For lunch I went to Arby's and dined inside. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I order a Beef and Cheddar, 4 piece Mozzarella Sticks, Classic Roast beef sandwich, and Curly Fries. I waited a few minutes but everything came out hot and fresh. Everything tasted as it normally does. The only negative thing about my visit today was that the dining room was a little dirty. What can I say - it's Arby's. This location always has excellent service. The food is always consistently well prepared, and the app offers some reasonable discounts for those looking to save some extra money. Inside offers plenty of seating - especially as most are not eating in. It's a typical atmosphere, with tables and family friendly music in various genres. And of course the "good job" bell to ring as you leave (if you see fit). I'm giving full stars across the board here for the friendly service each time and how every visit its like they've just freshly prepared my order. Just keep in mind when using the app, it is not instant like other chains so you will likely need to wait a bit to allow them time to prepare. Nothing outrageous, and app gives you a time estimate. I will say I do wish they would do something with the floor...very sticky!!! In the restaurant and ladies room While the sandwhich did not very much sauce they freely gave us some so we could add it. The potato cake was a little tasty, nice change from french fries. The popper was not as melty as I like. All in all an ok meal. This Arby's is always good! I usually stop here when I'm hungry after landing at MCO and it's always clean, the food is good, and the service is quick. I will say when you order on the app and you're the only one in the store and they put the food out for you, they don't even say the name or acknowledge you. But it's ready quick and it's good so I'll deal with it. If you don't like talking to people, then it's awesome! read more

PROTIP: Arby's coupons can often be used more than once per visit. My friend and I both got Smoked Brisket combos on the same coupon. Check the fine print. The Smoked Brisket combo was really good, but I'm not sure I'd get it if I didn't have a coupon. They don't put on much BBQ sauce, so you'll have to ask for more since the BBQ sauce isn't on the sauce bar. The fries were slightly overcooked (y'all know I'm the Fry Snob). The parking lot isn't the greatest. It's narrow, and it's one way out for the most part. Make sure you leave the right way. In Orlando knows Arby's are few and far between. So I come home from visiting family for Thanksgiving, only to get a text from a family member one week later telling me that two friends we socialized with during the holiday came down with COVID. And I may want to consider taking a test for COVID. And my doctor is not going to allow me to get my physical, unless I test negative. Oh, and Merry Christmas. I made an appointment with the CVS Pharmacy on Lee Vista Boulevard for a COVID test, arriving much earlier than planned. And noticing this Arby's across the street, I decided to grab a quick bite. I entered the drive thru just after 2:00 pm. And by the time I received my order, it was nearly 2:15 pm. Not the fault of the employees though. The drive thru had a long line. I ordered the 2/$6 Classic Roast Beef sandwiches with small Crinkle Fry and a medium Diet Coke, totaling $9.79. My food arrived hot, so that is a plus. The sandwiches are always tasty. Especially with the Horsey Sauce. And the Crinkle Fries are really good. I prefer these to the other French Fries that Arby's serves. Arby's is my go to place when I am not in the mood for a burger or sub sandwich. And I am a fan of their French Dip sandwiches. But the regular roast beef sandwiches are perfect for when you are dining on the go. As I said, the line for the drive thru was long. But the employees did their best for providing good, friendly service. And speaking of the drive thru, there was a sign advertising their boneless chicken wings. Available in a six piece or nine piece with Crinkle Fries. I may just have to try that next time I visit an Arby's location. I was able to have lunch and still make my appointment on time. And I tested negative. Which allowed me to get my physical today. And that went well. So now I have time for Christmas shopping. And I may have to try those boneless wings that Arby's just introduced when I am out shopping. Oh. And Arby's has gift cards for sale. Merry Christmas. read more

This is our new Arby's location. All I can say is I'm in so much trouble. The new location is clean and has been pleasant and easy to work with since opening. Of course any new location has its mistakes and glitches when opening but they fix the issues quickly and now are on top of they're game. The Reuben is my absolute favorite and I keep coming back lunch after lunch. I highly recommend this location for a quick bite. read more

Went to Arby's and the service was good but I'm disappointed in the mocha shake the way they make it it doesn't taste like a mocha vanilla shake Harley no mocha flavor in there they put whip cream and chocolate syrup on top which is OK but where is the days when mocha was very flavorful and you could crave the taste of that don't know why they do it like that now but it made it horrible. The manager (the one with the face piercings) said she couldn't add extra Jamocha to a Jamocha shake when other Arby's have done it for me... I always enjoy their food but the staff at this one seems more lazy than normal. There was no soap or paper towels in the restroom either. read more

Again I tried going to this place I don't even know why . First off we're in a pandemic just an FYI they made me park in the front to get my food in the drive through . They went to one car first wearing no mask !!! Handed the food to the car it wasn't there's it was ours he came to our car and said here's the food after someone else had gone through it and then he went through it wearing no mask saying no one had touched it but him . We had just seen him handing the food to the other car . Seriously I don't even know why we went there again disappointed once again ... you should really have all employees wearing mask and checking the food before they even approach any car . Hello, I have been going to Arby's almost my whole life now and I had a fairly good experience at all of them, BUT THIS ONE. So I get my order (2 sandwiches) and I wait... and wait... and wait. I'm at this point getting very angry it has been 15 min and still don't have my food. So I keep waiting around 20 min in I get my food. Now this better be a amazing sandwich, but when I get my sandwich is was just the normal sandwich. Just stopped to try new restaurant. Only gave one star for the cashier since he was very nice and polite. Unfortunately my sandwich was done incorrectly and cut in half. I returned to the counter to have it corrected and management was very rude insisted that it was my request. I showed her my receipt that showed my correct order. The manager threw sandwich in the trash upset. She did give me another sandwich, however, at this point I was not hungry any longer. I would personally will not return. read more

Ordered a chicken sandwich, was asked to pull up because they were making fresh chicken. Waited 20 min, tried going in but they were already closed. Called and had to speak to a manager- the drive thru girl brings out an ice cold beef and cheddar that felt like it just came out of the refrigerator and Luke warm chicken sandwich. Asked for the manager again took another 5 min for her to come out and was met with "we can make you fresh" yea- like you did the first time? Got our money back. Never again. Never again. Note to staff- work for your paycheck- not stand there and flirt shamelessly with your coworker in front of the drive thru window and try meeting your guest requests and maybe your restaurant will stick around for more than 6 months and won't close permanently. Should also mention manager was quick to take my receipt back so I couldn't complete the survey and leave this all star glowing review for corporate.....
