Well I wanted to try the new Big Arch. I ordered it with extra pickles. What I received was a burger with no pickles. Big Mac patties. No onions on top and Big Mac sauce. Couldn't get ahold of anyone for a refund. Kept getting hung up on. My fault for giving this a chance. read more

We ordered Sausage McMuffins this morning at 4:30am before heading to MCO. First off, the staff is very nice and professional. Secondly, our McMuffins looked/tasted like it was made with love. We NEVER could say that for any other McDonald's we've been to. The stuff nearly looked like the advertisements. It was only drive-thru but the ambience set the bar for us. How this place stays in business is questionable, they turned me away at the speaker that their computers are down and not taking orders while 4 cars are waiting at the pickup window, another visit they took my money and 15 minutes after waiting I called into the store to ask if they forgot me and the woman who answered the phone yelled at me that it takes time to cook the burger and hung up and when I got my order it was wrong. Whoever is running this establishment is doing an excellent job because the service at the drive-through was pretty good. The food was nice and warm, well-made clean. I live right down the street and this has always been our go too last minute spot. When we first moved into the area 2009 this was a great spot with fresh always hot fries and burgers. Over the last couple years they have really gone down hill. Food isn't as fresh, staff isn't as friendly, and the wait time for basic food is way too long (fast food folks). I still stop in now and again but it's only when we have no other choice. I'll recommend and update if they can fix the issues. The upside for me is that they are very accessible with my wheelchair, and the restrooms are clean. read more

I didn't think I'd ever write a review for a McDonald's, but here it is: My family and I were in Orlando for a vacation and this particular location is right across the street from our rental car place. Since we were famished after flying here and picking up a car, we decided to grab a quick bite. They messed up our initial order but Oscar the manager made it right immediately. He's the most jovial and customer service oriented manager I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant and he even has a pleasant employee floating the floor to check on how customers are doing. Periodically I come here, since the location is convenient. My experiences, here, have been mixed. It seems to me, like they're doing what they can to improve, and I can appreciate that. Most of the time, I have no issues. As opposed to the other Yelpers on here, I've never had an order messed up. My issue, usually comes from the staff members, who sometimes have an attitude, or are confused about something. I see that the manager does his best to rectify any situations, and he's professional, too. Usually this is a decent location. They serve *all* breakfast items, all day, which I love! Mostly recommended. UPDATE: I visited to eat there, and there was an associate named 'Chris' or 'Christopher', and he had a hard time taking orders. He kept messing things up, confusing customers, and then forgetting to give customers their cup. He probably should work in the back. UPDATE 2: I came back to get the limited edition McRib sandwich, and although it was good, indeed, I'm now more aware that there always seems to be an issue going on at the register. Whether it's workers forgetting cups, people standing around waiting for their food looking impatient, or kids screaming and running around, this McDonald's will never be a place that I *love* coming to. The people that eat here are relatively low class, and the service is never the best. This was a great experience! The staff was very friendly on a Friday morning at 11:00. We went to McDonald's as it's a silly little tradition we have when we go on vacation-and this was one of the best we've been to. The food was as expected and tasted good. Their credit card machine was acting up and we had to wait around 10-15 mins. They then asked us to come inside to get the food. When we did, he just handed it to us. I don't know why he couldn't have done that through the drive-thru? Also, they may have made our food already before the machine started acting up. Everything was so cold. Out of all the McDonald's in the area, this one always.. ALWAYS has a mess up somewhere. I've had several instances where something was wrong and had to go back in. This last time ate the cake though... My order was: Strawberry Shake, Hamburger, no ketchup no pickle. That's it.... Get to the window and im handed some kind of drink.... not a milkshake... look and its a smoothie. (Oh BTW, the sticker is on the drink and it says STRAWBERRY SHAKE...) yes... so finally receive my correct drink. Next... guy comes and goes to hand me the bag.. cheeseburger? no... hamburger,.... yes that's what I meant... I go to drive off, its a cheeseburger with a paper on it that says hamburger, no ketchup no pickle! I drive back around and look at the same guy and tell him.... you looked in the bag and said it was a hamburger... he responds with, I don't know why I do that... then asked me to pull around. I am then waiting several minutes and go inside to pick it up. It was a very frustrating situation for such a small order. One star. Let me make this as can to the manager at this restaurant. You run a MCDONALD's, it's a place for kids and crappy food. The last thing I want when I go into a McDonald's is to hear lousy music. Most McDonald's are guilty of playing the ilk that spews from the record companies but to go in and hear "Contemporary Christian" music. And the total irony of it all is that, on the TV, they had some kind of magical pony movie playing. This location has extremely fast service and a friendly staff. This is the first McDonalds that I've ever been to where they bring you your food instead of making you wait at the counter. When McDonald's advertised breakfast 24 hours, I thought it would be great because I get out of work at 3 in the morning and now I had a place I could go to pick up breakfast for my wife on the way home. Saw on the monument sign they were offering 2 mcmuffins for $3.50. I pulled up to the drive in. Emotionless employee asks what I want to order. I order an egg mcmuffin and a coffee- order comes to $5.10. I pull forward to pay and ask if the offer on the sign is still offered. He says yes and asks if I want 2 mcmuffins. The order came to $5. 10 cents less for 2 sandwiches versus one. Very disappointed I needed to ask if there was a better deal. Food was fine and coffee was hot. No problem there. read more

