    3pc chicken fingers
    Linda R.

I stopped at the Cick-fil-A drive through restaurant and bought a 3pc chicken snack. The service was fast and the chicken strips were tasty but small. I guess everyone is scaling down on portion size. Price for this $6.95, go figure...

I love that this Chick-fil-A is so close to my home. I come here at least every two weeks. It says that it's the only location in this area. It gets pretty packed and that comes in waves.

Pretty good chick-fil-a! Drivethru was fast and efficient! That's always a plus! Our food came out nice and hot! I ordered my usual Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo however they forgot the deluxe part... no tomato and no lettuce... sad face! I just ate it because I was starving! And my hands had just been sanitized to eat and I wasn't going through the entire process to clean up again lol! Everything tasted great as usual! Clean location - despite the women's restroom having some trash on the ground! I've seen worst. For the mommies and daddies - we love when a bathroom has a changing table! So I'm happy to report that this one does! Couldn't check the male restroom though! We left pleased!

Sign on the front door informing customers that minors can't eat inside.

I stopped here for my lunch break with my coworkers and what we witnessed was truly appalling. This location is across the street from a school. Upon entering we were greeted by a sign that said that minors under 18 were not welcome to eat in the restaurant and could only take their food for carry out. Inside, it was not very crowded. Plenty of tables still open. There was group of teenagers eating their food, just chatting or looking at their phones. A woman, the manager, came around and started going table to table of younger looking customers and asking them if they were over 18 and ASKING FOR THEIR IDs. When she got to the table of teenagers I guess one or multiple of them were not 18 and she asked them to leave. We asked why this was happening and she said it was a safety concern because they'd been having problems with the teenagers from the school fighting and being disruptive. We told her okay, but these kids were just eating their food that they paid for and were not being disruptive so there was no reason for them to leave. She said that they should have been told before they got their food that they couldn't stay, that the school already knew that they were doing this, as if any of that made it okay. I have worked with teens for YEARS. While I understand how they can be a rowdy group and I'm sure being located so close to the school can overwhelm the restaurant at times, to apply a blanket policy that bans all kids from eating there is completely inappropriate. And to be demanding IDs of customers for them to be able to dine there is a ridiculous violation. If there are problems with disruptive teens, that needs to be handled on a case by case basis. Banning kids who are quietly eating the food they purchased and demanding identification from any customer who looks young is the absolute WRONG way to handle this. Businesses serve the communities in which they are located. When you are located a stones throw from a school you are going to serve students. To ban these kids is honestly shameful. And as a customer myself, it made me incredibly uncomfortable seeing these kids being targeted by management for no reason. It not only makes me want to never come back, it also makes me want to tell everyone I know not to go here as they are unfairly treating young people with suspicion and discriminatory practices. How is it appropriate to have employees who are under 18 but not permit customers of the same age into the dining area? Find a new solution.

I have never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A and this one is no different. Truthfully, the only negatives I have about any of them is that only relatively few are allowing indoor dining. Thankfully, this is Florida, where there are many opportunities to eat outside. As always, the staff here is very friendly and helpful. I have often said that I wish every business practiced customer service in the same way. Chick-fil-A excels not only in their food, but in their personality and character. Great people. The food is totally predictable and reliable. Predictably and reliably good, that is. With the chicken sandwiches, there is, of course, some variety to the thickness of the chicken breast you get, but that only makes sense. Whatever the size, it will be fixed deliciously. If you're a fan of Mac and Cheese, as my wife is, you'll also love it here. Finally, why not top it off with a shake. After a full meal, the large shake is far too much, so I grabbed a small Cookies 'n Cream shake, which was borderline for being able to finish it. My wife wanted a vanilla cone, but for some reason COVID has restricted things to only a dish of ice cream. Not sure why that is, but I'm assuming distribution issues. This was also one of the least busy of the Chick-fil-A's that I've been to. Especially around lunchtime. Most of these feature drive-thru lines that look like somebody is giving money away. This one moved quickly and was never overwhelming the parking lot. Bottom line, if you're in the Lake Nona area and up for a good chicken sandwich, this is a good spot.

Love it! If you are going to have "fast food" this should be your go to. Great selection of sandwiches and salads. The staff at this location really seems to want to be there. I have never seen this place empty expect for Sundays when they are closed. Always staff around cleaning the restaurant area. Like the two drive thru lines. I have never had my order made wrong. Best Arnond Palmer there is. Just be sure to ask for light on the ice, otherwise it is mostly ice. Love there sauces. Always ask for extra pickles on the #1 deluxe meal. I usually buy their chick-fil-a sauce in the tub for the house, its so good. The honey mustard and buffalo sauce are also worth giving a try. Love dipping the waffle fries in the sauces. who needs ketchup when the sauce is so great. Located off the main road be sure to look out for it so you don't miss it.

