand sani for instances like this anyways. Overall: B A-Ok location. They have what you might be looking for and are keeping things distanced and clean. read more

Wow . Talk about a disgusting experience. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to come to pick up the cashier displayed nothing but bad customer service skills. Spoke to three different people with the same annoyed tone of voice . Never saying have a good day or anything . Once we approached for our pickup order she just brought it out and started passing heavy items to my mother who is in a knee brace. When I asked why we can't use the cart she rudely told us go get our own .... No wonder this targets ratings are in the trash . You have terrible customer service !! read more

Ive been hunting certain items and had asked a team member to look them up and this store had plenty of them in stock. I was advised to call and check to save myself the drive, but after calling every department of this location not one department answered. So I made the trip to see for myself. The gentleman that helped me was great but they didn't have any of what I was looking for despite having multiple in stock. I wish they would have answered the phone and saved me the trip. read more

I worked at Target in California 5 years ago, so when I visit a store I come in with an extra set of eyes. This Target is located minutes from the theme parks in Kissimmee/Orlando and even offers a souvenir section if you are looking to save money. This location passed the eye test the minute the front doors opened. The floors were buffed and so clean the lights sparkled. The aisles were clean and organized. The thing that impressed me the most was the toy section looked real good considering we are a little over a week away from Christmas. I walked through the detergent section all the big bottles looked perfectly straight. This store looked freshly zoned and ready for customers. I've been in a few Super Walmart stores near Disney, they are always INSANE asylums and PACKED! Even mid day, the Walmarts are busy and on the weekends forget navigating a cart through the crowded aisles. This Super Target was empty when we stopped in around 3 PM on a weekday. We only came in here to pick up some socks that we forgot to pack for the vacation, but it was so easy to get out quickly. They also have some self checkouts, which I'm always happy to see at this type of retail establishment. This store did not seem to have as much WDW merchandise as the area Walmart did, BUT they did have some Florida souvenirs by the register. This Target features a grocery section, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Wine, Flowers and a CVS Pharmacy. It's quite large! This is great one stop shopping if you need to pick up some groceries, toiletries and clothing. If I stay in this area again, I'll definitely be back to this store. Such a pleasant overall experience compared to the neighborhood Walmart that makes me want to rip my hair out. read more

For years I strayed from Target because I always saw it as a little to pricey but now since they have added the cartwheel app and they carry a lot more Gluten Free products, they are a part of our weekly stop. The one thing I love most about shopping here is that I never have to guess where items are going to be week to week like I do at the Blue Box down the street. Everything is organized and the isles are clean and easy to manuever. Despite being in the middle of tourist central they don't get hit as hard as other places and I really like that. I also love that if I need my Starbucks fix, I can get that here too. After major Holidays there are always bargains to be found and if you shop the end caps there is always something on Clearance. Joe K and I arrived here bright and early with high hopes of finding an SD memory chip for my outdated Sony Cyber Shot camera. Being on vacation in Orlando was probably going to be a once in a lifetime event for me, and since my camera had run out of memory half way through our trip, we made a hopeful stop at this store. A photography store and a nearby Walmart didn't have what I needed, so coming here was a last minute effort, since we already had plans to see Disney's Animal Kingdom that day. And as luck would have it, this Target actually had my particular memory card in stock! I was thrilled to say the least! I'm fond of my camera, and almost thought I would be forced to buy a new one, which I wasn't prepared to do! Then, we continued through the store getting a few necessities, followed by a nice coffee break and scones at the Starbucks located within. I always enjoy shopping at any Target, and this one is no exception. There are lots of departments available for your every need. Prices are usually affordable and sales are even better! When we visit Disney, we usually do a big shop at Target on the first night and then prepare food to take into the parks for the duration of our stay. That way we save some cash and also give our kids much healthier options than Disney could ever offer. This Target is great for that purpose. Their grocery section is humongous! They have a great produce section and being a Super Target they have far more dry good offerings than typical branches have, organics, non GMO, even European foods. They seem to have it all. After food shopping, we walked around a bit and discovered their dedicated Disney section. This feature is atypical for Target and was a welcome surprise. Clothing prices in the Magic Kingdom are insane and very prohibitive; $60 for a kids hoodie and $30 for a kids shirt. Crazy! If you want to save some money, you can do what we did; buy some stuff here and desperately try to convince the kids that its the same as getting it in the park. Worked for me! read more

