Love this place generally speaking. It's a little pricey, but delicious and healthy. I've always talked about how they really nailed the ingredients. Except recently, they started dropping the ball and changing things up. If it's not broke, don't fix it. They started adding cilantro, or increasing the amount of cilantro, in the noodles. To me that's a bold thing to start upping the volume on. Some people hate that. I don't, but when it's over done it ruins the bowl. They also recently got rid of what I thought to be the most popular protein in the menu - citrus chicken! Maybe I'm wrong about that, but this new rosemary one is weird and throws off the mix. I normally I wouldn't go out of my way to write a review like this, but I wanna see this place thrive as a regular. Be aware, this location is popular and a line will form during lunch time rushes. The staff are still pretty quick, so long as you know what you want. Overall easy location to scoot in and out of. My dad has a lot of food allergies, he doesn't eat any oils and their menu here specifically states that everything is cooked in oil. So that was hard because he didn't eat at all. I would have picked another place if I had known ahead of time. That is my fault. I really liked my food, considering they market themselves as healthy I was hoping their food would have been on My Fitness Pal already but nothing was. So I had to do some guessing for macro/caloric intake tracking that I hadn't planned for either. They offer a plethora of delicious and healthy options such as steak, chicken, Salmon and Vegetarian options. You can get either greens or a delicious sweet potato noodle based. They only have 1 vegan protein which is Tofu. I went a few weeks ago, and they were out of Tofu and didn't seem like they were making anymore anytime soon, clearly didn't care that they were out. And if they had 2 vegan protein if they're out of 1 it's ok, but out of their only option is horrible and disappointing for all the vegans and vegetarians. Because just having veggies instead of protein doesn't cover it, we also need to eat and deserve to enjoy a full meal we payed for. This comes with 2 bases , 2 veggies, 2 proteins & 1 sauce. The coupon def came in handy because I was starving and had zero interest in cooking once home. For my bases I decided to order the sweet potato noodles ( first time trying them) & spicy cauliflower rice. For my veggies i ordered a double order of lemon garlic broccoli. For my proteins i ordered bbq chicken and blackened chicken. For my sauce i went with the creamy white ginger on top. Some of the menu items have changed since i first started going to FK , but the items that were removed were replaced with some other equally delicious items. This place is amazing for vegans or people that want to maintain a healthy diet. They do sell other things like wellness juice shots and healthy sweets. I used to get the turmeric immune system shot often. The only thing that I'm always bummed about is they do NOT sell any of the items by themselves. I used to be obsessed over their spicy rice and Parmesan broccoli ( both no longer on the menu) , I wanted to order a side of just those and was told they don't sell any of the items that way ( as a single dish) .
