First time visiting the Lake Nona location and everything we tried was a 10/10!! Ordering was seamless and we took the food to go. Everything was packed well and cautiously to minimize any spillage. Portion size was plentiful and the flavor of everything we ordered was great! By far though, the Steak Rice Bowl and Birria Ramen stole the show.

Those tacos were freaking amazing!!!! We got the trio, which i love they have that options so we could try and know what we like best. Also ordered the mac n cheese which was good, nothing extraordinary and we ordered the bowl which we thought the crispy bowl made it worth the dish!! Dip the bowl into the taco sauce: YUMMMM!!!! A special shoutout to the person at the register, she was very helpful. My kids also dropped mac and cheese and we were about to clean it up and she nicely offered to do it herself, which we dont expect when it was our fault

Not sure if it's because they just opened but they didn't have a lot of food items ready to order off their menu. No shrimp or fish tacos. No fountain drinks. No crunch wrap. The inside looks pretty cool. You're able to order by a kiosk only. There was a nice gentleman passing out menus to guests in line so they could look in advance. The text message function was also not working properly. We received a text that our order was ready but then it wasn't. The food portion was actually decent though. We ordered the burrito and nachos. The nachos were just a little cold when we got them but overall the food was pretty good.

Visited the new location at the Loop in Kissimmee. Decoration is super cute and colorful. Staff is friendly. Went on a Saturday evening and it wasn't too busy. Food came fairly quick. It was all very flavorful. Now I did order the Quesabirria and it comes cut in 4 pieces. I ate the first 2 pieces and it was juicy and cheesy. When I got to the 3rd piece it was all cheese. I felt bad complaining about it thinking it was just a mistake. So I ate it but took the other piece home as I got full. Later on when I got home and ate the one piece that was left it was also just cheese. So essential the quesadilla was only half filled with meat and other was cheese. For the price point I hope it was only a mistake because to pay $15 for cheese and tortilla it is not worth it. I still enjoyed the one with the meat as it tasted great but disappointed only half of it had meat.

Priced like a dine-in restaurant but is a fast food service with bad quality food. The Birria tacos were not authentic, they tasted like a puero rican put a packet of sazon on a packet of instant Birria. The Birria ramen was instant noodle pack and very small amount of birria and the birria was NOT good. The Bang bang tacos, The shrimp had no crisp, it looked and tasted like boiled oil shrimp, and the sauce tasted like a sauce from a bottle. The cabbage tasted like it spent two days cut in the walk in fridge and they took it out and put it on a taco. You also pay a tip for the front guy to tell you to pick up the table which would not have been a big deal, if I hadn't payed a steak house price for a decked out Taco Bell.

You have to order on a screen, they don't have a system for delivering your food and you can't get any regular fountain drinks, only bottled soda which is odd. Food was ok

Stopped by Talkin' Tacos in Lake Nona after a late night workout and immediately loved the energy of the place. The vibe is lively and modern, with neon lighting and colorful visuals that make it feel fun without being overwhelming. It's definitely the kind of spot that feels social and upbeat, especially at night. I ordered the Steak Al Pastor tacos, a Birria burrito, and a mango lemonade. The tacos were flavorful and satisfying, with the steak cooked well and packed with seasoning. The birria burrito was hearty and comforting -- rich, filling, and exactly what you'd want if you're hungry. The kiosks were also very user-friendly! The mango lemonade was a great pairing with the food -- refreshing, slightly sweet, and perfect to balance out the savory dishes. It's one of those drinks that's easy to finish before you realize the cup is empty. What really stood out was the atmosphere and setup. The cool lighting, bold decor, and clean space make it a fun place to hang out with friends. The menu is also pretty big, which is nice because there's something for everyone whether you're craving tacos, burritos, or drinks. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything felt organized and efficient. Overall, Talkin' Tacos is a solid choice in Lake Nona if you're looking for good food, a fun environment, and a menu with plenty of options. I'd definitely come back to try more items.

Their Caribbean steak tacos are my ideal flavor combination. They are delicious and super fast. It's a perfect pickup or eat in option near the Orlando airport.

My first time at Talkin tacos, at their newest location in Lake Nona and I will be coming here a lot! It's a casual and fun place with a cool street food feel. I had the steak burrito and it was huge, flavorful, and loaded with meat. Also really enjoyed their homemade sauces, my favorite was the habanero. My wife had the birria quesadilla and it was juicy and perfect size. The consome was perfect for dipping.Only thing I think they should add more ordering kiosks because they only have 2 and took a little while to order since it was busy.

They call it the bean tacos because each taco only has about 1 bean on it. Plus a mountain of cilantro. It wasn't very good.

