This location tries its best but this company is now no longer giving cheese packets and wanting clients to buy cheese shakers? So weird. I'm not purchasing an entire cheese shaker when I rarely if ever order Pizza Hut. I won't order anymore. Too many choices and that's just plain ridiculous. Go back to the cheese packets lol. In response to the comment below: I think reducing waste is a great cause but in this case, replacing paper packets and replacing them with plastic containers makes zero sense. Last night with my wife we decided to stop for Pizza Hut in New Smyrna.... a completely empty place, instead of staying to eat we decided to order a pizza and cheese sticks. The clerk told us to wait 15 minutes. About 20 minutes later she told us the pizza was ready, we trusted, we grabbed the boxes and went out. When we arrived at the house and opened the boxes, the pizza almost burned and the same the cheese sticks ..... a deshonest employee that could have shown us the pizza she saw was overcooked and to have asked if we still want it like that. I Order here very often. It's always fast and it's always good. I've had many variations of pizza and the wings and I've never been disappointed other than ordering a pizza I just didn't care for. This pizza hut location has always managed to disappoint. But I made the mistake of giving it a second chance again. I ordered through the app and then went in to pick up early. Well I had forgotten to omit the marinara sauce from my pizza because my kid is allergic to it so I wanted to get there before they made it. I got there and I could see the cashier behind the pizza heater eating. So I asked her if she could assist me and wow she didn't seem to like me interrupting her "stealing food while on the job" time. This super rude cashier Francesca with a really bad attitude came up to me and asked me what I wanted with a nasty attitude. So I paid for the pizza and waited. Well others came in and she was the same with them. No smile or friendly welcome nothing. But she did ask them if they wanted pepper or parm cheese packets but when it came to me, she just dropped the pizza on the counter and said here. It wasn't until I asked for her name that her attitude suddenly changed as if she has multiple personalities. It's always been horrible service and this time was my last time at this location. April- Much better than the 1st and 2nd times we ordered from this Pizza Hut. The food was good but not great. The one thing that I really wanted more of was the cinnamon sticks with icing. They were delicious. My star rating will still be affected by my other visits though. March- The first time we ordered from this place they messed up our order...bad. In reward they gave us a code for a free pizza. One night we decide to use the free code. Then we put the code onto the website. It said we were not able to use this code for pizza. After this we call the manager to get an explanation and she acted like she could care 2 cruds about us. Definitely do not visit the Pizza Hut because of the terrible service and management. read more

Never really ordered Pizza Hut when I was in NYC but now that I'm here in Orlando for some reason I see myself getting it more and more. I didn't realize pizza huts pizza is really good and the wings are awesome! The garlic parmesan wings are off the chain, very garlicky and they put a lot of Parmesan cheese. The pies when you custom make it are great the pepperoni and green peppers and onions with the stuff cheese crust awesome, the salami is also awesome, but they just came out with a pizza that's a hot dog pizza pie! It's a pizza pie with pepperoni and the crust are pigs in a blanket smh OMG! Where has this pie been all my life? Doesn't get any better than this to have a slice of pizza and at the end have a hotdog, really?! Pizza Hut stepped up there game with this pie, keep on coming with the good ideas. read more

I come here late nights for a snack at midnight on a Saturday or even during the week around 6pm when I get my kids from daycare. This place is always clean and my food is always fresh and hot. I had delivery once but it seems to me it's just worth the little drive and the quality will keep up. Everyone is always super nice. I have stood by Pizza Hut through highs and lows..,, today was a low for sure! As a member of a flight crew I spend a lot of time in hotels and it's convenient to order pizza several times a year. This is without a doubt the laziest, worse location ever! I placed my order online (thankfully ph finally fixed their app). Then I called and spoke to josh who was very nice and advised him to please send peppers, cheese and played to hotel as well. Driver arrived with 20 min....hmmmm that was fast when I asked for peppers and cheese he said they were out, ok may I have plates I said, no we're out! Okaaaayyy...I taste the pizza and it's the worse I've had clearly was sitting around and just reheated. Pepperoni was dry and curled. Breadsticks were good, marinara was cold, swell... Worst pizza hut ever. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would. Terrible customer service with register personnel that talk about there customers behind their back. I one of them even said she thought I "stole that debit card" and made me get my id from my car. I was greeted with horribly fake smiles and giggles when I came back in and would never go back to this location again.
