Walking into Greens & Grille you walk right into the menu which is separated into 3 sections. Once you made your selection there's a friendly cashier waiting for your payment. They give you a buzzer so you can go to the counter to pick up your food. They have a decent size dining room as well as a spacious outdoor patio. For my meal I ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap, Portobello Soup, and a side of Broccoli. The wrap was a good size, filled with tons of chicken and lettuce. The soup was very tasty with good seasoning as well as creamy. The broccoli was seasoned with sweetness that went well with the wrap, a very unique flavor. Everything tasted great and the ingredients tasted clean. Felt pretty good after eating this meal, next time I think I will try a bowl they also looked pretty good.
I'm sad about two things: one, that there aren't more G&G locations (especially one more central to downtown, just a thought!) and that they close at 8pm. I have been going to G&G for over a decade, and my order has remained the same, Grazing Cow, half tomatoes, with steak and a side of the mac and cheese. I do know the Cobb is good as are pretty much all of the salads I've tried (Caesar and Southwest also). I've been hit or miss with some of the other items such as the wraps, but it doesn't matter because I always come back to the Grazing Cow! The food is fresh, tasty, and service is quick. I LOVE that they deliver via DoorDash, which is so convenient.
Stopped for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Husband ordered a Greek wrap and I ordered the Venice Turkey but subbed goat cheese. It was delicious but very very messy. The wait to order was very short and they were very friendly. I did get confused on where you order versus where you pay, around the corner. You also get drinks and other little snack I items around the corner - so take a peek before finalizing your order. The wait was a smidge long, but worth it for what tasted like extremely fresh food. The restaurant interior is very simple, but was very clean.

Greens & Grille has a wide variety of salads and sandwiches and although healthy, this place does not lack in flavor! With quick and kind service you'll be in and out in a flash, even on busy days. I highly recommend the grazing cow salad with salmon as an added protein. I tried it with chicken first but definitely prefer it with the grilled salmon which is light and savory. One of my absolute favorites in the area!
Freshly prepared food, piping hot, healthy and quite yummy. I ordered the salmon, the broccoli with peppers and the roasted potatoes and I added a shrimp skewer which believe was chimichurri tiger shrimp. I also ordered a half salad. I WAS STARVING and I had waited too long to the point that I wanted EVERYTHING on the menu. The staff was super nice and the food came out quickly. I drove back over to my hotel and opened the cute little brown boxes that held my food. Everything looked so nice and freshly made. The broccoli was fresh and crisp, the potatoes were like home fries and were delicious. The salmon was fresh and hot off the grill and the shrimp skewer were cooked perfectly and everything was seasoned just right. The salad was so good. I ordered a salad (forget the name but it had Wowie or something in the name). The salad was very nice. It was fresh greens (the good kind) with feta, slivered almonds, grape tomatoes, cranberries, and onions and the dressing tasted like ginger, with a little pineapple and lemon. It tasted healthy too but was really good. I'm in town for 3 more nights and this will be my dinner EVERYDAY until I Orlando. Rare to find places that serve shrimp and salmon FRESH to order that aren't larger restaurants. This place is cute, has a dining area that's similar to say a Panera or the like. No wait staff...you order and they give you a buzzer and grab your food at the counter when it's ready. There were a few people dining in and a steady flow of customers coming in and placing to-go orders.
My friend and I came here for lunch on a Saturday and enjoyed it! Food was very fresh, healthy and delicious! This is probably one of my favorite quick service salads now. The portions were big and the protein options were tasty. Prices were under $20 and I think for the amount you get it's worth it! When you enter, you place your order at the counter then they build it in front of you. When it's finished you can pick it up on the other side. There's lots of seating and inside was very clean too!
TL;DR: Still consistently good! Listen, I used to frequent the University Blvd location often. We used to walk there from the office and it was so good! I was so upset when we walked to that location for lunch and there was a sign that said they were closed! Unfortunately, this location is not in an area that I go to all that much but when I do, it is always such a treat! I ordered the half steak salad and believe me, unless you're hangry, it is plenty for one. The street corn was seasoned well and tasty - that was a newer menu offering since the last time I had been there - which was a long time ago. This is a fast casual place where you order at the counter, pay and they give you a number for your table. Plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. It's in a strip mall area so there is a decent amount of parking as well. I look forward to the next time I'm in the area to order again!
Ordered to go for work and it was still pretty good as I ate it a few hours later. I had dressing on the side. The grilled chick n Caesar salad was very delcious and loved everything that was on it especially the grilled chicken and the sunflower seeds in the salad. Staff were friendly and I will be back here again! Plenty of seats throughout the space.
Very efficient service. Went during lunch and we ordered and sat with food within 10 min. Great location, affordable prices! Asian bowl and white bean chorizo soup was a bit salty for my taste but I'll add this into my rotation for lunch in the Millenia area!
Yum the salad here was amazing!! The best Cobb salad I've had in a while and it was adorable inside too. I wish there was one of these in Jacksonville FL but it looks like it may be local to Orlando. We didn't realize there were specials until after we ordered but next time we're in town we'll be back for a lunch because this was a tasty treat!

