I love Target, but few days ago; I was very disappointed with the store, especially with the manager Neirin, some target employees, and with the store in general. I came up to the manager around 12:30 p.m. to tell her that a big non service dog was placed inside of a shopping cart where people place their food such as bananas, vegetables, and other groceries and sometimes we place our babies. As you can see in the pictures a big dog is placed inside the shopping cart. Service dogs walk next their owners, but NOT inside the shopping cart. I spoke to the manager Neirin, and she said she was going to speak to the customer to tell them that they cannot have their pet inside the shopping cart where the rest of the people place their food and she did nothing, I was waiting. I understand we like dogs, cats, pets in general, but it is very unsanitary having the butt of a dog in a shopping cart where you place the food you are going to eat. read more

This location is for sure a "Super Target" but they definitely miss the target with me. This store is huge, but a lot of the shelves are empty. Parking is good. The minute you walk into the department side not the food side you are hit with their dollar section. Very, very picked through. Then on the left side is the electronics and book section. Organized but no employees around. Then the toys, not well stocked. The middle has all the touristy tee shirts and things to let everyone know you have been to Florida. Towards the middle is the woman's clothing and makeup. On to the pharmacy which is now run by CVS. Then you food section on the right side of the store. The food section although not badly stocked was more expensive than most stores. They do have a Starbucks inside the store as most do now and a pizza hut. I have been here several times and each time it seems to go further down hill. The restrooms were disturbingly dirty and both the men's room and woman's room had the doors standing open and I have no idea why. As a long time action figure collector for almost 14 years, it feels beyond insulting how this store keeps up with collector based products. Nothing NECA and Marvel Legend bs peg warmers every time. Target 192, please try to improve when it comes to restocking, or at least prevent scalping and limit the purchase amounts resellers can make. Everything else about this Target isn't terrible, but as a collector this is downright insulting. read more

There is a reason this is called "Super Target". I love this Target. It's very big, very clean, very well stocked and overall, it's just great. The staff is super friendly, every time I go in. The people at Starbucks know my order and they get it right every time. The people at the electronics and toys are always talking to me and catching up. Probably the Target I shop at the most. It's close to work, so I can get a lot accomplished in an hour here. It's often frequented by a lot of tourists, but not overly busy. Always clean and easy to find what I need. Parking is never too terribly bad, but I do miss the garden center being open. I used to park by it and walk through. My only complaint is that over the past year it seems like they're not staffing as many registers as they used to. Some days I feel like I'm in line at Wal-mart because there are only a few registers open with 4 or 5 people deep in each. But it could also be because it's close to noon when I'm there. read more

I love this Target as it is new and has great parking. Unlike Walmart, it isn't a zoo and you can actually browse the items. One great perk are the new baskets. They are made of plastic and very light to push around. The store is also close to many eateries, such as Sweet Tomatoes, so you can easily make an afternoon out of it. The only drawback is that some prices are a little steep compared to other stores. Make sure to get the Target Debit card to save 5%. It's not a credit card and just pulls straight from your existing checking account. read more

I did not know that Super Target's existed until my recent visit to Florida. I love the fact that there is competition to Wal-mart Super Centres. Even the name super target sounds so cool, I was expecting the Target associates' uniforms to be with capes. Super Target is just like a regular Target but better and bigger. The grocery section is vast and super clean. I spent the bulk of my time there exploring to each aisle on the variety of products they offer. This location like other Target locations has a Starbucks inside, unfortunately, it was poor staffed when I was there. I wanted a hot chocolate but the line up was too long and realize the line bottleneck was because there was only one Starbucks staff for cash and making drinks! I definitely recommend checking out a Super Target near you! read more