I was in last week to update my Consumer Cellular phone with a Sim card that never arrived in the mail so had to come to the store, buy a new one and install it. Michael, tech in your Kissimmee store, was very helpful and so very patient with me. The Sim card ended up being incompatible with my phone and Michael suggested a multitude of options. He went above and beyond my expectations and kept his sense of humor and patiently answered all my questions, some before I asked them. He is professional and knowledgeable! This is truly the worst target location. The workers can be kind but it's clear they mostly higher high schoolers, it's so unprofessional and unorganized. Every time I need help with purchasing electronics that are locked no one is in sight. Employees are too busy talking crap loudly about each-other on the floor to actually stock the shelves so you will waste your time looking for an item that is supposed to be shelved but is instead on a cart waiting to be put out by their employees. I also recommend avoiding the pick up option here, they will choose the worse options for the produce, I'm assuming to get rid of what's going bad first, I have received onions with mold on them, rotten strawberries, black bananas and the list goes on. Eggs will come cracked and packaging will constantly be damaged due to lack of care while bagging items. I also have never received a full correct order, there is always 3-6 items missing, sometimes I even receive an incorrect bag or two of random items from I'm assuming someone else's order! It's just a mess and disappointment from someone that has never had any issues with targets in the past. I wish they would properly train their employees on professionalism while in-front of guests and to take the time to ensure all orders are correct before sending them out for pickup. read more

This place is PACKED! Goodness. It's a bit frustrating cause EVERYWHERE you turn - there are people. And I don't think anyone knows how to move through "traffic" so you often end up watching people struggle to figure out how to reverse or move out of aisles. It's no big deal - but it's annoying after dealing with it a few times. And it's time consuming. This place is large though and they have a LOT of stuff - which i love! Groceries, clothing, houseware and that's nice to be able to come to one place and get everything i need. They don't have as many organic products as I'd like though. Especially their organic meat selection - they really don't have any to be honest. Which isn't great. They do have grass fed beef though. The cashier I got though, she deserves 5 stars. Her name is Tatiana and she is SO SOOO nice! She was quick, efficient, and still friendly. She easily talked to me and asked about me and then even talked to me about the benefits of the Target app (and I'm downloading it now girl! Lol you convinced me!) I may visit again, since it's close by. However, I'll try to see if there are "off" times cause it's just way too crowded for my liking. read more

Anytime between today i loved this store. But today was the end to me ever going back to their store. I will travel miles to go to another store. So i was at the check out where it is self check out. I had alot of items so i used two credit cards. I had the person come over because i had problem scanning an item. She was able to get it scanned. She than looked in my cart and said i had to pay for something that was in the cart. I told her at that time i paid with another credit card, did she want to see the receipt. She said no. I had already paid for the item with my credit card. The second receipt was for one item. If she had an problem with believing if i paid, or did'nt pay i would have been glad to show her the receipt like i asked her if she wanted to see it. As i paid for the last item and packed up all my items i was existing toward the back door. I see security. I know i did'nt have anything to worry about because i had my receipt and would'nt have expected that this worker had reported that the item was'nt paid for. So as i expected the security person who was doing his job on what he thought was possible someone not paying for item did stop me . He was very respectiful and asked me if i had an receipt for the item that this worker asked me if i paid for. I explained yes i have the receipt which i did show. I explained i did tell her that i used two cards and asked her if she wanted to see them. I than left. It's not a good feeling when you get stopped for possible stealing. It could have been avoided if she would have just looked at the receipt which i had in my hand. I have used this store for years and spead at least 500.00 a month in food and items. i felt embarrassed and i felt this could have be avoided. 25 years in law enforcement , stealing is not my way of paying for things. The security person did do his job . At no time was he disrespectiful at all. But maybe have an talk with your workers working in self check out for the real people that is stealing in front of their face. Because it happens ALL the time. If it wasn't for the fact that this location is the only place that had the item needed; I would've left. We walk up at 10:20pm, two people are behind customer service getting go backs. A woman radios who is at customer service because a guest (us) has just arrived. Another woman is overheard on the radio saying the button needs to be pushed to alert customer service. She was very condescending to the employee who was just trying to help. We get to the counter, she asked for my ID... my husband asked if I used my married name on purchase and that's when Melli pounced on me. Man, the attitude she gave me was down right rude. She was very short in her tone, no patience, rude, and condescending to me. Meli told me I should've added another pickup person to my account because unfortunately I am not able to pick it up. My name on target account is different than my license, due to just changing last name. I showed her my email, my target app, my license and she said yeah that's a problem - she continued to say that maybe I should've added my husbands name to the order to pick up. Well lady... I didn't realize it was an issue because my other regular target has NEVER done this to me. This is by far my least favorite store and because of how Meli treated us, we won't be returning. But the store inside is nice. They should have a service desk number in their list of numbers. Every extension had no answer. No more putting stuff on the bottom of the cart. This place is huge! ( that's what she said ) It's a Super Target! With a Starbucks. And a Pizza Hut! When I came here during my last visit to see my parents I was shocked at how enormous this store is. I guess living in Manhattan I'm used to smaller facilities. Funny though that even when it was prime time the place seemed empty. You can get some good deals and sales here on merchandise. Well stocked, clean, plenty of parking, and organized. One of the worst Target i have visited in Kissimmee. I was trying to find a item. Ask one team member for help, I didn't even finish what I was asking for and said they don't have it. I went to the find items machine to Search it said it had 2. Ask for team member help with the same machine and 20min waiting and no team member shows up. I had to go to customer service even after seeing two team members just taking and pretending to be busy. I talk to the team member in customer services I explain the situation and she call in the radio to another team member to check the items and she just say on the radio "for real" "seriously" and the customer service girl just put the volume down so we can hear the rest, and just say they don't have nothing, if it shows that is something in stock means the items are in the truck not in the stores. Are you for real? This people think that everyone here is a tourist. Really lazy people. Don't expect any help from any team members in this target. read more

