I came into Hobby Lobby today just planning to browse, and somehow walked out with an entire collection of the cutest fake flowers ever! I stumbled across their UV-safe flowers, which means they won't fade in the sun, and I honestly couldn't resist. I ended up grabbing them in every single color they had. No regrets!! What really made the experience even better was the staff, they were all so friendly, helpful, and just genuinely nice. It made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. This is one of the stores you will not leave without purchasing an item! From the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out, there's decoration items everywhere. Love the scent the entire store has. The smell is fruity with a scent of flowers at the same time. I went to get a Hello Kitty gift and for my surprise, they had a bunch of items on clearance and my pockets were feeling amazing about it. This stores offer everything, from crafts, to toys, wall decor, books, furniture, etc. If you're looking to change your home decoration, or if you need to buy a gift for an occasion, this is an amazing starting point! read more

I love this cute little store. My wallet does not. Can't walk in here without buying more things and you could possibly have justify needing, but you only live once right? Today I actually have a purpose for coming in. I'm getting married in a few days and just looking for cute little wedding stuff that I've seen here 1 million times just never needed so super excited to be able to take advantage of their wedding stuff. I love all the seasonal things they always have. Just a happy little place. Great sewing department, the holidays always have unique items that don't feel cookie cutter like they do at other stores. Stopped in Hobby lobby this afternoon to check out their spring clearance sale. I got some polyester fabric, I got some stretchy fabric, I got some at chiffon fabric and finally I grabbed some net polyester. All of the fabric was in the clearance section and it was half the price of their marked price. I picked up a cute little Decour piece for four dollars in clearance and originally it was $41.99. I also picked up some paint for a serving tray project that I'm gonna be doing- as well as some sunflower card stock, and finally I grabbed some spring dream catchers as well as some acrylic paint for $.50 I did not take pictures of the inside however this hobby lobby is right next to the Academy sports place and next to the middle school behind the culvers near mall a millennia. 10/10 I definitely recommend this hobby lobby read more

Framing a picture can be quite trying. I think, most of the time, I don't want to do it because I don't have an idea of what I want to do, or i don't want to pay the crazy prices. So after seeing the rather high price from Michaels, I sure was reluctant to go anywhere. I decided to try 1 more place. We sauntered into HL, walked to the back and met a gentleman named Marshall. His picture-side manner was supportive, calm and he knew what he was doing. By the time we structured the mat, fillet and process, I was happy but still nervous. You never know how the price will come out. The price wasn't bad. Whew! He ordered everything and put it together when I brought in the art. It came out quite spectacular! Hope your experience is as great as ours was. Btw, he even fixed a woman's certificate she was framing for her husband, in minutes. I didn't mind a bit. read more

A-OK! They are a larger location with tons of merch and seasonal offerings. They were in the midst of changing over from Christmas holiday to Valentine's Day and Easter items when we were there, so it was a touch chaotic in the front area, no big thing - can't wait to see the new stuff! It's a crowded store that feels very 'busy' but it does give you a ton of options. I do paper crafts, sewing and Cricut stuff, so I like to look through those areas specifically, but we are also redoing our daughter's bathroom so I wanted to see if they had any cute wall decor. 2017's Yelp 100 Challenge 85/100 Went into Hobby Lobby today to get some estimates on custom frames, as well as lettering for a project I was doing for work. If you've never been to Hobby Lobby this place can be a bit overwhelming. I searched around for a while looking for letters & frames without a backing, & it took me a bit as there were no employees anywhere except at the registers. Once my coworker and I were able to locate what we needed, we took our purchases to the front where there was one register with about 8 folks in line, & another with a couple making a purchase. My coworker asked if the other register was open (as there was no indication), & the cashier replied "only for purchases, absolutely no returns". So myself & another lady moved to that line & began to wait. Another couple came into the store with a receipt, & it seemed that the cashiers already had knowledge of what they needed to do, as the cashier stated to them "you guys are next", even though I clearly was. Didn't really bother me, as I wasn't crunched for time. The woman behind me, however, was not as patient as I, as she began to mutter under her breath, & then started to literally curse out loud & state that she was on a lunch break & she couldn't believe we only had one register open. At this time I moved back to the other line, & was rung up quickly. The other line now had about 6 folks in it & the complaining woman was still complaining. I heard her ask the cashier to cancel out the transaction for the couple, & without making eye contact the cashier stated "I can't, it's already in the system". The customer threw her things on the counter & stormed out. Now, although I was more chill & wasn't in a hurry, I do feel that the lack of a clear response to the customers urgency was a little disrespectful. There was no empathy or even some soothing words to calm her down. I work in customer service & you just have to rest people a little better. Will I be back to this location? Sure, now that I know my way around, but I won't come here for the service. read more

