The young gentleman was very polite with me I explained what was going on he let me try different beds and I told him that I needed a full size bed he then explained that he didn't have any full size bed there but they had a place that he can order from and they had one left and he was giving me a really great deal so I was excited he made sure that I like the bed and then after I told him that I wanted to purchase I would begin to sign all this information on a tablet and of course I was given a quite a big credit line through synchrony Bank so we signed and he explained to me he was giving me a free warranty, he was giving me a free mattress cover, and very nice and promising he said that it was a very good choice and I'd be happy they was giving me a big discount when it was all said and done they did deliver my bed a few days later set it up real nice people and I slept on that bed for about a week and I began noticing that where I laid like sinked downso I started sleeping on different parts of the bed to see if it still did the same thing and it did it left a big indentation that didn't come up so I called the customer service line and it instructed me to go on a website which kept crashing and it said if you want faster service we suggest you go on the website so I kept going on the website and it kept crashing so I finally stayed on hold for a very long time only to get someone to tell me that did you go to the mattress place you bought it from I said no I was instructed to call y'all to put in a claim and so after telling them that several times and going over it they were not listening to me so they finally took the info on the phone and told me someone would get with touch with me within 24 to 48 hours it is now the fourth day and I have not heard anything from anyone so I went up to Mattress firm like they asked me and spoke with a gentleman named Alex and he was not at all listening to what I had to say. He said I was not there and I cannot speak for anyone I said I understand but the guy told me that he was going to go to another location to work and he wasn't there and he kept telling me that he was not in the middle of the conversation and he couldn't verify what it was I understand I said but this is what he told me they told me to take pictures when I began taking pictures to send in I noticed that there was a big yellow tag and it said used I spent $3,300 on this bed. And when I told him it said used he said did he not tell you that it was a used bed it was aan outlet that he ordered the bed from. He began telling me that anyone knows that an outlet is called clearance items used floor models so you have no warranty and I said really I said he told me I had a warranty there's a warranty on my paperwork I said I want to talk to him he told me he still works there into locations and he said I will talk to my manager leave your phone number and your number on the bed which is your reference number to your claim and I will talk to the manager and then we'll talk with the guy that you talk to it but I want to let you know now just because I told you that it's not mean that you are going to be it's going to be in your best favor. The doctor told me to invest in a quality mattress, which is where my quest to find the perfect summer palace began. Google is the obviously starting point for a a mattress hunt, and usually I find ample amounts of qualified information and help. For some reason the mattress world seems to be ruled by shady salesman, biased websites, and a lack of clear And helpful information. I quickly found myself overwhelmed and decided to stop on over to my local mates store just to test some or and get a feel on my own. I've had plenty of bad shopping experiences, especially when it comes to salespersons. They almost always are so set on making a sale they don't actually offer any support and help you actually need. Entering the store I was greeted by Tucker, who immediately was so friendly and welcoming. He put me at ease immediately and I felt comfortable right away. He was actually there to help me and take the time to stress my needs. He was very patient and have me an incredible amount of attention and time. What was one a terrible and overwhelming experiment turned into a fun and released one. Tucker really knew his stuff and guided me until we narrowed down to my perfect mattress. At no point did I ever feel pressured or like Bree was just trying to make a sale. That is truly appreciated and wonderful. It was clear he just genuinely wanted to help me and I walked away feeling like I got a good deal and not taken advantage of like I usually do. Tucker. I can't thank you enough for all the help and great experience! You set the bar, and are a model of what sales people should be! After years of struggling with serious sleep issues in very excited to finally find real rest and relief! I will most certainly send everyone I know your way!

