a sandwich cut in half with a side of coleslaw
    Chris L.

Quick, fresh, and affordable. Really enjoyed the vibes and music. They have a self serve for drinks. I got the pulled pork sandwich with a pasta salad as a side. It was really good and fresh. The coleslaw gives the sandwich a nice crunch. Will be back to try more of the menu there is also açaí bowls and chili.

Food was pretty inedible. Overpriced for below mediocre food. I was go elsewhere along Narcoossee if you are looking for a bite to eat.

Laureate Park Lunch Bunch. Loved the broccoli salad and smoothie! Actually anything here!!

While Bolay isn't as allergy-friendly as Fresh Kitchen, it's still a great choice for us. The portion sizes are perfect and the food is delicious! Each of the locations that I've visited are clean and have both indoor and outdoor seating, which makes for a great experience.

I love their efforts of being mindful of health. 100% gluten free, drinks without dyes & high fructose, no seed oils. 1. Temperature of food - majority of the time, certain items are consistently barely warm or flat out cold, even when it's a "fresh batch." For example, a new batch of sweet potatoes were extremely cold. You could tell they were not fresh. 2. Doneness of food - sweet potatoes, victim again. They are always undercooked and hardly edible. Are they not tasting their own food? They'd also be better if the skin was removed, as the skin makes them hard to chew. The broccoli is also very undercooked. Hard to chew and could use more flavor honestly. 3. Portion size - for the price, the portion sizes aren't matching. Depending on who is rationing out the food, you might still be hungry after. 4. Lack of multiple cooked vegetables - the only cooked vegetable offered is broccoli, which isn't even appealing. I wish they offered a variety of hot/cooked vegetable options. Aside from the tables always being dirty, the store is decently clean. The drink machine nozzles could use a more attention when it comes to cleaning. None of what I said stops me from eating there, just hope one day, I see a change.

We ordered the steak and eggs and smoked salmon Benedict. The steak was cooked to the right temperature and seasoned well and came with three eggs and potatoes. The smoked salmon Benedict had a fair amount of smoked salmon but I wished the poached egg was a little bit runnier. The place is very cute and had plenty of seating. It wasn't super busy for a Saturday morning so it was easy to get a table.

Something told me to look at the breakfast sandwich and I was shocked. I ended up ordered a chicken empanada and a tequeno in case I didn't like the sandwich because it looks awful (doesn't taste good either) In total with the additional purchase I spent $30. I feel like I got ripped off badly. They slapped two deli slices on this sandwich and they gave it to me on hamburger buns. This isn't what was advertised on their order screens or website. I wish I could get a refund because I didn't even enjoy the first bite and ended up not eating. The empanada was another disappointment. Flavorless boiled chicken mixed with some potato with a lightly seasoned rosemary crust. They give you some kind of garlic sauce with it and it's to distract you from flavorless food. The sauce can't always save food. Very overpriced for mediocre food. The coffee was the only decent item I had. Not even the tequeno was good and it's just a stick of cheese wrapped in dough. You're better off spending money at a drive through. For the amount of money I paid I am Highly disappointed and upset with this experience. Definitely do not recommend wasting the drive or your money to come here.

The corn beef empanadas was surprisingly yummy, I didn't think it would be very yummy but it was. The brussel sprouts we always get because it's the best bussels ever. I usually get the chicken pad Thai because who doesn't love pad Thai, it wasn't too sweet which I prefer. My hubby got the curry, its very favorable but would have been well balanced with rice. The puff rice is not enough to balance the flavor of the curry. Our service was great! The restaurant was extremely busy, so I expected a bit of a wait. However, the service was much slower than expected. It took a long time for our food to arrive, and one of the four kids' meals we ordered never came out. After waiting around 45 minutes, instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, the manager approached us and immediately became argumentative about how many kids' meals had been ordered. I wasn't looking for a confrontation--I simply wanted the missing meal. I actually had to stop the conversation and tell him that if he came over just to argue, I wasn't interested. That interaction really left a bad impression. As for the food, it was a mix of highs and lows. The blue crab dip was easily the standout of the meal--rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. It's absolutely worth ordering. The edamame was also well prepared and made for a great appetizer. Unfortunately, the gnocchi was the complete opposite. It arrived ice cold, lacked flavor, and was one of the most disappointing entrées I've had. For roughly $45 between my meal and wine, I expected a much better experience. While I appreciate that they offered a Kids Eat Free promotion, the long wait, missing meal, and poor handling of the situation overshadowed that benefit. The restaurant itself has a sleek, contemporary atmosphere that's great for groups or families, but the lack of attentive service and the manager's approach to customer concerns made the experience far less enjoyable. I hope they've improved since my visit, because the blue crab dip alone deserves recognition, but based on this experience, I wouldn't be in a hurry to return.
