I thought it would be quicker to place my order through the app and eat inside, rather than going through the drive through, obviously I was wrong. The only initial greeting was from the line cook who barked "we're busy, if you'd like to order use the kiosk." I ordered the create your own box with beefy 5 layer burrito, which had minimal beef, chips and nacho cheese sauce, chalupa supreme and drink. Good as expected, but there was no service. Uh... This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, but I've only been to 4. I got the Chicken Power Bowl and the service was fast. There was a man that wanted his chicken grilled, but they said he couldn't get it grilled. Anyway, my bowl looked bad. The rice was mushy and I added potatoes (they put like 7 potatoes). I didn't want to eat the rest after half of it. My boyfriend also stopped eating his taco halfway through because it was "wack." He's never done that before. After they mess up my order and I show them the error and request they fix it. They manager decides to bicker and argue with me even after seeing the proof of the error. She began telling me she would fix it but would charge more for making a new order. After multiple times explaining the incident she refused to fix the problem. It is supposed to have seasoned beef, sour cream, chipotle sauce, etc. What I got from delivery was a literal single strand of beef wrapped around a flour tortilla with cheese. I consistently receive some of the most piss poor attitudes I've ever gotten from Taco Bell employees at this location. The guy in the kitchen on my most recent visit was yelling and dropping F-bombs so loudly that you could hear him yelling through the drive-thru speaker. I really enjoy Taco Bell's Fresco Tacos since I have a dairy allergy. However, things are getting a bit messy. I spend more time picking out bits of white and orange cheese than I actually spend eating my tacos. It's starting to feel like it isn't worth the effort. I went to this Taco Bell to eagerly to eat at 12:15pm... i trie to open the door and it was closed... go to the second door, closed again, I knock the door and nothing.