Whoever is able to travel across country and NOT need to stop by a drugstore or a Target and their like is... a fantasy of a person. Because I needed slippers for my hotel room, anti-nausea pills for my husband, and water bottles -- I didn't look further than the local Tar-jey. I echo the previous reviewers of how big this place is! I've never been to a SUPER TARGET, though one may exist across town back home. This place is pretty clean, the groceries plenty, and anything you can necessarily need. The staff is nice -- our casher was friendly, new to her job, and made our quick stop worth it. There is ample parking and difficult to miss down the highway with their large bullseye sign. Definitely a place to visit when you're the 99.9% who can't mange to pack everything they need for a trip. read more

This is a Super Target located on 192 in Kissimmee near where SR535 ends at 192. This is my normal Target I head to since it's close to where I work. I find that it's always clean and well-organized. Being "Super"...you'll find everything a normal Target has, plus groceries. There's a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut inside as an added bonus! I love their deli section...Great for grabbing a fresh salad or sandwich for lunch. read more

Love this store with the exception of the checkout! 28 or so Lanes and only 2 open at 10:30am on a Saturday morning! This store usually has everything I need except for enough staff. Only bother stopping in here if I am in the plaza anyway or need something only Target sells. Took 5 minutes this morning to pick up what I needed and about 15 to checkout. I had an okay experience here on 11/12/17. The store wasn't crowded, everything was clean, and everything that I needed was in stock. I would give this particular Target five stars if it wasn't for the lying, unhelpful cashier in the electronics department. After asking him to unlock a charging cable for my phone he told me that I would have to pay for it there in the electronics department. Since I was already finished shopping, I asked him if I can pay for the rest of my items there as well. He told me that he would not be able to ring my items up because I had more than ten items and the register will shut down if he rings up an eleventh item. Knowing that this guy was completely lying to me I told him that I only had a few more than ten items and asked him if he could please help me. He reluctantly and begrudgingly did so and still kept lying to me by telling me that the register just might shut down but "let's see". It was pretty awkward. Mind you, he wasn't helping anyone else, his department virtually vacant, and I had small hungry children with me. What an inconsiderate ass this guy w. These types are the same people who expect others to be benevolent and empathetic toward them but would never reciprocate. I thanked him for his help at the end of this experience to which this guy replied with silence and an indignant look on his face. What a piece. Hopefully Target invests more time and resources to customer service training. If not, me and people like me who don't like to take an unnecessary drive and spend extra money to be treated like crap by cashiers will just continue to use a genius little service called AMAZON for our shampoo, conditioner, lighting cable, snack, sock, and underwear needs. I ordered the new animal crossing switch at 2 am for in store pickup. When I woke up today I got an email that they sold out. Apparently this target doesn't even look at their orders for in store pickups and just sells their whole stock. It's very annoying and when I called to ask about it they were rude and didn't care. She said this happens all the time so you would think they would be smart and fix their issue. Don't use target if you want a limited release item. read more

I have had the pleasure of shopping at this Target Store since it has opened. The store is clean, well organized and fully stocked. I can not say enough for the customer service here other than "IT ROCKS". Just purchased a pair of turtle beach stealth 700 headphones from the target on 192 in Kissimmee Fl. Got home to find they had sold me a clearly opened and then returned item as new without notice. Missing the charging chord, plastic sloppily put back on, instruction manual opened and bent. Meaning somebody else handled this item in their home, repackaged it, and then target decided to sell it to me at full price. In the middle of a pandemic. When I returned it the target employee said "sorry about that" and offered no compensation. Your company is embarrassing. read more

The grocery section was a bit lacking in fresh meat edibles and the prices were a bit high. Other than that, this Target is clean, large, and had a good variety of things. Didn't even know they had Super Targets, and it's basically a cleaner version of a Super Walmart with somewhat better customer service. Biggest turn off is price, but if the Walmart is as crappy as I hear it is, it is probably worth the extra money to go here. read more

This is a Super Target and we went here specifically to shop for 'Gluten Free' products. They have many; Kind bars, Banza pasta, Market Pantry , Table Meals, Ancient Harvest, Ronzoni, Barilla, Betty Crocker, Immaculate, Among Friend, Pillsbury, to name some brands. In frozen, Garden Lites, muffins, souffle, butternut squash and Blake's chicken pot pie, Quorn chicken n' cutlet nuggets and Van's Natural Path waffles. There are varieties of granola and rolled oats. There are several varieties of chips. The Van waffles are very good. I also bought frozen Udi frozen bagels. I also bought Canyon Bake house bread and bagels and they too are very good. They always have good sales every week on numerous iitems. read more

