I watched white people walk up and she even let them grab their own number for number of items in a fitting room, and then two hispanic individuals come up (at different times) and she stopped them both to recount their items even though they stated the number aloud. She also got upset with me for looking at my boyfriend's clothes after he put them on and came outside the dressing room, telling me I can't do that. I wasn't in the dressing room or even near it, and I think it's normal to check out what your partner is wearing? She also gave unwarranted advice on the clothes as well, as we weren't talking to her but she made sure to tell my boyfriend the shirt was "too see through" and when my brother in law didn't acknowledge her, she made sure to repeat herself and point, as if berating us for having him even try it on. She needs to mind her business and not racially profile. It's 2026.

In addition to jewelry this store sells name brand items like Tommy Bahama and Vera Bradley. They had a couple of sales racks of clothes outside in front of the store and many full priced items inside the store. There were swim suits, dresses, shirts, accessories , gifts and lots of jewelry. The sales associate did not appear overly friendly and did not act enthusiastic about her job. The store was organized and very tidy.

Two girls behind the register were literally just looking at a phone and chatting. Unacceptable. Whoever manages this store, next team meeting have a talk about customer service at the register. If you were the one waiting in line and saw this, wouldn't you be disappointed? When I left, I did explain to the person who finally noticed all the customers waiting why I was leaving. I was just there to browse and see what they had in stock. I ended up finding a coconut and shea butter mix that I really liked and purchased it. I love that they have samples that you can try and even wash your hands in their sink. That way you can see if you like the texture and how long the smell lasts. I may go back and get the hand wash now that I think about it to go with the body spray that I purchased. It's a nicely organized store and it looks really put together.

You step off Frozen Ever After, still humming the songs and enjoying the atmosphere of Arendelle, and suddenly you're surrounded by all kinds of Frozen themed merchandise! If you're traveling with kids or if you're a Frozen fan yourself, it's pretty hard not to stop and browse! This was one of my go to stops after riding the Frozen Ever After ride while visiting Orlando Florida for a conference. The shop feels like an extension to the ride! There are plenty of Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Sven items, but you'll also find some Norway inspired merchandise mixed in throughout the store. The selection was impressive too. Plush characters, apparel, ornaments, mugs, toys, and collectibles filled the shelves. There seemed to be something for every type of Frozen fan, whether you wanted a small souvenir or something more substantial to take home. Even if you're not planning to buy anything, it's worth taking a few minutes to walk through! The theming is well done, and it continues that Nordic atmosphere from the ride and pavilion.
