Earls is located in Millenia- it's a nice classy place with good service. The prices are high and the menu is pretty limited. I didn't like that the steak came on this sauce dish because the flavor was very strong and completely masked the taste of the steak itself. A safe bet is the cajun chicken, it's a glorified caesar salad but it's very tasty! It's tough to say this but I mean- you're right next door to the cheesecake factory, and the quality is extremely comparable. Get a better bang for your buck! read more

Stopped into Earls Kitchen + Bar at the Millenia Mall and grabbed a seat at the bar for happy hour -- a great choice overall. Started with a Ketel One slightly dirty martini with blue cheese olives (half price HH), which was absolutely delicious and a strong way to kick things off. For snacks, we ordered the Crispy Rice Sushi, a standout dish. The rice had a satisfying crunch, topped with spicy ahi tuna and finished with a sweet soy-based drizzle that tied everything together into a perfectly balanced bite. We also tried the Birria Tacos, served alongside a heavenly consommé. The tacos were small, crisp, and nicely spicy, making them dangerously easy to keep reaching for. Definitely a highlight of the visit. The space itself is stylish and well designed, with comfortable bar seating and a properly placed foot rail that makes settling in easy for a longer stay. Service started a bit slow, likely due to only one bartender managing the crowd early on. Around 6 PM a second bartender arrived, and after a brief conversation he mentioned a family issue had delayed his shift -- completely understandable. Once both were behind the bar, service noticeably improved, and it was reassuring to know the bar is typically staffed by two. Best crispy tofu I've had in a long time! Omg these were sooo good. You can get them vegetarian or vegan (different mayo). I also had the veggie burger and same offerings; vegetarian or vegan. Was really good too. My only wish is that the menu had a few more items to choose from. Visited Earls Kitchen + Bar for brunch and had a great experience overall. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and definitely a great spot for people who enjoy socializing while eating. We decided to sit outside and I was surprised by how much I loved the setup -- the chairs were very comfortable and the outdoor seating had the perfect brunch vibe. Our service was very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. I ordered the Mai Tai, which was delicious and actually had a good amount of alcohol in it, which I appreciated. For my meal, I got the blackened chicken. The portion size was great, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and the slaw paired really well with it. The potatoes came with a creamy garlic sauce that tied everything together nicely. The flavors worked really well as a whole and the dish tasted great. I do wish there had been a little more sauce and a bit more salt, but it was still very enjoyable. I arrived about 15 minutes before it ended, but unfortunately you have to sit in specific areas such as the bar or patio to get the happy hour menu, and both were full. If you're coming for happy hour and have a party larger than two, I recommend arriving at least 20 to 30 minutes before it ends. Instead, we were seated inside and the food was delicious. I ordered the crispy tofu and salmon sushi press, and they were definitely crispy. My jaw was a little sore by the end of the meal. The steak was my favorite dish; it was juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Overall, the food quality was excellent and I would definitely come back to try more from the menu. read more