I was greeted by a very nice gentleman called Juan. He listened to my needs and wants.... and budget!!! He then steered me in the direction of three different mattresses for me to start my search. I am Interior Designer so I knew what I was coming in for. But decided to try all the mattresses since I was there. The original one I wanted, I could not find on the floor to test, so I decided to try a completely new company called Stearns and Foster. This is a very high-end mattress firm and I had not considered them, thinking they would be too expensive. I ended up buying the Stearns and Foster Cassatt pillow top. I was in heaven. What an incredible mattress.!!! Unfortunately, I have a bad back and hip problems, so after a couple of months, my body was hurting. Alas, the mattress was too soft for my body and my needs. I looked at the return policy and realized I could still return the mattress and pick out another one that would support my body in the way it needs to be supported. I called mattress firm and they told me to come in and they would take care of me right away. I went in, I was greeted by Juan again with a great big smile. We went over to the desk in less than half an hour he had processed the return of the Stearns and foster mattress and processed the sale for the Beautyrest beyond , that decided to buy in the end. I happened to luck out .....there was the exact mattress I wanted, coming in the very next day! I got a call and before I knew it I had a new mattress being brought over to my home and the Stearns and Foster one would be taken away. That is what you call customer service!! If you are in need of a good mattress, don't mess around ordering roll up ones on the Internet, just go and get a great deal with Juan!

So, during their most recent visit, they told me that they were buying me a new mattress and weren't taking excuses. Since they had such a positive experience at Mattress Firm in their town (Melbourne), they took me to the Mattress Firm closest to me (Winter Park) and we were very glad with this decision. First of all, I have to give a shout out to our sales representative, Rafael! He wasn't pushy and encouraged us to take our time while showing us a variety of mattresses and explaining the differences between them. Rafael was also very patient (I'm pretty indecisive) and alerted us to all the sales and discounts that they were offering at that time. Therefore, we got an EXCELLENT deal on the queen-sized Beauty Rest mattress I decided on (which is awesome and enhanced my ability to sleep!). I also need to give a shout out to the Mattress Firm delivery staff (sorry guys, O can't remember your names!). They were friendly, clean and very careful with taking out my old mattress and setting up my new one. They even wore disposable booties to cover their shoes so as to not dirty my floor - very much appreciated! As luck would have it, I decided to try and find a local store before heading to Mattress 1 or Mattress Firm, and Google pointed me here. I didn't know exactly what a mattress liquidation store is, but essentially it's like closeout or overstock sold from the main suppliers (in this case JC Penney) and as such you find all the brand names at none of the brand name prices. My fiance and I had a ton of questions and tried out pretty much every queen size they had (they do have a rather small selection, maybe 6-8 each of queen and king). Omar was super helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions and not only did they offer same day delivery for a very reasonable price, but they added on mattress take away for a really reasonable fee despite that not being something they normally do. They usually sell their mattresses to other mattress stores, but this showroom is also open to the public, which turned out to be a stroke of luck. The verdict remains to be seen on the mattress itself but the buying experience was definitely A+.

That area of town I avoid due to its terrible parking and that afternoon was no exception. Finally getting a small spot near the store I dashed in and worked with Joey on getting me what I needed. The graphite memory foam topper in Queen was $295 but getting to feel the quality in store was what made me get it. It's been less thank a week since I placed my order and here is my new topper. It came in tightly wrapped up but it opened into a perfectly sized topper with the elastic on each corner to help hold it in place. I laid down for a quick second and the sensation was spectacular. I cannot wait to rest on it later tonight.

The salesperson Joey was so helpful and informative and didn't push for us to buy anything. They guarantee their mattresses for one year if you find yourself in the situation like, "I think I made a mistake in buying this because we want a softer or harder mattresses" and they charge $99 processing fee for you to exchange. My husband researched extensively online and found out these are comparable to beautyrest but much better priced. There are only 16 of these stores at this time for you to try a Saava mattress, we thought it was great to be able to try them out in person!

We were still debating on it, as the mattress I originally wanted was from a different company not sold by Mattress firm but Chad was so nice in helping assist us and offered us a discount and let us know if we still weren't happy we could return it within 120 days. While the mattress wasn't too bad, it wasn't everything I wanted. So we ended up doing a return (please know that a return does come with a fee but they do pick up the mattress from you so you don't have to do anything!) and Chad was very nice about it and set everything up for pick up for us. I 10/10 recommend this location and Chad if you need to find a mattress best for you!

Springs during 2012 & by 2014 it lumped fm top to bottom. It was the kind that you cannot flip over but only rotate head to toe. We wanted a traditional super firm flipable mattress because I hate the foamy, padded, spongy sinking feeling mattresses. We found the perfect replacement at a terrific price.
