Shopping for a new home is so much fun and today one of our stops was this homegoods for some decor pieces, rugs and kitchen supplies. I love this location and the manager Shirley is amazing. I love treasure hunting at Home Goods! This location in particular has some gems every now and again. On this last visit I found a jar of mushroom and truffle pesto for 4.99 imported from Italy; what a steal! I also found some gorgeous curtains for my living room windows. Good quality fabric at a great price. I've gotten a lot of good items here in the past as well. I paid 14.99 for a Yeti water tumbler here once. The beautiful part is that if you walk towards the other end you'll end up at Marshalls where you can find other goodies as well. The location is ideal as well, there are several restaurants nearby, you've to Ross, and 5 and below nearby, and there's a Light on the sugar within walking distance and I always stop by there when I'm in this area as well. I'm definitely a big fan, will be back for sure. read more

5 Stars for a massive combined Homegoods/Marshalls with plenty of cash registers for fairly painless check-out. This HomeGoods is a favorite of mine because it's big and has pretty much anything you need. I love their holiday selections, as they update the shelves for the seasons, as well as home decor, glassware, specialty foods, gifts, lamps, furniture, linens, etc. If you see something you like, I recommend you grab it because inventory moves fast and once it's gone, you likely won't see it again. I also appreciate the efficient screens and call-outs for the available cash registers. The lines can get crazy at certain times, and this helps keep things moving. read more

Homegoods is undoubtedly one of my favorite stores and I'm pretty sure I've been to every one in Central FL. This one is a Homegoods/Marshall's combo which can be both convenient and annoying. If you're shopping for shoes and clothes along with your home needs then it's great, but there is only the one checkout line for both stores making for some super long lines. In previous visits we've put our items back and left because the lines were so ridiculous. Fortunately the line moved quite quickly yesterday! I'd say this one isn't favorite location, being that it feels a bit over crowded and messy compared to others, but I like the location and proximity to other favorite stores. read more

HomeGoods a lot like going to Marshall's or TJ Max, but without the clothing to go along with it. They have pretty decent deals on kitchen items, wall art, rugs, pet supplies, pillows, fake plants, furniture and "gourmet" food. It's not all junk either as they carry some well respected brands (All-Clad, Le Creuset, Martha Stewart). This was my 1st HomeGoods of the day as we decided to spend the day looking for specific items for the house. This one is nice since it's a combination of Marshalls and HomeGoods in one large store. We were here early, so the Sunday crowd didn't take effect yet. Beware as the weekend afternoon hits, it can get busy and the line can get super long. The store was super easy with maybe a little more room in the aisles than some of the other stores. They had a nice selection of wall art and rugs, but nothing that caught our eye on this day. There's one thing with HomeGoods that's annoying. It's that there are no real standard items. So if you see something you want, put it in your cart! Someone else may want it and you may not find it at another HomeGoods. And they may never get another one ever again. On the same note, you can go back a few weeks later and find something that wasn't there before. read more

Store is good. Always find great buys. But until they hire more people for checkout I won't be back. Horrible long wait. I ended up leaving. I refuse to wait 20 minutes or long to pay. When brought to the attention of three employees milling around behind the counter they replied: "not my area, we aren't cashiers". Well then get away from behind the counter. Only 5 stations were open and the line extended outside of the normal area and into the isle way where people were trying to shop. Absolutely inexcusable!! read more

Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from the chain, the only main difference is that comparatively speaking they are smaller than other locations in the area. It's mostly well kept and organized to specific areas, such as home, bath, beauty, etc. I do like to check out their pet area as they usually have decent dog toys and my cat likes their scratch boxes. Staff, per usual for this chain, is mostly at the register, so hopefully you don't need any on the floor help. It's pretty easy to self shop, so it's really not that big a deal for me, but I can see how that'd be frustrating if you want a larger item like a carpet or furniture. The clearance section here is always in need of some clean-up help. They like to put broken items and things that really should just be written off not clearanced. Overall: C Decent for what you'd expect and you can probably find what you are looking for (or what you aren't looking for and just end up getting). read more