I don't get the infatuation with Target. My daughter loves to come here, but most items are more expensive here than anywhere else. There is an illusion of savings that isn't there. Google most any item and you can find it less expensive somewhere else. It is convenient that I can buy swimwear, a chair and groceries at the same place, but I can do that at wal-mart for significantly less money. The staff is never friendly, and when you as a question they act as if I am an inconvenience. This store, like most other Target stores, just isn't for me. If I am paying a premium price for an item I can get elsewhere cheaper the staff should be nicer. read more

Stay away from this store unless you love standing in checkout lines. They do not open enough registers to keep thing moving. Even the self service line is ridiculously long. People should not have to 25 to 30 minutes just to pay. Update: apparently I was being too generous. Target is great for holiday decorations. I can not tell you how many times I have gone for lights or trinkets. They always have a great selection of everything needed for whatever holiday is at that moment. Service wise they are always absent unless you are at the register. Well, there are exceptions. In their higher priced areas like Entertainment, there are usually a few people there. read more

Is there anyway to leave less than one star? My husband and I tried to go to target. We couldn't get past the MASK POLICE. They would not allow us in without a mask. You would think if a company wanted to do business they would have a box of disposable masks available to let shoppers shop. It's not government mandated that everyone has to wear a mask and it seems ridiculous that this is getting so far out of hand. Admittedly if I could afford it I would come here more often. I do like their dollar section for cheap decorations for holidays. I went to this target as I needed a stroller for an unexpected trip I had to take to Orlando, upon arrival I asked for help in the baby section and a gentlemen by the name of John came over and not only did he go in the back and check if we had the item available but went way out of his way to help with everything I needed, this is the definition of customer service, we need more people like John! read more

This is the dirtiest target I have ever shopped in. The "super" part of the target had hardly any groceries. Shelves were empty in a lot of areas. Good were expiring that day or the next. Thank god Publix is down the street!!! The floors are even filthy and the staff appears old and overworked. Such a shame target. Oh and there at 24 registers with 3 opened. First of all, I couldn't be a more complicated customer. I'm wildly scatterbrained, in the sense that I've no idea WHAT I want I just know I can get it at Target. This Target is a Super Target, aka my personal adult playground. I was in my second phase of Christmas shopping, and so I wandered into the electronics section to search for a "techy" gift for a nephew. I think I stared at the same shelf for 10 minutes as the associates offered assistance numerous times, to which I declined. I really didn't want to burden an innocent salesperson with my chaotic indecisiveness. BUT THEN, Michael floated into frame. SAINT Michael. I thought I knew good customer service, but he blew me away. He patiently & respectively listened to my frantic rambling & guided me through for the better of thirty minutes. After feeling satisfied with my findings thus far, I needed one very specific final item which I couldn't locate on a shelf in home appliances. Now, bear in mind, Michael manages electronics... well, he took off, only to return 10 minutes later - lo and behold there it was in his arms! At a gorgeous price point, no less.
