Very good place for tacos although a bit pricey. Maybe I am just out of touch, but tacos were cheap once, you're supposed to eat a bunch and not pay much, but everything is crazy nowadays. Burritos are also good. I enjoyed the sauce selection with great spicy sauce, this place is really good.

Late night tacos at a gas station, love it. It was a long day after a visit to Magic Kingdom, so had to find some eats after the fireworks. Decided to stop by Mexas and got shrimp tacos, a steak quesadilla and an al pastor taco. I like that they have a salsa bar where you can get your own hot sauces ranging from mild to hot. The medium hits nice in terms of flavor and spice. The shrimp tacos were breaded and were ok. In my opinion, I think they would've been better grilled, but nonetheless it was huge and filling as it came with three tacos. The al pastor taco would be what I would get again as the flavor was really tasty and authentic. Right next to a mart where they sell alcohol. Got everything you need here especially with a tired little one in the car. Food was done in 15 mins and we hit the road!

Some of the tastiest Mexican food I have tried. Loved the variety of meats they offer in this small, yet cozy establishment. Open til late. Super friendly staff. A nice little variety of sauces to top off your food with. I especially enjoyed their Tamal. Found their Quesadilla (stuffed with barbacoa) a bit too salty for my taste. Not giving 5 stars b/c patrons of this restaurant need to use the washroom at the annex grocery store.

I was on a quick business trip that had me in Orlando for about 5 hours. When I landed, I was hungry and craving some Mexican food. Yelp to the rescue. I went to Mexas Tacos. When I arrived, the small place had a steady amount of customers. Many of them were police officers. This made me hopeful since local law enforcement goes to the places that either a) have great food, b) great value, or c) both. I ordered a bowl and a taco. When I took my first bite, I got the answer to my analysis above. It was option c - the food was great and good value. Both dishes were hot as flavorful. At first I liked the taco more, but then I liked the bowl more - then I realized I liked whatever the current bite was more. This place is a gem. It's connected to a gas station so there isn't a ton of parking - that means get there early. I highly recommend this place!

    La Birria Torta

Super friendly staff, food came out quick and everything was absolutely delicious!! Easy to say it was the best barria we've ever eaten! Hubby had the barria tacos and I had the la barria torta, it just melts in your mouth! Next time we come back to Orlando, we'll def make this a stop!

We were in the area looking for tacos and we stumbled across this hidden gem. Service was good. When you walk in you can order via a person at the counter or via a self service pad. The staff were friendly and the location was clean, the place had a family atmosphere. We ordered chips with salsa and queso. The chips were fresh and both dips were seasoned well and tasted great. I ordered 5 tacos (3 carne asada, 1 chicken and 1 carnitas) all tacos came with fresh cilantro, raw onions and a lime wedge. Carne Asada and Chicken were delicious and my favorite. The carnitas taco was ok it was not my favorite. My husband ordered 5 tacos all chicken and he added tomatoes and guacamole. He said they were delicious. I will definitely come back, if you're in the area check them out you won't be disappointed.

I had 5 different tacos that were excellent flavor. My husband had the Birria Tacos that was not crispy at all and that ruined the experience and flavor. The service was fast, we were the ones in at that time. The restaurant was clean go for tacos and never get gas.

Love this place! Our new 'go to' for everything Mexican in the Orlando Disney area. My son and I ventured out and found it for a late Thursday Dinner. We liked it so much we brought the whole family back for Sunday Brunch! They serve breakfast items all day (see pics and Crazy Burrito 12" not pictured, but so yummy!). Have Domestic and Mexican Beer, Frozen Margs, Soft Drinks and Jarritos Mexican sodas too. Their Salsa Bar was awesome! From Mild to Hot - all salsa very tasty regardless of Heat. Got great feedback on the Quesadillas and Birria Chimichanga! I had the Quesadilla al Pastor (Pork & Pineapple) on Thursday night and it was Delicious! Definitely come by this place! Great prices and the Staff is SO FRIENDLY!!! (I am told they serve Breakfast items til Close @ 11pm).

The tacos de asada are great! Finding good Mexican food here in Kissimmee is impossible but this is great.

Disclaimer: this review is for the lunch buffet only…read more I went with my family to try the $18.49 all you can eat lunch buffet. This was my first time experiencing a buffet for hispanic food and for this price point in Orlando, this is an amazing value deal. The server regularly brought us out silverware, napkins, and refilled our water. The place is decorated very fun and plays latin music which was lovely Not only was there an unlimited assortment of lunch foods, but an entire bar of fresh toppings for tacos (or rice bowls) and made to order desserts which were included for free! Not everything on the buffet line was the best but given the amount of options, price, and how good the great items are this is still worth a five star rating. I unfortunately did not take pictures of the food before I began devouring everything in sight to the point of near-collapse, but I will do a quick rundown of the buffet highlights: The best meats were the fajita steak, chicken, and shrimp made fresh in cast iron skillets, as well as the chicken lengua which was super flavorful and tender. The mexican rice, beans, fajitas, plantains, and street corn were also excellent. Fresh quesadillas, chips, and corn tortillas on standby with homemade queso and salsas. The flan and mini churros were the best I've ever had. Super rich, decadent Carmel flan. Mini churros hot and crisp on the outside, filled with a gooey soft milk chocolate center. They were delicious. Items that were disappointing: the tamales, mini chicken flautas, and beef chimichangas were just okay, lacking the seasoning and flavor that other dishes had. The beef barbacoa was not as tender or flavorful as the shredded chicken surprisingly. The mixed seafood was itself a mixed bag with some shrimps / scallops overcooked to much while others were perfectly cooked. The chicken mole and beef tri tip were room temperature despite sitting on hot plates. The tri tip also varied widely in doneness throughout the slices and not super tender. The rice pudding was pretty standard, and the tres leches cake was weird as they crumbled the cake into pieces before soaking it.

ASADA- almost as bad . Dry no juice at all chunks is grizzle . Prime rib tacos ... are you JOKING ? Some cheap cut of beef not cut on the bias and stringy . Sangria ? Go ahead , drink five pitchers and you'll be fine to drive( other than puking ) no alcohol at all in the sangria . Only ok things were the guac and refried beans ... that's it . I bought 3 chicken tacos (about 12 dollars), then sat in an empty table to wait. It was ready for me in under 10 minutes. The tacos were small, but they had a good amount of chicken, cheese, onions, tomato, and cilantro. A choice of sauce was included, and I took the hot red sauce. The sauce was small, but still ample enough to pour over the three tacos. The flavors were pretty good (thanks to the heat from the sauce) and it was filling enough for me, though the flour tortillas was a bit too hard for me. The service was pretty good, though I ordered from the kiosk and I picked up my order after they called my name. However, they did check up on me, as well a provided water to cops, and removed empty items from the tables. The staff were quite friendly. The dining area was small and a bit boring. There were 2TVs showing ads for their products, and 1 displaying a horse race. The restaurant was quite cramped, and I was thankful to find a table. It's located in downtown, so parking will be either in a meter or a garage. This restaurant serves pretty good tacos at a reasonable price, but the atmosphere was a bit bland for a taqueria. It was also small and can get crowded and full easily. Best to have this to go or delivered. It's still a nice restaurant for tacos in downtown.
