    My bed frame

    Frustated with their Isanti Bed. The wood is frail and fragile. After few months, I started to notice pin holes on the bed frame with white powdery coming out on it. I tried to call for a bed frame replacement or buy a certain part but they says since my warranty lapsed already they cannot replaced it. So I need to buy a new whole bed. Don't buy a wood furniture from them. It will be just a waste of money. I will buy from other store from now on..

    We purchased approximately $18,000 worth of furniture in October 2023. We paid extra to have the furniture assembled by Ashley. They forgot 2 supports for one of our couches for our Florida room. We noticed this and contacted the store, when we noticed the couch sagging in the middle. They said they couldn't help us and we needed to use reguard. We starting dealing with Ashley and Reguard on October 2024. We still cannot get the to supports sent to us, we will install. The store says that it is not their problem and we must deal with Reguard. The claim has been under review 3 separate times and no one at the insurance company, that Ashley was very pushy in having us use, and no answer. Worst customer service from Ashley and the insurance compay, which I will be is a division of Ashley. Horrible company, they want your money up front, sell you as much as they can and then drop you.

    Customer service and sales representatives in store are good. Their call and delivery service and drivers are HORRIBLE!! Their call center gives different information each time you call. Not sure what delivery service they use, he was rude and act like he couldn't understand me. They delivered my bed set and put it together poorly. I now have to wait 2 weeks for them to send someone out. I can't sleep on it because I don't feel safe. It's sounding like it's going to crack. I have another technician appointment for someone to come and check on scratches and chipping on the headboard and foot board. I noticed this immediately but as I started the driver didn't stay as I was told he would until we made sure everything was done right. So we had to go back to the store and show them. Also it was on our contract for them to remove the old mattress and they didn't. Said they were not sanitized. For them to be 11 years old and constantly slept on.

    UPDATE: store manager refuses to refund money. After speaking with him twice. This is not the way to do business.

    Sales Order 511991860 Customer Service Case number 07686854 The outdoor furniture delivery was on July 5th and by August 2nd I was already requesting a furniture replacement due to discoloring and loose screws, after only a month. They replaced part of the set. Later, the discoloring happened again in a few weeks. When they delivered the replacement, one of Ashley's employees told me that it was going to keep happening, that I wasn't the only client with this issue and he recommended that I request a change. I quickly contacted again to request a return or exchange for another model. Two employees visited on two occasions, one American and one Latino. One told me that it was discoloring due to use but it was only outside for one month. The Latino told me that he was going to include a furniture replacement with his notes. It turns out that both solutions were in Ashley's favor. It is unacceptable that a month after delivering the 5k furniture, they change color irregularly and have missing screws. The entire piece of furniture is made of only 1 material but only some, not all, parts of the furniture change color. It is unacceptable. I have made multiple calls, spoken with supervisors, they've escalated the issue but no one has resolved it, they say they are going call me and do not call back. I ask that they exchange the furniture to a different set or give me my money back. I include all management of emails and people with whom I spoke.     Oh boy. Well, we'll see if I can update this if I ever receive my furniture. Over $5k and all of it was supposed to be in stock. A full dining room and living room set. It was all supposed to arrive on 12/23 just after a renovation and just before Christmas. A 24' truck shows up with a single dining room chair.... The driver was puzzled. Their dispatcher and manager could do nothing that day of course but I was shocked to find that they had 1, given my furniture away(admittedly). 2. now planned to deliver my furniture in 4 shipments. Keep in mind that when they deliver they don't tell you the time of arrival until the day before and it's a 4 hour arrival window. Who has 16 hours to wait around for this stuff?!? The worst part of all of this was that we had gotten rid of all of the previous furniture so we were spending Christmas and New Years on beach chairs and a card table.... I called the store directly and they're saying they'll try to get it all to me in one deliver 3.5 months after the order was placed. I know that due to COVID many sets are delayed by even a year. According to the sales associate when we ordered these items, all were in stock immediately. UPDATE: Finally at the end of January the dining room set arrived and the leaf was damaged in the box. The delivery person noticed it and took a photo. Instead of replacing it, they're insisting that their technician come to my home to try and repair it first. So now I'm paying them all this money for damaged and repaired furniture...not new furniture.

    This is a complete lie! I'm still sleeping on the floor!

    Bait and switch warranty. Nothing but a bag of lies from the sales people. Decorative seam ripped on $3,000 sectional that wasn't covers.

I didn't have a problem with the restock fee, but your delivery people took the box. If your rule is it has to be in the box, then you need to leave the box and let me know that. I did end up ordering from a catalog before actually seeing the furniture which can have its downside. But Tess is happy to work with you to resolve any issues and really cares about your happiness in the products you'll buy as well as respecting your budget. The products she sells are very great quality and sometimes exclusively sold to her only. I would recommend anyone go here if you know exactly what your looking for and if not she will help you find something.

We arrived a few minutes before the appointed time and there was someone there before us who discovered that the time listed online was incorrect. We went and spent an hour elsewhere and came back. When we entered the store we were greeted by a salesperson and I explained what we were looking for. They showed us one that was in stock for the style we wanted but it was not what we were looking for. They went on their computer to see what was available that might fit our needs. I gave them some approximate measurements and we did some looking around. They showed us their best option that met our expanded criteria and I did some measuring. After some discussion we decided to go with a sofa and loveseat with recliners built in. They had a color that was in our wheelhouse for both pieces and could deliver before Christmas. We sat down to work out financing and were approved on the spot. We were in and out of the store in under an hour and were happy with our choice. It was not a high pressure sale but it was efficient and the salesperson was very friendly and personable. Our original plan was to visit at least a few stores and then decide what to buy but this experience worked out great. In the future I would definitely consider shopping here first for our furniture needs. Within a week we got the call to arrange delivery and we were able to set it up to meet our needs. We had great communication from them the whole time and our delivery arrived in the appointed window of time. When they showed up they were both wearing masks and did their best to social distance from us. We also wore masks for their protection. I showed them where We wanted them and they brought both pieces in. The furniture was wrapped tightly with furniture pads and plastic wrap which they unwrapped and placed where they needed to be. We were also given a care kit along with instructions for setting up the recliners. After a couple weeks we are very happy with the look and feel and our guests have been impressed with them too.

Found and like but not as much as one that we found in the Orlando location. We were looking around while we waited word on a decision about a dinning room set that was discontinued but were told couldn't buy the floor model without the buffet and hutch. We decided to ask the saleslady what she could do for us on the same one we saw at Orlando. After calculating what they could do for us she came up with a $2000.00 amount. We asked what they would take off for it being a discontinued item. She calls the manager only to come back with a 5% discount which would bring it to roughly $1900.00 plus everything else. We left the store disappointed once more and just went out to eat. After coming home eating, relaxing and receiving the disappointing news from the first store we decided to check the price of the same set on-line. Pffft, to our amazement it came up a little over $1600. Not sure what they are doing at these two stores but they need better training and better management to be honest. This was my experience and my opinion.

I've walked through every department in the store a couple of times but most of what I look at is the food, housewares, toys and books. They had a massive deal on some books. the one day I was there and I walked out with a basket full for three dollars. They have a loyalty program which is worth signing up for and you receive messages about sales and deals they have. The employees have all been friendly and helpful, and the stores have been clean.
