I wasn't far away and just wanted something simple for breakfast so I brought up the app and placed my order with a pick up time of 9:30 in the morning. I drove there and got there a few minutes early and walked in. It was extremely busy inside, so I walked up to the counter And showed my phone to a lady who is working right there. She told me it would be a few minutes or something, and I went to wait. I watched a lot of people placing orders at the kiosk and waiting and then receiving their orders and leaving all the while I was still waiting for my order. It was near impossible to get someone's attention and I waited almost 25 minutes before I was able to ask someone about my order. I had the app open in my phone and watched it disappear from my screen and that's why I approached. Lady asked if I had a mobile order and I suggest but it just dropped off my screen And she proceeded to tell me that all my order would be at another window that I couldn't even see that was around the corner. Sure enough my sandwich was just sitting there. I'm not sure how long it had been ready, but it wasn't totally cold yet. For me this is a tooth old problem. The first is that when I placed the order in the app there was no indication from anywhere that my order would be at a separate window. The second problem is that there was nothing in the store by the other windows to say that mobile orders were around the corner. I understand that they were extremely busy and it's probably like this every day. It was very clear that orders were not coming out as quick as expected by pretty much everyone. To be fair to the employees, they all were working very fast and hard to get orders out. The fault in this case I feel falls with Wawa and store management for not having clear signage the notification for Ware to pick up based on where you ordered. While this was my first visit to this location and I was definitely disappointed. My sandwich was made correctly as I ordered itand tasted really good. If I have the opportunity to stop again I just hope that it's lunchtime or at a point when maybe they're not quite as busy but at least I will know where to pick up a mobile order. read more

Wawa has certainly expanded its presence throughout Florida and that is certainly good news for Floridians, but for Floridians who relocated here from eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, it was bringing a piece of home down here to the Sunshine State. Wawa is so much more than a simple gas station. Yes, it features a multitude of gas pumps offering competitive prices and I applaud them for offering air for your tires from an air pump that does not require a payment. Should be common sense, but most gas stations have decided that they can generate a few more dollars by charging people to put air in their tires. Wawa goes above and beyond in customer service by letting people get air without a surcharge. But for me and I would hazard a guess that endears Wawa to most of us is the food that they offer, mostly their subs (what they call hoagies due to their original locations). These subs, er, hoagies are freshly made 24/7 and many, myself included, have ended an evening festivities at a Wawa grabbing an end of the night snack in the form of one of their subs, hoagies, or whatever you want to call them. They have both hot and cold sub/hoagie things, as well as other foods like breakfast sandwiches, bagels, bowls, etc. I also have always liked their pretzels, available at the cash registers. Oh, speaking of their food, keep an eye out for Hoagiefest, where they offer any sub st a discounted price. Truly a good deal. So, yes, I recommend Wawa. I would almost climb a mountain to scream its praises for the four winds to carry to the far planets of this world (perhaps even going so far as to reach my home state of New Jersey). This place could out Dunkin donuts out of business. Prices here are spectacular!!! I'm so impressed with there specials. Today they had a $1.99 for a large latte. It's made from scratch and taste just like a caramel macchiato from Starbucks. Secondly, they have excellent prices on fresh donuts...so if you're on the run, which of these spots are more efficient to pop into? Dunkin or Wawa? Now if I needed to study or meet with friends, the obviously I'd be with a traditional coffee shop, but Wawa fills the gap of efficiency and quality that was much needed in thier space. read more

