Popped in here for the first time for a healthy work lunch. The vibe is calm and the decor is cute. I was the only one in line. No one immediately greeted me and it took 1-2 minutes for the woman restocking items to acknowledge me. I ordered their Buddha bowl as is plus chicken. She asked me if I wanted a small or large. I said small, and good thing, cause it's huge. She put the dressing on the salad. When I told her it's my first time she apologized saying she should've asked about the salad and they thought I was a regular. This didn't bother me at all and the dressing is in fact wonderful. I checked out and signed up for reward points. Taste great. I will be back.

I was in downtown Orlando and really liked this eatery. The food seemed fresh and flavors were powerful in the spicy Thai salad. I would definitely visit here again during another visit to Orlando.

Their roasted beet salad was amazing. Beets were sweet and tender, and the goat cheese was smooth and tangy. It also had walnuts and a light balsamic glaze that tied it all together. I added grilled chicken and it was a great match. Everything looked just as good as it tasted. The vibe in the restaurant was chill and welcoming. It's a nice little hidden gem.

Greenbeat is a bright and welcoming addition to the area! I love their eye catchinh color scheme and decor. The restaurant is family owned and this is one of their newer locations. There's plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free menu options. You can also choose between a warm base like quinoa or a variety of greens. With so many tasty sounding options it took me a while to decide on the citrus shrimp salad The bowl was filled to the brim with crisp veggies, avacado, and a hearty amount of shrimp. I went during luch and was grateful for a meal that didn't leave me feeling sluggish for the rest of the day. The line moved quickly and their team was smiling and ready to help. They also have bread or tortilla chips to accompany your meal. There are lids available if you can't finish everything in one sitting but I basically finished mine. This was a nice healthy lunch option and I hope they continue to g

Greenbeat exceeded expectations! I stopped by here out of the blue wanting to get food on the healthier side. It was definitely amazing. I had the spicy Thai and my wife had the Ahi Tuna Poke. Both highly recommend!! The place was really neat and out together. And the folks that made the food was really helpful answering questions about the menu.

The salad was mid, and it was a whopping $18. They charge .85¢ for each extra topping, such as a handful of corn. My salad was a basic one off of the menu, and it came with just four toppings.

Ordered mango shrimp It's ok type Not much flavor . If you are hungry I wouldn't recommend . They do give very large size shrimp. I would recommend asking for more sauce. My husband got the spicy Thai high .He said not enough sauce too . They did not even have the peanut sauce that goes with the salad. I had to ask for another dressing .

This place should 100% be five stars! Pros: Fresh ingredients Friendly people Good prices Tasty food Super clean Cons: Needs more locations lol This place is sooooo freaking good! The menu is simple, and it's very easy to either choose one of their signatures salads, or design your own. I chose the Nostra Salmon, and it's full of yummy ingredients like: olives, chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, arugula and spinach, feta cheese, red onions, and the most delicious vinaigrette I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. You can get bread or baked chips as a side, and they have craft sodas as well as teas. The inside is so clean, welcoming, and decorated so cute! I'll be back! Definitely!!

After the first visit I was hooked. The variety of fresh salads and dressings are so delicious. The service is fantastic. I am a regular client, never disappointed!

My absolute *favorite* healthy spot to get a quick bite to eat in Orlando. The food is always fresh, the portions are plentiful and the service is always efficient & friendly. "Make your own" custom bowl/salad places have become trendy as of late and there's definitely more than a few restaurants to choose from, but Greenbeat destroys the competition for me every time due to their large variety of toppings, yummy protein options (the shrimp is my fave) and the best dressing selections (the lime basil is addictive and tastes very similar to pesto). Greenbeat has made a lifetime customer of me and I will always pop in when I'm craving a nutritious & delicious meal. If you're a health-conscious eater but don't want to sacrifice flavor for nutrition, this will be your new obsession.

(Sorry pic is half eaten) I always do a custom bowl and switch it up and it's amazing every time. The best dressings I've tried so far are the basil lime and tahini lime (delish mixed together). Everything is always fresh!

Very Fresh, Healthy, nice restaurant I've almost tried all the dressings they have. My favorite is the cashew curry.

I have been meaning to try them and finally had the chance to stop buy and try their awesome salads! You can pick a salad from their menu or build your own. There is a board that let's you know what is included in the small or large selection. Everything is layer out and you are able to see all the potential ingredients. I went with the Light Cobb Salad (substituted chicken with Salmon and paid the difference) and it was delish! It was made to order, fresh, tasty, the ingredients blended well, flavorful and the chicken was cooked (not cold from a bag) and that is a big plus! I will definitely keep them on my radar as the place is clean and the salads very fresh and flavorful. The price is comparable and portion was good for me.