Then right after that there are multiple grills going that you can see the protein you select be made right to order. It is pretty open and spacey inside, as well as outdoor seating. Overall we had a great lunch date and will love to come back!
Fresh and delicious! Always consistent with quality and taste. The service is very quick. Almost like fast food but way better! The restaurant is Very busy during lunch and dinner times but still a good quick bite. Nice and clean as well.

Was at Greens today when they opened. First time. Food was very good! We had the cow, Venice turkey & Greek wrap with side of potatoes. Everything was served hot and tasted perfect. The service was on point and very friendly. Our only complaint was the tables were super dirty. I mean all of them. We like booths so we went straight to them and all had food all over. At opening? Every booth filthy? I mentioned it to the guy coming around to wipe them and didn't seem too concerned. Even after he wiped the tabletops he was not touching the seating with old food clearly left there. Not impressed the cleanliness of the dining area. Honestly disgusting. It's a shame because the food and service were 5 stars. Dining area at opening? 0 stars. Level of concern from employee was zero. Perhaps we'll be back for take out or something but old food all over the tables at opening is not acceptable. Only deducting 2 stars because food and service was on point despite the dirty dining area. read more
Pleasantly surprised! Will 100% be back again! If you're looking for fresh, filling and healthy options, this is the place to go. My friend & I decided to dine in. We got in just at noon so we were able to order quickly and the food came out in a timely manner. They have a variety of foods: salad, protein bowls, wraps and sandwiches. I appreciate how you can see everything being made fresh. I ordered the Gaucho Sandwich, which had steak with chimichurri, onions and cheese on focaccia bread. It was phenomenal! The steak was soft, and the focaccia bread was thin enough that the sandwich didn't feel overwhelming. I loved how crunchy the side of chips was too. My friend ordered the cob salad and she enjoyed how large and filling the bowl was and how light the dressing was. Very Reasonable pricing too! read more

Pet friendly with out door seating was main reason we came this beautiful Saturday. Ordered steak and roasted potatoes. Food was great. There usually a bit of a wait time, just means the food is fresh! No matter how busy they are though the staff some how cranks the orders out. Never had any issues with wrong items. read more
If you're looking for a filling & healthy place to stop to satisfy your lunch craving after or before a busy day of shopping at the mall, this place hits the spot. Absolutely love how fresh their food tastes (they make everything from scratch daily) and how many options there are to choose from. While you can get a sandwich, this restaurant focuses on "making your own" salads with multiple delicious protein choices to choose from. I always go for the tiger shrimp because I love the seasoning, but i can vouch for the chicken breast and angus flank steak being yummy too. They have a ton of options for "mix ins" which I love to see at a build-your-own salad spot. Diced beets, grilled onions, artichoke hearts, edamame and candied almonds? Yes please! What also stands out here is how efficiently the restaurant operates. They are super quick and even if there is a lengthy line, it doesn't take long at all to go through the whole order process and receive your meal. The seating area is always clean and there are enough seats to accommodate a good number of people. This is my go-to spot for a satisfying, guiltless meal when I'm in the mall of millennia area. One of my favorite places where build your own salads. It's located directly at the corner of Conroy and Millenia. Plenty of parking around there but it can get pretty full during lunch rush. Inside gives off a modernized industrial look. The staff is very nice and are really quick at making orders. After you place your order you walk to the next area and you get to choose 5 toppings. If you ordered anything from the grill that is added at the very end. I'm a creature of habit and my go to dressing is Chipotle Lime but I remember being able to sample some before you decide. The flavor/portion size of everything is great, you'll definitely be craving more once you leave. Highly recommend to everyone! read more
If you are looking for a place to get a fresh yummy salad, look no further! When you first walk in there are menus on the wall, you can either create your own salad or sandwich. I was a bit confused at first because when you walk in you tell the employee what you would like, he gives you a ticket and then you stand there and wait for you salad to be made and then walk by a bit further to pay at another register. I ordered a large salad with arugula and spinach and for toppings I got roasted mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, grilled onions and corn. For the dressing I got white balsamic citrus which was sooo good! I also got braised portobella! The salad tasted so fresh and was absolutely mouthwatering. My son ordered a cheese quesadilla, it came with a pack of goldfish and an apple juice. The cheese quesadilla was ok, it was made with a lot of butter, like you could taste the butter... I must say y'all, I am pleasantly surprised by Greens & Grille. I am not sure how many countless times I have driven past this place on my way to the mall, not stopping because there were so many other options around the area that sounded more appealing. But boy... am I glad I decided to give this spot a try. This place has a whole cafeteria set up where you go down the line choosing your salad type, toppings, and protein choice. Now, you can either choose a signature menu salad or you can build your own. I opted to build my own and I was pretty impressed on how big the portions were. I decided to go with the steak as my protein choice which was pretty tasty. I think overall it was a very solid salad...especially for that price point you cannot beat it. I probably would have to say the real star of the show though was the chocolate chip cookie.... Because we can't end a meal without dessert... am I right?? That cookie was mind blowing.. Ooey and gooey... my mouth is watering just thinking about it. read more