This is our go-to gas station in our area. We always receive friendly, fast service here. I decided to stop in for a tasty latte and sub since they are currently in hoagie fest at Wawa. My sub was only $4.99 for a foot long and I like their subs almost as much as publix subs. I got the Italian. Can't beat the price. For my latte I got the Dulche de Leche for $2.99 ( much cheaper than Starbucks) It was so sweet and full of Carmel. My food was ready fast and I checked out fast. When I travel I'm always surprised by how well our American franchises operate overseas. The Burger King in Florence, Domino's in Osaka and McDonald's in Dubai all outperformed their domestic counterparts. Wawa has nothing to fear from international competition, it has a presence we can be proud of. The Wa is well-represented in the greater Orlando area with 6 locations and I want to go to all of them and here's why -- Hoagies - I only had one but if it was any indication of the others, then you can choose at random. The Gobbler is full of roasted turkey, stuffing and cranberry marmalade that's finished with a ladle of gravy. I order a mac n' cheese to complete my Turkey Day experience and stuffed it in the sandwich. There was a line of people in front of me just flying through the ordering process. When I got up there I had to read everything and could hear a symphony of exasperated gasps behind me. I need to practice/eat more hoagies..for everyone's sake. Pepsi Challenge - I thought there was a mandate against selling Pepsi and Coke fountain drinks in the same store. Like when you type google into a Google search bar and it breaks the internet. Somehow it's possible and both machines have the option to 'flavorize' any beverage, but who drinks Pepsi anyway...what are we in Canada? Jackass/Viva La Bam/CKY connection - if you've ever watched any of Dickhouse's shows or movies you'll notice that many of the stunts are staged in Wawa parking lots. It's the only reason I even stopped at one. Otherwise I would've thought it was a water-park for toddlers. "That's better than Starbuck's" is a line I usually hear at Dunkin' Donuts but their coffee could be a contender for the brew belt. They make everything from flavored lattes to smoothies at a fraction of the price. Pre-fab Food - The best you can hope for at 7-11 is mystery meats or $10 cheese plates at SBucks. Wawizzle takes it up a notch with items like cheesy jalapeno bites, mango fruit cups and chicken caesar wraps for less than $5. When WWZ (World War Zombie) begins I'm heading to the nearest Wawa armed to the teeth with an M-14 EBR, Excalibur hunting crossbow and a Yosemite climbing hammer to annihilate the hordes at my own pace while snacking on Tastireats. This location is pretty dirty for a Wawa. Compared to the average gas station it's still pretty nice. The blue window washer is always filled and the squeegees work without streaking. When they first open the pump receipt paper was always working, lately they tend to be out of paper. Free air for tires is a nice touch and appreciated. read more

So I was driving and had to use the bathroom, so I was looking for the closest place to do that at. I was driving and saw Wawa so I figured they had to have a bathroom. When I pulled up, the parking lot was extremely full and every gas pump was taken. I eventually found a spot and went it. When I entered I immediately noticed all the good savory smells from the food they served. I proceeded to the bathroom and did my business. After coming out of the bathroom (which was really clean for a public one), I went over to check out the food. I wasn't hungry and I had just ate dinner about 2 hours ago. I noticed how many people were ordering so I figured it must be good! I went to the kiosk too see what they had and a couple things caught my eye. I ended up ordering the Turkey chipotle sourdough sandwich. I added bacon to it and also ordered a cookie. My order came up pretty fast and everything was amazing. I usually don't eat gas station food but I'm definitely going to try Wawa again! I want to try more! read more

I like Wawas... Besides the fact that they are a gas station, they have a cafeteria/deli which a variety of sandwiches and fast foods made at the moment. Also, with their easy-to-use computers where you can place their orders, you can customize whatever you like. They also have respectable coffee... From espresso to regular cup of Joe. Customer service is always nice. I would suggest two changes. That their espresso options let you add more than one shot and that they fix the many bugs of their application which is very disappointing. But that's Wawa in general and not particular to this Wawa, of course. But take your patience with you when going to this Wawa. it's at one of the most busiest Avenues in all Kissimmee. Drives me crazy that other stations charge for air. Like the outside dining tables. Usually the tables are all taken when I stop by so they must be good. Love the way you order your sub here. Computerized system that is extremely easy to use. Also, order drinks on here. I like the prepared cut fruit in the middle case when you walk into the store. A quick good fast treat. Love the cheese sticks. Their brand of ice tea/lemonade is the best. Love the freestyle soda machine for .79 for what ever size. What I don't like about this location is the fountain area seems not clean and kept up enough. The bathrooms for sure need to be attended to more often. Also customer service here is lacking. I am for sure a fan of WaWa's but this location needs some improvement. read more

