The store is absolutely impeccable--spotless, beautifully laid out, and incredibly well organized. Every section is thoughtfully arranged, making it not only easy to find what you need, but genuinely enjoyable to browse. It's the kind of place where you walk in for one item and leave inspired to transform your entire home. The staff truly elevate the experience. They are courteous, patient, and genuinely attentive without ever being pushy. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and their knowledge makes a difference. Whether you have a specific project in mind or you're just exploring ideas, they guide you in a way that feels helpful and effortless. What I loved most is how inspiring the store is. It's not just about storage--it's about creating a more organized, functional, and peaceful environment. I found myself discovering so many smart solutions for both home and on-the-go organization that I hadn't even thought of before. On top of that, the entire experience is just easy. There's plenty of convenient parking, which makes getting in and out stress-free. Even the restrooms are spotless and well-maintained--something that really reflects the overall attention to detail and high standards of the store. Their exchange and return policy is another huge plus--simple, hassle-free, and customer-friendly, which gives you confidence when trying new products. This is more than just a retail store--it's an experience. Between the fantastic service, the immaculate environment, and the endless inspiration, it's quickly becoming one of my favorite places to shop. I'll definitely be back again and again.

I have a love-hate relationship with The Container Store…read more On one hand, I love the promise of order. On the other hand, I resent the fact that I now apparently need to buy a container to house another container of stuff. We are living in a time where you are expected to pour your perfectly good box of Cheerios into a more aesthetically pleasing box before placing it in your cupboard. I am really supposed to believe the original box is no longer acceptable? Enter The Container Store, which both soothes and triggers me. I am currently in what I can only describe as a soul crushing transitional phase of life. I have just moved. I do not have dressers yet. Not because I cannot buy them, but because I refuse to be trigger happy and purchase something I will regret. I am painfully picky about furniture. So instead of making a rash decision, I am living out of boxes. Yes. Boxes for clothes. Plastic containers for makeup. Random bins for food. It is not glamorous. I DO have a pantry... I'm in a new construction home.... everything is fresh, new and oh so not organized... This time, I am trying to approach it differently. Buy exactly what I need. Not the whole store. Just what serves a purpose right now. That is how I ended up with roller storage solutions, including a Hulken bag, which is actually kind of brilliant. It is sturdy, has wheels, looks cool, and currently houses clothes that either do not fit or need alterations. I can move it around easily, which in this dresser free existence feels like luxury. There are genuinely smart solutions in that store. The Elfa system is excellent. I have had California Closets before and loved them. There are plenty of closet systems out there that can transform a space into something functional and beautiful. But my core pain at the moment is simple. I do not have dressers. I cannot put anything away. Everything feels temporary, stacked, shifted, mobile. The Container Store gives you tools to create order. It just also reminds you how much order you do not currently have.

We arrived a few minutes before the appointed time and there was someone there before us who discovered that the time listed online was incorrect. We went and spent an hour elsewhere and came back. When we entered the store we were greeted by a salesperson and I explained what we were looking for. They showed us one that was in stock for the style we wanted but it was not what we were looking for. They went on their computer to see what was available that might fit our needs. I gave them some approximate measurements and we did some looking around. They showed us their best option that met our expanded criteria and I did some measuring. After some discussion we decided to go with a sofa and loveseat with recliners built in. They had a color that was in our wheelhouse for both pieces and could deliver before Christmas. We sat down to work out financing and were approved on the spot. We were in and out of the store in under an hour and were happy with our choice. It was not a high pressure sale but it was efficient and the salesperson was very friendly and personable. Our original plan was to visit at least a few stores and then decide what to buy but this experience worked out great. In the future I would definitely consider shopping here first for our furniture needs. Within a week we got the call to arrange delivery and we were able to set it up to meet our needs. We had great communication from them the whole time and our delivery arrived in the appointed window of time. When they showed up they were both wearing masks and did their best to social distance from us. We also wore masks for their protection. I showed them where We wanted them and they brought both pieces in. The furniture was wrapped tightly with furniture pads and plastic wrap which they unwrapped and placed where they needed to be. We were also given a care kit along with instructions for setting up the recliners. After a couple weeks we are very happy with the look and feel and our guests have been impressed with them too.

The ppl. who worked there were also really friendly & helpful including the person who checked me out @ the register, which made the visit even better. This location follows right along with that vibe for the chain overall. Luckily, this one is cleaner than some others in the area, but overall, there isn't much in the way of "organization" outside of the basic categories like kitchen, clothes, bedding, etc. Once you are in those general areas, the idea of finding things in any kind of order pretty much goes out the window. That being said, I can almost always find something fun at Ross. I especially enjoy the kitchen and bedding sections as they do really offer some great pricing. I'm dedicated to a good deal, and I don't mind looking for it. The clothes area is truly a hit or miss for me. I either find five shirts I want and take them all, or nothing that I want and leave empty handed. Overall: B Search for those finds and you'll be sure to discover something good, but if you're in a hurry, this isn't the place.
