Always very slow service, almost always my food order is wrong and the ambiance is unwelcoming. Everyone really seems to hate working here and it shows in the service and speed. I've been in their drive thru for about 15 minutes before because they added a small island beside the drive thru speaker so you cannot reverse if cars are behind you or drive over the island. Beware this Wendy's location as it is like a beautiful woman with terrible personality. It's ambience and design gives you the impression that this establishment is fun and innovative with its touchscreen integrations. You may think it's clean, friendly, and luxurious from the outside, until you look at the dirtiest floors you've ever seen. But that's not the worst of it. Picture this, you walk in to see a nice old man waiting in line to order. He says he's waiting for his wife to come out of the restroom so he kindly tells you you can skip his place in line. I mean, I see her from over the counter, but she has absolutely no care to even do the bare minimum of saying "how can I help you?" She just stares at you with a cold glare as though you're supposed to greet her first. Super awkward. She takes so long that you decide to order on the touch screen interface. Okay, that worked. But now you still have to claim your order with the same cashier who should've taken your order in the first place! You go through the motions and say, "Hey I just placed an order on the interface. #697" "$23.87" she says. Meanwhile, the old couple who were kind enough to let you skip them leave the establishment as a result of being overwhelmed by the lack of communication and proficiency with new technology not from their generation. With a cashier like this, they wouldn't have stood a chance getting their lunch within the next 48 hours. I would have left too. This type of establishment is the exact kind that makes good people take their business elsewhere. A constructive note for management: your biggest weakness at the time of this review is your front of the house. Your dining area is awfully dirty and the service of your most prominent employees SUCKS. Fix your floors. Fix your cashiers. When she came to the counter she didn't say a word just reached for the card processed the refund and gave it back. This is the worst Wendy's experience I have ever had. My fiancé & I went here to grab a quick simple bite before bowling (jr. Cheeseburger, spicy nuggets & a wrap w/ fried) it literally took us 40min from the time we got in line to the time we got our food. Then it was also hard, stale & cold. We asked the guy when he handed our food over is this was normal operations (since I live just down the road & want to know) - he stared at us blankly & shrugged like he didn't know..I said is there a manager here or owner? He shrugged again, my fiancé noticed his dilated eyes & asked if he was high... he definitely looked it. He also kept messing with his airpod in his ear the entire time we waited & could see him. Always had fresh food from this location. Staff is helpful, which is something you don't normally get from fast food anymore. Their natural lemonade is pretty great i think they have 4 different flavors now, too! Thankful this is another place on the list that is staying open later to help people that may still be working that are getting off later in the day.
