We arrived a few minutes before the appointed time and there was someone there before us who discovered that the time listed online was incorrect. We went and spent an hour elsewhere and came back. When we entered the store we were greeted by a salesperson and I explained what we were looking for. They showed us one that was in stock for the style we wanted but it was not what we were looking for. They went on their computer to see what was available that might fit our needs. I gave them some approximate measurements and we did some looking around. They showed us their best option that met our expanded criteria and I did some measuring. After some discussion we decided to go with a sofa and loveseat with recliners built in. They had a color that was in our wheelhouse for both pieces and could deliver before Christmas. We sat down to work out financing and were approved on the spot. We were in and out of the store in under an hour and were happy with our choice. It was not a high pressure sale but it was efficient and the salesperson was very friendly and personable. Our original plan was to visit at least a few stores and then decide what to buy but this experience worked out great. In the future I would definitely consider shopping here first for our furniture needs. Within a week we got the call to arrange delivery and we were able to set it up to meet our needs. We had great communication from them the whole time and our delivery arrived in the appointed window of time. When they showed up they were both wearing masks and did their best to social distance from us. We also wore masks for their protection. I showed them where We wanted them and they brought both pieces in. The furniture was wrapped tightly with furniture pads and plastic wrap which they unwrapped and placed where they needed to be. We were also given a care kit along with instructions for setting up the recliners. After a couple weeks we are very happy with the look and feel and our guests have been impressed with them too.

Even when I'm just "window shopping " it's inspiring just to walk through to get decor ideas. At this location the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with product questions, shipping, or even design advice. They really strike a great balance between modern, trendy pieces and timeless classics, so you can find something for any style. I would say that although the quality of the furniture and decor feels solid it leans to the pricey side. I have two sofas from here and I can't say it was worth the investment for full price. However, you can almost always find really good deals on floor models and in the clearance area.

There may have been a recent staff change as we didn't recognize the sales personnel that was there on the most recent visit. I wish we had a bigger house with more rooms so we can load it up with some more stuff from here. It's good quality stuff which comes with a higher price tag, but will most likely last for years beyond some of the particle board crap at the other stores (we own that too and is already falling apart).

(fact) We placed and paid in full a substantial sum for furniture and accessories in October of 2023 and were promised delivery of all in December, 6-8 weeks later. As of this writing (September 2024) we have only received a small portion of the order and have for months been given every imaginable excuse one could conjure up, flat out lied too as to the status and whereabouts of our order. Right at Home is now refusing to refund the balance of our payment for items not delivered, forcing us to go to Seminole County Court to seek collection in Civil Court. Our suggestion to all customers considering doing business with this company, think twice and research similar complaints. IMO, once a liar/cheater always a liar/cheat with no regard for others. Since I have never seen Arhaus furniture in real life I really enjoyed walking through this store. The sales agent that greeted me immediately upon entering I believe his name was Rauol(?), well ... he created a very good impression on me because of how impeccably dressed he was. In fact, he was SO good looking and so well dressed that he pretty much convinced me to give HIM ALL MY MONEY! lol No. So... I was very impressed with the store's sales agent (one of many), but no matter how you slice it... I just don't have the means to purchase anything I like in this store... its definitely aspirational.
