Don't bother calling the pharmacy after 5pm, they ignore the phone. my wife's meds were finally authorized at 5pm on a Saturday, this Walgreens pharmacy is open late, so we called to get her rX filled there... no good. Sat on hold for an hour and 42 minutes. just put the phone down next to us and listened to that God-awful muzak. called another Walgreens in Kissimmee that is open late, they never answered either, but their phone disconnects after 15 minutes on hold (or they pick up and hang up, couldn't tell. I live in the area, and have difficulty driving. Unfortunately, this location is the only one that I can get to safely. I have to go quite frequently and sadly it's usually a terrible and stressful experience every time. The pharmacy is horribly understaffed. I do not know why this is. As in other reviews, the lines to pick up prescriptions are ALWAYS VERY LONG. The wait time standing there is usually over 30 minutes. Also, as a frequent customer, I recently had a particular pharmacist mess up the order on one of my prescriptions very badly. She messed it so much that I was forced to call my doctor and have them call her back. Sadly, she still did not understand. Finally after several days the issue was resolved, but it was not good for my health. If you are a tourist and do not have to frequent this particular walgreens my advice IS DO NOT GO! unless you are prepared for significant screw-ups as well as Long wait times and a Lot of frustration! read more

The lady they have working at the front counter at night is the nastiest woman I've meet in a while. I went up there to look for cigarettes that they only carry and as I was looking for them the lady comes up and very nasty ask me um what are we doing ? As if I'm not very clearly looking at the cigarettes. So I told her I'm looking for the pink camel #9's for one she doesn't even attempt to help me look for them she automatically goes I've never heard of those we don't have them. You got me at 24/7... I used to live nearby this Walgreens and it is a huge convenience to have a 24/7 store and pharmacy in this area where a lot of things close early... even on the weekends. Had to select a star even though they don't deserve it just to post. Wife has spent three days trying to get a prescription that express scripts has already. Needless to say this is the worst pharmacy in the US they need to close. As noted spend hours on the phone only to be disconnected. Poor poor poor service. Being open 24/7 is a great convenience, I think that is the biggest plus here. Relatively high prices and some long wait times for assistance drag the overall experience down. If you don't need to use the pharmacy it's a better experience. read more

My fiancé, her mother, and myself all made covid test appointments for a cruise. They my fiancé's mother's results under my fiancé's name, no apologies and refused to fix it even though it was their mistake and she had to go back and pay an extra 100 dollars to get another one last second. My results were under my fiancés birthday and profile which made getting them incredibly difficult and i was locked out of my account multiple times for trying my own birthday info. We also tried to call the number they give you for assistance and were told that it was only for appointments and there was no number we could call to help straighten this out. Never again will I use them, terrible experience. read more

Terrible service at pharmacy, literally waited hours for basic medication. Staff was highly incompetent at pharmacy and I'll never get medication from this establishment in my lifetime. Lanes are shut down or out of service, microphones don't work, staff acts as if you are a burden. Waited 3 1/2 hours for amoxicillin and ibuprofe. I have never set foot into this store because of the reviews. The drive thru is just as bad. It is close to my home so I get my prescriptions there. My doctor calls them in and I still end up waiting up to 1/2 hour in line when there are only one or two cars in front of me. When you call, you are left on hold for up to 1/2 hour with them picking up the phone about every 5 minutes only to put you back on hold. Who ever does scheduling for the pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves. I will be moving my scripts soon. read more

Nice and clean in a super popular location. On the corner of John Young and US 192. There's a big Walmart a few miles down the street but if you are looking for convenience, you'll find it here. Prices are high, even for Walgreens, but that's just due to its location in a super high traffic area and being the fact it's 24 hours. Employees are nice and friendly even at 6am on the way to work. Good store at anytime of the day or night. read more

Literally the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. I waited in the photo department for 15 minutes before anyone came to help me. Then The lady didn't know what she was doing in the photo department. She had to call the manager to come assist her and the manager than took 22 minutes to come to the photo department and had the worst attitude ever. My 8 year old daughter was prescribed an antibiotic for her fever she's had since February 19th. Her doctor called it in electronically to the Walgreens at 1111 West Vine Street in Kissimmee at 9:47pm. The doctor said by the time I drove from her office to this Walgreens that it should be ready because it's just a liquid they need to pour. Well I get to the drop off window inside and they said it's not ready yet just take a seat. I wait til about 10:45 and I ask them about it again and they said they are having a communication problem with my insurance company and that there's nothing they can do. I asked them if they can transfer it to my local Walgreens at 2050 East Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee. They said yes that I'm in the system and I can pick it up at that Walgreens. Well stupid them filled the prescription at that one so this new location couldn't "refill" it because there's "no refills" stated on the original prescription requested from her doctor. So I needed to call my doctor to re prescribe the prescription, my 8 year old should have had the evening of the 20th. So the doctor re prescribes it at around 7pm. I call Walgreen around 8:30, still a problem communicating with my insurance so I personally call my insurance and tell them my dilemma.My insurance company informed me that was a paid claim at the Vine Street Walgreens and there should have been no reason for my daughter not to have received that medicine the same night on the 20th. I said well I need to pick it up at the 2050 East Osceola location and they put me on hold to call them and have it reversed so that it could be transferred and he said everything should be fine now and it should be ready in an hour. It's 4:14am February 23rd and still no prescription. My daughter still has a fever and missing more school because of their incompetence. I have been a valued customer at Walgreens for over ten years and I have never experienced something so unbelievable there and this will be my last time ever filling my prescriptions no matter how many times they apologize for my inconvenience. read more

There was only one cashier And the other two pharmacist ignore the line of customer they had waiting to be serviced. Worst i wouldn't recommend anyone to do business there. I recently visited this Walgreens location at the intersection of John Young Pkwy and the 192 to fill a prescription. The pharmacist demanded to know what the Rx was for, and asked numerous questions about the specific condition that was not any of his concern. He called my doctor and asked them for my medical records which is not a known or acceptable practice and he was extremely rude to the doctor's staff. My Dr reluctantly gave him the documents he demanded as I was in unbearable pain and needed my Rx. I went to the pharmacy where Edgardo Dias, the pharmacist on a power trip or has a God complex, decided in his medical opinion that he was not going to fill my Dr's Rx for my post surgical medication. Where did he get his MD? I will never patronize this or any Walgreens again. In a world where pharmacies are across the street from one another, you would think customer service and a desire to take care to the next level would be paramount, well that is not the case here - go across the street to CVS or down the road to Publix. I now take my business to Publix pharmacy and wow what a difference. At Publix, you are treated with kindness, respect, and a willingness to help. No HIPAA voilations either. I am filing a formal complaint with Walgreens and researching possible action against the HIPAA voilation. They messed with the wrong guy. read more