One star for a sub-par Hobby Lobby in the Millenia area. I am usually a fan of Hobby Lobby, seeing that they have good 50% off sales from time to time, but the service here is sooooo bad, I won't be back! The people here are plain rude. They aren't helpful and even give you side looks when shopping. It's bad. I'm not sure if it's that they are short staffed or that they aren't trained properly, but when I would ask where items were, they directed me in a general direction and left me without much guidance on where to look. If it weren't for the sales, I wouldn't have purchased anything. I would prefer to shop on Amazon than try to search this place and deal with rude employees. You have lost a patron! read more

Well, I figured I would write a review after my second visit to this Hobby Lobby as each visit has been a good one. I'd never been to Hobby Lobby before this one and didn't know what to expect. However, I knew as soon as I walked in, I was going to like it ... and ... I DID. This place is a Michael's on steroids! There was so much to look at and it was cute stuff as well. There are tons of home decor items, craft items, a floral dept., a fabric dept., a framing dept., and so on. You name it, they had it. Not only did they have a big selection, their prices are great. I've been here twice and each time they were having a sale. I have a feeling this happens often. The folks who work there are super nice and helpful too. On my last visit, I had asked a staff member where the restroom was and he actually escorted me. Ha cha cha ... that never happens! The lady in the fabric department was extremely patient and kind to me while I tried to figure out what I needed. Love it! As for parking, the lot is huge so you WILL find a spot. Its a new shopping complex, so its a nice area as well. So, take a look around and give yourself time to look at it all! read more

4 stars for the overall selection of home decor and craft items. I love being able to shop for fabric, Halloween AND Christmas at the same time. I never buy anything full price... always wait for a sale. Most of the time the sales with just switch every other week or so. You can check the website for the most up to date sale items. Holiday items are almost always on sale... if they're not 40% or 50% off wait unless you have to have that one item. The only downside of their holiday decor is whatever they get in that's all they have for the whole season. This Hobby Lobby in particular has friendly staff but for some reason is allergic to having more than one cashier open. There's always a line even at weird parts of the afternoon. I still go though. The selection is wider than most other craft stores that are closer to me. read more

I absolutely love this store!!!!!! They have so much stuff and you can easily leave with a bunch of items that you did not intend to pick up on your shopping trip. The prices are reasonable and the housewares are reasonably priced. They are very reliable and uniquely stocked with seasonal items. I especially love the fact that the have framed art with biblical and inspirational messages that will add flare to any room in your home. There is also a large selection of fabrics and craft supplies. They often have rotating sales on frames and art so this is a place that you should revisit periodically to catch exactly what you want on sale. (Trust me I've waited on plenty of things) I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!! read more

This store seemed larger than most of the other locations I have been to. The store seems older than most as well. Store was too cluttered for my liking. Tons of stuff everywhere. It was actually very cluttered just walking into the entrance. The store was not organized well at all. Aisle did not turn the same way. Extremely weird set up. The back of the store where the planners are located was in a disarray. I stopped in this location n the hunt for new planner stuff that just came out. No one around to answer questions expect for the one person on a register. O.K. to go to if you know what you are looking for and you hopefully know where to find it because you won't find an employee to help you. They seemed even more overpriced then most other Hobby Lobby's I have been to. The parking lot large and clean. read more