This Home Goods store is actually combined with Marshall's next door. One can wander from one store to the other unrestricted without going outside. Both stores share the same checkouts. The restrooms are actually on the Marshall's side in the back left corner. I almost always enjoy browsing through Home Goods. Home Goods stocks standard categories of stuff such as lamps, rugs, occasional tables, stools, chairs, wall art, towels, bathroom accessories, linens, bed coverings, pillows, laundry baskets, pet toys, glassware, kitchenware, gourmet prepackaged food, candles, and more. A lot of the "more" Home Goods carries consists of knick knacks or as I call them highly tempting but completely unneeded dust collectors. I love this section best. Often, I find unusual items that I end up dusting regularly. If you spot something you like, don't hesitate to buy it because it may not be there next time. Unlike most stores that stock and restock the same items over an extended timeframe, this store gets a variety of different items, and if an item sells, another may not appear. Additionally, another nearby store may not have the exact same item. Pro tip: If you purchase items from this Home Goods store and decide to return them at another location, be aware the items must be returned to a Home Goods store, not a Marshall's store even though the stores share a checkout and you get one combined receipt. Even though Marshall's carries some similar items to Home Goods, Home Good stores that are not co-located do not share the same inventory system. As noted by some other reviewers, this Home Goods is smaller than typical Home Goods stores. This combined with the many, many free standing displays, over stocked, disorganized shelves, and numerous customers did not encourage me to linger as much as usual. read more

0 if I could at this point. I am disgusted by this store. Bought a "new" sheet set of Ralph Lauren for $60.00. This was all packed well and locked on their shelf but I trusted it since the price was higher and 100% cotton material. Got back home to find out that one sheet is okay and King size, the other one is Queen, blood stained and has another $14 tag on it, no pillowcases. WOW!!!!! I went back, asked from the upfront to talk to Manager. Assistant manager came...she cared none! I told her I am returninf the whole $200 purchase because of this and she looked in my bag and said "I don't think you can return those pillows" I just looked at her shooked. Yes, I could return them, they had a tag on, yes, you are a very shity manager and yes, I will never come back to this store. Thanks. read more

This is a NEW location for Home Goods and it shares space with Marshall's. They look like 2 different stores from the outside but the inside walls are removed so you can move freely between the two stores. I expected for being a new store that they would have a little better selection. I guess they have to get their footing and figure out the best mix of items for the location. Since they are new most items were regularly priced. Meaning, I did not see any super clearance bargains. They do have some really nice items though. I plan on going back in a few months after the store is a bit more seasoned. read more

Seriously, when is the check out line not going to be an hour wait EVERY TIME I come (mild exaggeration)?! It's torture because they actually have some cute stuff but I'm not going to spend half my day waiting in a check out line. To make it worse the last time I came 3 employees were on a closed register processing returns or something...I understand these things have to be done but when you see 20 customers in line (no lie) can't you check people out for a bit? It's 330 on a Wednesday? I've been here 3 times since they opened thinking it was related to growing pains (since they recently opened) ..but times up. I love HomeGoods!!! Yay!!!! The new HomeGoods store located at the corner of Lee Road and Orlando Ave in Winter park is finally open!!! I'm so happy!!!! This store is conveniently located in the same shopping center as Michael's, the soon to be open Ross, and L.A. Fitness (another reason for me to go to the gym... why not right?!). This store has all the standard shopping departments a typical HomeGoods offers. Home decor, unique imported snacks, dining supplies, trendy gifts, lamps, decorative rugs, furniture... you name it, they got it! This Homegoods is connected to a Marshall's department store aonit shares its space. They have a very good selection of knickknacks for your casa from pillows to several pots, pans and plates or miscellaneous cooking utensils over to snacks and varying oils to cook with. There are usually three clearances areas where you can pick up an occasional little this or that which will help you out but it's very hot or miss. Walk slowly, bend down to see things hidden behind other items and you'll find some good prices on deals. read more

