They are generally well stocked in a variety of categories - whether you are looking for books, home decor, yard items or clothing they probably have something that you can use or want to buy. This is definitely a place where you could end up with a few impulse purchases if you're not diligent. Even with the appearance of chaos most things are always well-categorized so it is easy to determine what aisle or section of the store that you might find an item. The only interaction that I tend to have with employees would be at check-out. I don't think that I've ever seen anyone that works there walking around or stocking. I've never had a bad experience shopping here. Finally, most of the time the prices are reasonable, and you get what you pay for. I have noticed that sometimes bank and credit cards will have a cashback or discount option when shopping at Ollie's. Finally, the store is located in a shopping plaza that share a reasonably sized parking lot with other stores and a Buffalo Wild Wings.

They have so many lovely artworks, home goods and international snacks that it is fun to wander around.

What motivated me to write this review was that I called to make sure they were open and I was spoken to in such an unfriendly manner. It's January 1st, of course it's new years. I had been to a couple stores and wanted to make sure this one was open (like it said online) and whoever answered the phone was annoyed that he had already received calls from others asking whether or not they're open and then rudely said "I don't even know any stores that are open today, we will have normal hours tomorrow". This is not a normal response at all: the attitude was not needed. I wouldn't recommend this store solely on that. Go to the coop antiques in oviedo or orange tree antiques mall instead.

I ended up purchasing an ecclectic Jewelry Box that had the Marvel Characters embedded on the box, which included Superman, Spiderman, and the Hulk to name a few. There's always something that catches our eyes when we are there and we have to think about quickly. They sell right off the floor so there's usually something different each time we visit. The staff is always helpful and in the past has shown us things we might like based on past purchases. There may have been a recent staff change as we didn't recognize the sales personnel that was there on the most recent visit. I wish we had a bigger house with more rooms so we can load it up with some more stuff from here. It's good quality stuff which comes with a higher price tag, but will most likely last for years beyond some of the particle board crap at the other stores (we own that too and is already falling apart).

(fact) We placed and paid in full a substantial sum for furniture and accessories in October of 2023 and were promised delivery of all in December, 6-8 weeks later. As of this writing (September 2024) we have only received a small portion of the order and have for months been given every imaginable excuse one could conjure up, flat out lied too as to the status and whereabouts of our order. Right at Home is now refusing to refund the balance of our payment for items not delivered, forcing us to go to Seminole County Court to seek collection in Civil Court. Our suggestion to all customers considering doing business with this company, think twice and research similar complaints. IMO, once a liar/cheater always a liar/cheat with no regard for others.