Cashier have "zero" sense of urgency, there is always a line, they don't acknowledge people in line, new cashier come in they get whom ever instead of the customer that are already waiting. I love Hobby Lobby so much! I wish I lived closer to one in NYC. This location is very clean, neat and organized. It's very easy to maneuver the aisles. We went today 7/24/18 and there are already Thanksgiving and Christmas decor out. ( all on sale ofcourse!) There are so many home decor options as well as crafts and diy options to choose from. I love how helpful and friendly the people are who work here. There was only 1 cashier opened but the line went really quick. I also love the amount of coupons Hobby Lobby offers! During the past several years we have seen quite a few Hobby Lobby's sprout up all around Orlando. At first, I did not understand the attraction to the stores. We recently went to this location and found that they have an incredible selection of home decor, holiday items/decor, sewing items, nostalgic Americana pieces, furniture, and pretty much everything else associated with hobbies. They have a frame shop as well. Today, we were searching for a hard-to-get piece for one of our frames and the frame associate was incredibly nice and helpful. We would recommend this location to family and friends. The store is very clean, massive, and quite organized. read more

Went into this store and went straight to what I needed. The problem was checkout. 5 employees standing at the front of the store and they are just looking at at the customers in line instead of taking initiative and getting on a register. When they finally opened a second and a third register they pulled people from the line and made them wait while they counted the register down. A 5 minute runs turned into almost 15 minutes of standing in line for no reason other than poor management. Unfortunate. read more

I finally made it to the Hobby Lobby and now I know why friends call the place very addictive! I was there for some canvas' and paints to do crafts with my niece, but I was instantly drawn to all the different things in the store. I have been slowly re-doing my living and dining rooms and I loved how there are displays all over the place that gave me some serious inspiration. Before coming in, I didn't do too many DIY's, but again, this store inspired me to try a few projects. The next thing I know, I was grabbing a cart and was in the store for close to 2 hours. Although some things were a little tricky to locate, the store seemed pretty organized. There were employees there to help when I couldn't find what I was looking for. People have told me that this store tends to be expensive, but when you're a proud discount shopper like myself, you can make it work for cheap. The sales seemed endless and were everywhere and I must say that I was impressed that the cashier pretty much remembered everything in my cart that should have been discounted. I was in such a zone and felt so good on the amount of money I was saving, I totally forgot to use my 40% off one item coupon. I can save it for next time because I have some more ideas that want to start working on. read more

The store is very nice and clean. Don't try and make a return or you will feel so little and cheap. The girl Amber that I am not sure if she is a manager or not but was very rude. She kept saying we never sold this or that. The lady that actually was at the register doing the return was very nice. Let me start out saying this was my first visit to this store. The purpose of my visit was more hobby oriented. As I walked in in noticed that it is quite a large store. I was greeted by a number of-huddled cashiers which was nice but then made me worry a little, more on that in a second. As I walked thru the store it was difficult to navigate where to go as there isn't any type of signage which seemed really odd for a store this big. I noticed they have a lot of pictures, baskets and similar accent pieces which to be honest were quite nice. If this was the purpose of my visit I would rate the store much higher. The layout of the store was also quite confusing and really didn't seem to make sense as you would have to sometimes walk from one corner of the store all the way to the other for like hobby products. I had a very difficult time locating what I was looking for. As I stated no signage anywhere and none on individual aisles either. The biggest problem I had was I couldn't find any employee to help locate anything. I notice this a lot in this big stores. Employees chatting amongst themselves up front but not a single one on the sales floor to help. I never did find what I was looking for and by the time I ran across an employee when I was exiting after making 3 laps around the store I was done. A hugely disappointing trip. If you are looking for hobby/art supplies I wouldn't waste a trip here. There are better alternatives, you might even be better to order online and get it before you have someone help you here. If you are looking for some good accent pieces than go here. They should really change there name. read more