All table tops were dirty. I had to wipe it down myself. Girl comes out with our nuggets only, then few mins later, comes out with fries, I had to go ask for my cup since "they forget when ordered at kiosk". Total joke. Two days ago I've ordered s two for five meal, that consisted of Chicken MC Nuggets and cheese burger. When I arrived home, I realized that the burger and chicken was recooked and the cheese. It all started when my husband had a craving for a filet o' fish after a fun evening at Disney Springs. Now, I don't eat McDonald's. I've seen the same burger and fries sitting in my chiropractor's office for the last two years. But, on this night, I went against my better judgment, succumbed to tempation & ordered a hash brown. They told me to pull around to the side door for a hot, fresh hash brown. I was happy to wait. As I pulled around, I was intrigued by the pick two for $3 under the golden arches. I waited patiently for at least 5 minutes, staring through the glass windows, but no one even looked in my direction. So, I decided to go inside & inquire about the pick 2 for $3, and grab my hash brown. As the same person who told me to pull around served multiple customers in the drive thru, without even looking in my direction, I looked and saw my hash hashbrown sitting with the fries, ready to go. They still didn't connect the dots. After inquiring about the pick 2, I decided on the 6 piece chicken McNuggets and, based on the cashier's recommendation, I decided to try a fried chicken Snack Wrap for the first time. When I asked if it was the same over-processed chicken in a McChicken, She told me no, it was premium chicken and really good. The Mr. & I shared the McNuggets on the way home. When I got home, I was excited to try the snack wrap until I opened it to find one small, dry shrivelled piece of processed chicken the size of a McNugget wrapped in a full size tortilla. I wish I had thought to take pic...Disappointed, I wrapped it back up and planned to return it the next day. Well, it took me a couple of days to get back to McDonald's, after a failed attempt exchange the item at a more convenient location. This time, I chose to go through the drive-thru. My husband explained the situation to the cashier thoroughly, asking to exchange the wrap for a 6 piece McNuggets. The cashier unprofessionally said with an attitude, "well, I can't just give you free food". Ultimately the manager replaced the full order but the humiliation still lingered. These young people really need to watch how they talk to customers. If the item wasn't free when I bought it, then I'm not trying to get anything free. I'm pretty sure that I am older than the two of them combined and I have more education than the two of them combined. I don't need to ask them for anything free. Not only did I have my receipt and the untouched item but I explained the entire situation professionally yet still got such an unprofessional response. Unacceptable! read more