I picked up food for my office. It wasn't very good. I'm giving it 2 stars vs 1 because they are still new. But I was grossed out when I used the bathroom and saw that they water down their soap. I wonder what other things they are cutting corners with. I got the bean taco. It had almost no beans on it. It did have a mountain of cilantro which was way too much. I also got guacamole. It was very liquidy and loaded with onions and tomatoes. The chips were very bad. The bag they came in was soaked with grease and the chips were all chewy. My coworker got the birria grilled cheese and said it barely had any cheese. My other coworker got the quesabirra and said it was very greasy with a weird pile of onions on top. Just like raw onions sprinkled on top. Hopefully this place gets better once they iron out the kinks.

I'm giving this place three stars, instead of five, because there was a huge lack of human interaction. You order from a kiosk, and you don't see anyone until your food is coming out. We ordered Jalapeño Taki Queso, Street Corn in a Cup, and Caribbean Carne Tacos. My advice skip the queso and street corn. I HIGHLY recommend the Caribbean Carne Tacos. So good. If I came back, that's what I'd order. I was looking at reviews of this place to see what I should order, and I came across a review that said the bathroom was terrible because they watered down the soap. After reading that, I was scared to go in to wash my hands, but to my surprise, the bathroom was clean and the soap was not watered down. If you like a chill, no one bother you, very little human interaction kind of restaurant, this place is for you.

I truly enjoyed eating here with my son and soaking in the lively atmosphere. The place was full of happy faces enjoying their meals. I ordered the Birria tacos and they were flavorful with a generous serving of meat, though the tortilla had a little too much flour for my taste. The chips and dip were fresh and tasty, but the real star for me was the drink. It was so delicious I could not resist going back for seconds.

Disclaimer: this review is for the lunch buffet only…read more I went with my family to try the $18.49 all you can eat lunch buffet. This was my first time experiencing a buffet for hispanic food and for this price point in Orlando, this is an amazing value deal. The server regularly brought us out silverware, napkins, and refilled our water. The place is decorated very fun and plays latin music which was lovely Not only was there an unlimited assortment of lunch foods, but an entire bar of fresh toppings for tacos (or rice bowls) and made to order desserts which were included for free! Not everything on the buffet line was the best but given the amount of options, price, and how good the great items are this is still worth a five star rating. I unfortunately did not take pictures of the food before I began devouring everything in sight to the point of near-collapse, but I will do a quick rundown of the buffet highlights: The best meats were the fajita steak, chicken, and shrimp made fresh in cast iron skillets, as well as the chicken lengua which was super flavorful and tender. The mexican rice, beans, fajitas, plantains, and street corn were also excellent. Fresh quesadillas, chips, and corn tortillas on standby with homemade queso and salsas. The flan and mini churros were the best I've ever had. Super rich, decadent Carmel flan. Mini churros hot and crisp on the outside, filled with a gooey soft milk chocolate center. They were delicious. Items that were disappointing: the tamales, mini chicken flautas, and beef chimichangas were just okay, lacking the seasoning and flavor that other dishes had. The beef barbacoa was not as tender or flavorful as the shredded chicken surprisingly. The mixed seafood was itself a mixed bag with some shrimps / scallops overcooked to much while others were perfectly cooked. The chicken mole and beef tri tip were room temperature despite sitting on hot plates. The tri tip also varied widely in doneness throughout the slices and not super tender. The rice pudding was pretty standard, and the tres leches cake was weird as they crumbled the cake into pieces before soaking it.

I bought 3 chicken tacos (about 12 dollars), then sat in an empty table to wait. It was ready for me in under 10 minutes. The tacos were small, but they had a good amount of chicken, cheese, onions, tomato, and cilantro. A choice of sauce was included, and I took the hot red sauce. The sauce was small, but still ample enough to pour over the three tacos. The flavors were pretty good (thanks to the heat from the sauce) and it was filling enough for me, though the flour tortillas was a bit too hard for me. The service was pretty good, though I ordered from the kiosk and I picked up my order after they called my name. However, they did check up on me, as well a provided water to cops, and removed empty items from the tables. The staff were quite friendly. The dining area was small and a bit boring. There were 2TVs showing ads for their products, and 1 displaying a horse race. The restaurant was quite cramped, and I was thankful to find a table. It's located in downtown, so parking will be either in a meter or a garage. This restaurant serves pretty good tacos at a reasonable price, but the atmosphere was a bit bland for a taqueria. It was also small and can get crowded and full easily. Best to have this to go or delivered. It's still a nice restaurant for tacos in downtown.