How can one be a fan of a convenience store!?! I had heard about Wawa stores from my wife and daughter who had visited NJ and discovered them while filling up with gas. Being used to the local convenience stores I was sure they were exaggerating in their Wawa descriptions. Nope! The gas was competitive in price. The coffee was less than typical convenience stores. And they actually do have cheese and fruit (fresh fruit that looks yummy) dishes... again reasonably priced! They also have a made to order area for lattes, smoothies and such as well as for sandwiches! Sort of like a 7-11,Subways and Starbucks all in one with affordable pricing, fresh and tasty items and pleasant service. Hey Wawa... when do we get Wawas down here in Fort Lauderdale? Wawa is my favorite go to gas station, as they all seem to be nice, clean, well lit up, and carry a nice variety of items I seek to buy. This location was the same, it has clean blue window washer and nice new squeegees to use when self cleaning my windows and plenty of paper towels. The gas prices are on par as the other gas stations. The deli inside is a nice option if you desire a upscale sub sandwich made fresh from your order. They have a large selection of cold drinks and some cool snacks like the VooDoo chips that are hard to find anywhere else. This place was a nice pit stop and we were quick to get in and out with all we needed. read more

I don't know why we don't have Wawa stores in So. Fl. This is a great little convenience store - way above any of the similar chains. The first time, we stopped in for a snack, pretty much resigned to the usual exceedingly limited fare offered by stores of this type. Instead, we found a fresh fruit and cheese tray, with Gouda cheese, sweet grapes and berries, along with an interesting thick cracker. On this trip, my daughter and I shared a "superberry smoothie." It was thick, luscious, and only $2! Anywhere else, it would have been at least $5 for the same amount. For now, we'll just have to be sure that we run out of gas in Orlando and hope for Wawa to come to Ft. Lauderdale soon. read more

Had a coupon for a free "Shortie." ( I think that's what they call the little hand held sub) Anyways, call me slow -but I felt a little "special" ( slow) putting my order in the computer. Got help from my co-worker, since he is a "pro" and we were limited with time. Sub - tasted alright , but sloppy. Too much honey mustard. I hate when wet stuff drips all on the wrapping as you try to eat. Pet Peeve - I don't like when they prepare cold food behind the counter that is so tall you can't see what they are doing to it. You just see lurking eyes looking at you with their hands moving. I am not paranoid( are you talking about ME?!) ,but I like the shops where you can see the food being prepared, especially if it is not "tried by the fire." Service - a little slow and distant. After listening to all those countless number of WaWa sandwich lovers, this transplanted Bostonian, and my Philadelphia born and raised wife, decided to celebrate a "football-less" Monday night with sandwiches from WaWa. For my wife a hot Philly Cheese Steak sandwich with caramelized onions and peppers and melted cheese. What a disappointment; meat ok, not enough ( should have ordered extra) melted cheese not anything like Cheese Whiz, onions and peppers were almost raw! That was worth a half star at best. I went for the Italian Hero with assorted meats, Provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, roasted peppers, onions and a little mayonnaise to help it slide into my tummy. That aborted mess might get another half star for the roll. All-in-All one of the poorest excuse I've found for authentic sandwich offerings. They make awesome subs!!!! The people are nice but the crowd is ghetto. They're very quick but yet very precise. Best thing to do is as soon as you place your order through the machine grab your ticket get anything else you would like to purchase & go to the cashier. Once you make the purchase & head over to the area where they're making your food, your meal should already be made! They also have a lot of different sides you can add to your sub. Best thing ever invented! Forget subways, Quiznos etc. the prices are average but definitely worth it :) read more

My mother was by herself today as she drove from the doctors office. She realized as she drove that her blood sugar was crashing and started shaking. She entered the store and picked out an ice cream. (Should help raise that sugar right up) she checked out and the rude cashier said to her "enjoy your day and your ice cream. It's not like you need it." All I know is it was a young male. When I started digging for info she shut down saying she wasn't worried. But this needs to be addressed! Love this Store. Ever since they came to Florida. Its located right by my office so it became a daily morning or lunch stop. The food is great and the prices are good. Food time is fast so you don't wait long. They have an atm with no charge which also is a plus. The only one problem I have with this location is there in one girl is in always rude and has attitude at everyone. I tend to avoid her when coming in. But i highly recommend this store.