Let's start by saying that people in this area have been waiting with bated breath to give their money the CFA. Ain't gonna lie...we loves us some CFA. Still I think that some places take that for granted. Case in point. Tried calling for a mini tray 15 minutes before breakfast ended. The woman on the seemed confused. Told her I wasn't sure what the tray size what but thought is was 20 or so. She said they need an hour. Asked if I ordered 4 chick mini meals could they do it. Response yes. Said this is less than that. She took the order and I explained I was almost there but of course I knew I'd have to wait . (BTW order this all the time with short lead time) The other day I get a meal and the sandwich was soggy from the condensation. Little gross but fresh. Bottom line....this place is new and several issues recurring issues with food and service. Sometimes it seems that this CF takes it for granted that they are well...CF and that people are going to trip over themselves to hand them their money. It shows and it's not a good look. Driving 7 miles outta way to avoid this one. I'd say 2 1/2 stars because it's a hit or miss.

Something told me to look at the breakfast sandwich and I was shocked. I ended up ordered a chicken empanada and a tequeno in case I didn't like the sandwich because it looks awful (doesn't taste good either) In total with the additional purchase I spent $30. I feel like I got ripped off badly. They slapped two deli slices on this sandwich and they gave it to me on hamburger buns. This isn't what was advertised on their order screens or website. I wish I could get a refund because I didn't even enjoy the first bite and ended up not eating. The empanada was another disappointment. Flavorless boiled chicken mixed with some potato with a lightly seasoned rosemary crust. They give you some kind of garlic sauce with it and it's to distract you from flavorless food. The sauce can't always save food. Very overpriced for mediocre food. The coffee was the only decent item I had. Not even the tequeno was good and it's just a stick of cheese wrapped in dough. You're better off spending money at a drive through. For the amount of money I paid I am Highly disappointed and upset with this experience. Definitely do not recommend wasting the drive or your money to come here.

We were dying for a place with fresh air and outdoor seating, so a colleague found Canvas and we were all completely on board. This exceeded all expectations. The outdoor table in a covered area on the lake was just what we needed and the space itself is beautiful. Our server was Elizabeth and she was someone who has a real gift for delivering great hospitality. We were a larger, last minute group and she really took great care of us so we were all grateful to be seated in her section and all said how excellent she was at her job. The drink list was awesome and they had a great variety of cocktails, mocktails, and wines by the glass/bottle. I had a watermelon ranch water to start, that was so light and refreshing, plus really unique. I then moved onto wine, but my colleagues ordered a variety of drinks like the Lake Side Collins, Espresso Martini, and Blood Orange Cosmo. One in our group who is pregnant really enjoyed the mocktails on the menu. We started with a few apps that Elizabeth recommended, including the whipped ricotta, buffalo chicken, and calamari. We had a lot of different food preferences, but everyone easily found something to order. I had a Caesar salad and truffle fries (the fries were good, but not truffle-y) since like a toddler, I filled up on apps, but everyone cleaned their plates. The portions are also HUGE - two of my friends split the mushroom calzone and a Caesar and it was probably enough food for 3 people. We ended by sharing the Nutella donuts at the table which was the best choice to wrap up a wonderful evening out after two really hard days of work. If I lived in the area, Canvas would be somewhere I'd want in regular rotation to visit - it was a great blend of amazing service, a beautiful ambiance and vibe, and wonderful food/drink options. The most difficult part was figuring out WHAT to order off this menu!

I swear this whole experience felt like a social experiment or something. We were quoted a 20-minute wait that turned into 40, which is fine, but when we got the "table ready" text and went up front, the staff didn't even know if our table was actually ready. Already confused. Then we get seated at a 4-person table. We ask if we can sit at the 2-person table literally right next to it (like... less than a foot away), and they say no. Instead, they have us pull apart the 4-person table ourselves to make it work... and we had to clean it too because there was still stuff on it. At this point I'm like ok so we're employees now? Then a manager comes over and asks us to pick up and rotate our table to make space for a couple with a baby. Mind you this is the SECOND time we've had to move our table. We do it... and then they don't even seat the couple there. So we just rearranged the restaurant for fun I guess. The hostess was also hovering and making small talk about a matcha I got from the coffee spot inside, which felt like she was trying to make up for the table situation but it just made everything more awkward. Also why are the water refills like that?? They kept coming by and pouring literal droplets instead of just filling the glass. And our server somehow had perfect timing in the worst way possible -- every single time my mouth was full, she would appear and ask how everything was. It became a running joke. At one point we were laughing so hard because we genuinely couldn't believe what was happening. The crazy part is the food was actually really good. We spent around $200, so I expected the experience to match. Overall... great food, but the service felt like a fever dream. At this point I'm just wondering when HR is sending my onboarding paperwork.