I invited a small group to lunch and celebrated birthdays with a meal for two friends....I bought lunch after signing up for the rewards program. I opted to take the requisite photo of my receipt and have the meal credited to my rewards account. The points were never added. There is no customer service phone number to call for assistance. And the phone number at the corporate office only leads to voicemails. So I sent an email. No reply. It's been 3.5 months. A few days ago I decided to call the store for two reasons (1). to see if they could lead me towards resolving this issue before make my next rewards-motivated purchase, and (2) to see if they would be able to pull together a last minute event for 23 people. When I called, I started by asking about the rewards program issue. A young lady announced that the manager had just left the store 20 minutes earlier. She said he could call me the next day when he returned--somewhere between 12 and 4 pm. I said okay and gave her my name and number. The next day at about 330, I had not heard from the manager Dennis So I called the store and a young man answersed the phone. He didn't identify himself, so I asked if he was Dennis. He asked me to hold on a minute, so I did. An older sounding man answers the phone, also not identifying himself. So I said "hi, are you Dennis?" He replied "if you are selling something, we don't want it". I responded "I'm not selling anything, I'm a customer. I'm trying to reach Dennis". The call was then disconnected. About an hour later I called back, hoping that the call had been inadvertently dropped. Again, the young fee-sounding man answered. I explained that I thought we had bbeen disconnected when I called earlier. He replied "please hold on a moment". I said "okay", feeling that the first call had indeed been disconnected. The call then resumed, with the older sounding gentleman answering "hello". I said "hi". The call was again discontinued and I heard silence. I cant imagine why a business would not want to speak with a person who identifies as a customer. I had a question to ask about their process and an order for food that they sell. While this was at one point my preferred spot for my vegetarian diet, I can honestly say that I would not recommend anyone go there, if their service continues at the level I experienced. Why would anyone call a business that repeatedly hangs up on customers trying to do business with them?

This time around I went to the Waterford Lakes location. I love that there is ample seating here and the wall art is beautiful. The menu has expanded quite a bit! Me and my friend ordered two different bowls. Mine was the sweet heat bowl with chicken and it was actually the perfect amount sweet and heat! Everyone working was very friendly, especially when my friend went to grab the trays after we paid and the bowls slipped right off and fell on the ground completely. We felt soooooo bad but they cleaned it up and redid the bowls which I wasn't expecting but was forever grateful that they did. My only comment is if there is a way to get bowls that don't easily slip and slide on the tray, that would be great. We sat and ate and hung out there for a while. Even though we were the only ones that had a bowl slip and mess, we noticed we weren't the only people commenting on how slippery the trays/bowls (not sure which) are. Aside from that, great experience and excellent food!

Who can remember after 30+ years of that nonsense. But I do know one thing, my grandfather would totally not pay that much for a salad, even though it's good. This fast casual place follows the model of many other bowl/salad places with a few pre-made options as well as the Johnny Cash method... Walk the Line. They have other options beyond salad (like rice and lentils) and I think they do wraps, so it's not Just Salad. They do get pretty creative with some of their pre-made options and I've enjoyed them. The Dirt Candy Salad sounds bad, but it was pretty good. And their chopped salad was tasty, but not really chopped. Bottom Line, if you want something different than what you can pull off at home, and don't live near a Cava or Bolay or Chipotle or Sweet Tomatoes or Moe's or Fresh Kitchen or QDoba or Designer Greens or CHOP5 or Sweetgreens or Drowning Bowl or Taziki's or Flower Child or Bricks & Bowls or Chopt or Greenbeat or Copper Pony or Grain & Berry or Earthy Picks or Cravy's, then Just Salad may fill a void that doesn't really exist. Southern comfort food as a general rule just doesn't sit well with me anymore and I'm going to be very transparent and bare my soul a little bit here but here goes . . . Ever since being on GLP1's, I've developed a really complicated relationship with comfort food. Foods that are rich, buttery, creamy or fatty now hit me completely differently than they used to. It's almost like my body immediately goes into shutdown mode afterwards. I feel heavy, exhausted and like I've instantly ballooned even if the portions themselves aren't massive. For the longest time I honestly thought it was simply the richness of the food itself but now I realize it's because my digestion just can't process heavier comfort foods the same way anymore. Suddenly... it all makes sense. The food itself here is VERY good. Properly seasoned, well prepared, beautifully presented... absolutely no complaints there whatsoever. I simply have to become more mindful and strategic now with my menu selections no matter WHERE I dine. I chose the Creekstone Farm's NY Strip with the fabulous bone marrow which I KNOW is supposed to be incredibly nutrient rich and good for you... but honestly... it just about put me under afterwards. This dinner happened thanks to Ronnald M. and his sister Teris and it was our pre-opera dinner outing before seeing the fabulous Merry Widow at the Dr. Phillips Center. The Monroe is honestly a very good pre-concert restaurant choice because of both the atmosphere and location... I'm just personally learning that this new GLP1 reality means I can't approach menus the way I used to anymore.