Just goes to show you that employees can make or break a business. All of the workers I've come to get to know over the course of the last couple years have left and have been replaced with people who don't take pride in their store or just don't care. It's falling apart. The maintenance isn't up to standard, the shelves are unstocked and the workers are rude. Go to Hunters Creek instead. read more

While living in this area this has been the Target we have been going to since moving to Celebration because we of course are not big fans of the Wal Mart around the area since they are over touristy and seem to be more dangerous to go to with all the people shoving and crowded. I like the more relaxed atmosphere of the Target store in comparison. All my Rx are at the pharmacy here and the Pharmacist Scott has helped us through many things like what would help me to recover from when i had my gallbladder and appendix taken out last summer to what would really help me the most with my heart burn during my first trimester of pregnancy, so that alone has been a great help to us and keeps us coming back. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks in the Target because my husband is a devoted coffee drinker. It is a convenient location and easy to get to off of 192. read more

Went here to buy some odds and ends while at Disney World over the weekend. They have Disney pancho's for $5 each vs paying $9 in Magic Kingdom or Epcot. The staff was very friendly with several employees asking us if we needed help throughout our visit. read more

The worst Target store I've ever been too. I understand there are times when the store can get busy and you may not have the cashiers to replenish the long lines but I've been here about 7 times and every time, they only have 2 lines open. Over 20 lines and only 2 cashiers?!? When you have people wrapping all the way around to the jewelry, it's time to bring some help. I had to ask a cashier, who had already called for some help numerous time, for someone to come open more lanes. So I went to guest services to speak with someone about opening more lines and they had to call again! Seriously! We left after unloading our full cart of organic groceries, so they lost out on that money. Granted they won't even care or notice but I will never go back nor recommend to anyone. Disappointed that this is the second visit to a Target store and have been told two different things. It doesn't make sense that the in-store price is different than the online price, especially on a clearance item. At one location we were told they would price match and use our cartwheel discount, because they were sold out we came to this location, but, at the time of purchase at this location they tell us it's either the price match or the cartwheel discount. There really shouldn't be a need to price match an item from within the company, it should simply be a price adjustment and apply the discount. read more

Worst customer experience I have ever seen from Target (besides my online experience with them). Went into store today for a few items while I am on vacation here. When I went to check out the they cash register ran out of tape. The cashier was new and had to call in the manager to reprint the receipt. After a failed attempt and other manager was called over to reprint. After failing to be able to do it there as the line got longer, she had me come to the customer service area to wait while she reprinted the receipt. After 15 minutes she never came back to check on me or provide me the receipt. Instead ran off doing other tasks and never came back. I needed the receipt as I was unsure if the clothing items I needed were going to work for me. Horrible service. read more

Not so good customer service experience in this store tonight... i often enjoy shopping at Target since I like their merchandise, and because i got a red card, I also like to get the extra 5% discount. Tonight though as i proceed to pay my red card just wont work, the counter clerk suggested i pay with another card and then customer service in the store can help me with reimbursing 5% discount. The ladies in the customer service counter suggested i call the target number at the back of the card, which i did. But when i thought the problem was fixed, the ladies just disappeared without excusing themselves or without telling me what to do next, maybe they have more important things to do. This is by far the worst run Target I've ever been in. On any given day you're lucky to find 3 registers open, because now they have "self checkout". Problem is, nobody knows how to use the checkout so they require at least one person to run it, and that usually means pulling one of their 3 cashiers off the registers. I have shopped at Target for years, more than willing to spend the extra money for the nicer shopping experience but honestly now I'm a Walmart shopper...when Walmart has a cleaner store and faster checkout, that's sad...clean it up Target. read more