Typically in duo stores, HomeGoods is on the left and Marshall's on the right. This was the opposite at this store. Threw me off a bit but all was okay. We only shopped in the HomeGoods side. It was set up the same way most all other locations are. I was there in search for Rae Dunn. I found a few spots in the store. Compared to other stores, there weren't many RD ladies but then again we went an hour after opening so we probably missed them all. Typically at stores close to me customers aren't allowed to shop off the gray shelving carts - you have to wait till the items are on shelves. This wasn't the case here. I saw the gray shelf I walked right up to it and this woman came out of nowhere and grabbed the item I was seeking. Okay.. well I reach up to grab another item and she double hands me. The ladies working the shelving unit were very polite and nice. The line wasn't bad. Hardly any carriers working but the line moved quick. read more

2018 Review 33/100 Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a HomeGoods store. As others have mentioned, this location is a little more on the small side when compared to other HomeGoods stores throughout Central Florida. I don't mind so much, though. Less selection means fewer things for me to impulse buy. Ha! While the store isn't anything groundbreaking - the typical products you'd get at any HomeGoods store - what I LOVE about this location is just that, the location. Having a HomeGoods so close to home is great! I love not having to drive to the Lake Mary location anymore. In terms of product, they have a decent selection of products for the home. There are two items this store is really great for and I frequently buy here. The first is candles. They usually have a really nice selection of clean soy candles. I burn a lot of those in my home so it's nice to find them here at a reasonable price. Pet supplies are the other items. HomeGoods is great for picking up toys, poop bags and bedding for your pup at a price cheaper than the Petco up the street (sorry Petco, I love you too). I felt a bit cramped in here...it's a tad cluttered. They do seem to have a variety of goods, though. I came in looking for something specific (didn't find it) but I spent a few minutes browsing. There were a few things on clearance that I would've purchased if I wasn't on a mission (& if the line wasn't a mile long). Let me start by saying I LOVE HomeGoods. But when I pulled up this location on Yelp I'm not surprised at the other underwhelming reviews. Compared to Millenia and Lake Mary this store lacks good selection. I've been excited about having a store close to the house but after my experience I'd rather drive a few extra miles for another store. What stops me from shopping at this location moving forward is the management that refused to take a return with a valid receipt. I purchased two dog beds the day before Thanksgiving. One ended up being too big and was unused (tags, receipts etc all on and in tact) so I took it back the following day to return and the manager said it was a health violation for her to take back the bed... Hmm 1. I've been shopping at HomeGoods & Marshall's for YEARS and have never had an issue returning an animal item with receipt. If this location doesn't accept pet returns their staff needs to alert customers of that. The manager was rude and barley spoke to me when I asked for a reason she said the bed was used and pulled 1 random dog hair off the bed (probably from my car since I do have animals) and continued by saying "people try to return dirty sheets and things all the time and she tells them no too". Way to go.. you just lost a customer who spends easily $1000+ a year here. I'll take my business to another location. read more

My wife purchased a juicer. It wasn't what we could use based on our use. We only used it less than 10 minutes. Even though we cleaned and packaged it perfectly, they wouldn't take it back. They said it was used and manager was rude. This item was only 2 weeks old from the day of purchase . However, we took it back to the their new store in winter springs Florida and no problem, they took it back very easily and nicely. So many home decor options!!! So many sparkly and colorful decor for every space in the house. I love that the prices are so good. I can live luxuriously while on a budget. This store was near and clean. I didnt interact with any salesperson on the floor but the cashier was the friendliest person ever! The line was pretty long. I felt that it reminded me of black Friday! I'd say about 15 people but it went so quick! Many of the registers were open. I will definitely be back. read more

I went to the new HomeGoods store on Lee Road looking for white twin size bed sheets since I have always gone to HomeGoods for this type of home basics. I was disappointed in the lack of inventory. Bedding should be an easy and quick purchase. There was not one set of white sheets and an employee said that they did not have them anywhere. The entire bedding section appears to be an afterthought. Small, lacking inventory and limited selection. If you need Holiday candles and accessory's, this is your place. But for home basics, go somewhere else. I will not be returning. read more
