You walk in and place your order on their iPad. They never greeted us or asked if we needed any help. Once we ordered, I received a text stating my order will be ready in about 10 mins. They brought out our loaded fries and guacamole. A bit later, the stack wrap came out. At a 1/2 hour later, we still didn't receive our tacos. (Everyone around us who came in after us already had their food.) I asked the worker who said he was going to check. A couple minutes later, one plate came out. Then 10 mins later, the other 2 plates. Few things to note: --They bring out plates separately when ready rather than waiting for the entire order to be ready. --Tacos don't come with chips. (Weird!!) However, other menu items include chips (burritos and stack wraps). --Side of guac doesn't come with chips. On a positive note, the Caribbean tacos were delicious!!

Obviously, the tokens really amped up our UYE experience! We were given about 4 tokens each and each token could be used for any one item throughout Boxi Park. Free margaritas!? Free burgers!? Free ice cream!? Yup! We had a great time exploring the different food trucks there and tasting a lot of the different items offered. We also had fun mingling with other elite Yelpers that were there for the elite event.

Their menu includes arepas of all sorts, empanadas, rice bowls, loaded fries, and more! They suggested the Arepa Burger, which did not disappoint. The patty was juicy, topped with cheese, lettuce, and tomato in between two crispy arepas. I loved the American twist on authentic Colombian cuisine and will be back to try more of the menu :)