After going shopping to the mall or to Costco we ALWAYS stop for lunch at Greens and Grill. We LOVE this place! Is excellent, the best option for a "healthy" but tasty diet! They always have many options and combos to choose from. The service is very fast and efficient, they have enough staff working by preparing the food, taking orders, picking up plates and checking out. The atmosphere is very simple, clean, and nice to work remotely or just go with your coworkers for a nice fast healthy meal. I recommend it to anyone who's looking to buy healthy, fast service, without spending too much money. There's limited parking space if going at peak hours. read more

Soo good and flavorful! It's so refreshing to be able to get healthy protein and vegetables on the go, and the kids meals are nutritious also which I love to see! We had the grilled chicken, broccoli and roasted vegetables with a side of the tortilla soup. 10/10 wish we lived closer! read more
One of my fave hidden gems in Orlando, and probably my most missed spot from my time living here! Greens & Grille is soooooo good & fresh, and I love that they're located outside the mall for a feel-good meal after a day of shopping. This is also a short 15 minute drive from seaworld/universal if you are looking for a fresh meal after the greasy theme park food. I've never had anything bad here, but my faves are def the roasted veg, the mac and cheese, and the fall salad. I'm reviewing it AGAIN because I want to confirm that even 2 years later, through a pandemic and inflation, it's still that girl. Pro tip: I don't think they have a spicy grill sauce for their proteins anymore, but ask for a side of their spicy sauce - it's just as good! read more

Greens & Grille is a modern twist to fresh, healthy, high-quality food options. One of my personal top FAVORITE lunch spots in Orlando. A fast-dining restaurant at an extremely fair price (about $12), with straightforward counter-serve customer service. Grabbed lunch, I had a freshly-made grilled chicken sandwich melted aged white cheddar on whole wheat focaccia with lite mayo, lettuce, and their homemade pickles. It came with Chips, and I added a Chocolate Chip Cookie for a treat. I recommend more pictures on the menu would be even more helpful. The menu can be overwhelming with choices, but I love the design-your-own salad or sandwich. Grab a quick bite or stay a bit; so many choices! Did I mention I enjoy coming here? read more

Great lunch time food! They give you large portions, depending on how hungry you are, you'll either devour what they provide or ask for a to go box to have some dinner for later! Cost is reasonable! I absolutely recommend anyone to greens when they want something fresh, healthy, and filling. The chefs specials are always great. My go to is a build your own salad. Today's service was quick, easy, and everyone was beyond polite. Also just a really nice place to sit and eat. read more
Everything here is so fresh and amazing; I have frequently visited Greens & Grille for years now and I have never been disappointed. My go-to is the build your own greens salad with either chicken or flank steak. The flavor pairings are astronomical and everything is made in house! I also love the Buffalo Soldier wrap. I will say, and this almost made me change the review to 4 stars, Greens & Grille can be a bit pricey. If I'm already paying $10+ dollars for a salad, why charge an additional 69 cents for every topping more than 5? While I frequent this place at least a couple of times a month, I would definitely come a few times a week if the prices were more reasonable and understandable. read more