I love the ambiance at Earls. It has a nice warm modern ambiance with options for indoor and outdoor seating. I have been here several times and i am never disappointed. I went with my job for a team dinner and everyone enjoyed their food. The calamari was fantastic! It had a very nice flavor and texture and was differently shaped than what I am use to. The vegan Avocado Dip was good as well. I could not even tell it was vegan. My main was the sea bass with a sub of jasmine rice. It was delicious. My co-worker order it as it comes and he enjoyed it as well. I tasted some of the Shrimp and Scallop pasta and it was a bit bland for my liking. I didn't try anyone else's food, but everyone said they enjoyed their dishes. We ordered dessert (no pics), but they were tasty as well. TGIF! We selected Earls as a Friday afternoon head alignment location. It was not quite happy hour but certainly after the lunch rush. Parking was no problem since the Mall was not extremely crowded. The hostess seemed a little overwhelmed. It should not have taken 8 minutes to get seated in a half occupied restaurant. Again I think it was some type of shift change or just in that window when folks are preparing for HH. Either way we were seated on the patio. Good vibes and the service was decent. We both had salads which fit the bill just fine for our afternoon. I really wanted to try the HH cocktails that started at 3 but I needed our person to coerce us a little bit. :) She didn't seem in tune to want to do anything more than the basic level of service. Earl's has a person walking the floor to check on the experience of the patrons and she had a refreshing attitude. Maybe she could have asked if we wanted to try the HH drinks. Maybe she could have pushed them a little early (2:30) when we sat down, knowing that we would be there at 3:00. Maybe their system wouldn't have allowed for that. I don't know but I think they left a little money on the table that day. IYKYK! All in all the Caesar Salad did what it was suppose to do and I will keep Earls on the list. This is my first Magical Dining experience. I loved everything I ordered from this menu. I opted for a Happy Hour drink instead of the two options in the Magical Dining menu. To drink I started with a margarita on the rocks with salt. Delicious! First choice was the Spicy California Roll. I found it to be flavorful with just the right amount of spice. For the Main Course I ordered the Southwest Chicken Avocado Salad. It was good and a nice portion. After trying the Cajun Blackened Chicken my friend ordered, I wish I would have ordered that. I love Earl's. It's a beautiful place that's good for birthday brunches or just a nice lunch with a friend. The ambiance is very chill and the bartenders are amazing. I haven't ever had a bad drink. I especially like the seasonal drinks because it gives you a chance to try drinks that aren't usually on the menu. My favorite food item are the shrimp sushi tacos. The shrimp is cooked with a perfect crisp and its light enough to not make you feel stuffed--but trust me, you'll want two orders. They are THAT good. We definitely got our money's worth for this deal. The staff brought new champagne bottles quite frequently. However, it did take some time for our server to come and collect our food orders which was troublesome since we were all hungry by that time. The food itself was excellent for brunch. Not a wide variety of brunch options but the regular menu was available to ordering from as well. The steak and eggs were excellent. The chicken and waffles were also good but the presentation was a bit underwhelming. Atmosphere wise it was perfect for the vibe I was looking for. Visited Earls Kitchen + Bar for a company dinner and it was overall a great experience. Staff was very welcoming and greeted us with drinks ready. Which is always the preferred type of greeting. I got a chance to try both guava drinks on the menu as I love anything guava related. The Guava Margherita was the perfect balance of sweet and sour. It was not overpoweringly sweet at all and very refreshing. The Guava Vodka Crush was also good. But of the two I would go back for the Guava Margherita. As I feel Guava and tequila mix better than Guava and Vodka. As for the food, the sticky Korean ribs were tender and sweet. I could have crushed a whole rack of those easily. The truffle tortellini with sirloin was also very good. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the truffle was not overpowering. The sirloin was also tender and cooked a perfect medium rare. I was not too much a fan of the sticky Toffee Chocolate Pudding. It was more of a chocolate cake and gave the illusion that it would ooze out but it was just dry and dense. More chocolate and very little Toffee. But I did try the cheesecake and that was delicious. It was an unfortunate way to end the meal but overall I thought Earls was really good. We went to Earl's Kitchen & Bar for the first, and last, time. Before we get to the food, let's start with the ambiance. Think seedy piano bar meets modern industrial. The booth's loveseat style benches come complete with springs poking you through the upholstery, and could definitely use a refresh. The family restroom unfortunately, did not come complete with toilet paper, although there was plenty of paper on the floor. When I pointed it out to the server she just rolled her eyes, shook her head and indicated that additional restrooms were available by the front door. Not exactly inspiring confidence that it was an issue that she intended to resolve. Lunch began with an offering of three types of water, of which we selected still. We had the roasted corn and avocado dip as a starter, which was very one note. There were large chunks of very hard avocado, very bland roasted corn and pickled red onions which managed to overwhelm the flavor of its companions. I ordered the bibimbap and my companion ordered the petit sirloin with greens and frites. The beef in the bibimbap steamed, chewy and flavorless, the crispy rice was well beyond crispy and into burned. The egg on top was well cooked as were the vegetables. The petit sirloin was cooked to medium rather medium rare, the salad greens were completely undressed although the fries were cooked properly. Our server was attentive. I did note on my aborted trip to the restroom (which is by the kitchen) that a line chef spilled a bag of rolls on the ground, picked them up and scurried to the back area with them, where I can only hope they were thrown away. read more

The calamari was the best calamari I have ever had. It was seasoned and the right amount of crunch, but not hard. Get it! The truffle and steak tortellini was good, but overloaded with too many diced onions. The steak and sushi were amazing!!! The sauce that came on the steak made it unique. When you walk in this spot is beautiful from the bathroom to the lighting. We had 11:30 reservations and they sat us timely. Now we did have a party of about 15 people so that can be a challenge. We had the chicken and waffles and the chicken was not cooked all the way through..yes ut was raw. They corrected it and we ordered a rib eye medium and it came out well done. I made a reservation, but since we came on a weekday, it wasn't busy and we were seated quickly. We ordered calamari to share and my mom had the clam chowder to start. It took some time for our orders to start arriving , but since we were a party of 9, it was understandable that our food would take a bit longer. All together, the entrees we ordered were the crispy shirmp roll, the steak & sushi (spicy tuna roll), BBQ ribs & Cajun chicken, steak frites, and margherita pizza. Although the sushi was good, they excel more in their other dishes. Overall, everything tasted fresh and well seasoned! For dessert, we ordered the sticky toffee chocolate pudding. It was so nice that they made me a portion of my own in addition to a ful serving for my family to share. It satisfied my sweet tooth just right with the caramel and ice cream. Our server was also really friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. They even gave me a signed birthday card from the whole staff. I guess watch out for that but everything was delicious. The pollo tacos were amazingly moist and the homemade chips were great w the fire roasted salsa. This place was clean, appears modern and upscale, a fun vibe, friendly service, and we were able to walk in on a week night and get immediately seated with no wait. Earl's has both a large dining area and a spacious bar area along with an open kitchen - I like those. They can handle large groups in the bar area - it was somewhat loud at times, so if you're looking for intimate dining, ask to be seated away from the bar. The dress was interesting, there were some groups decked out for formal parties, moderately dressed groups who I'd say were business casual, and a couple families like us who were dressed down after a day at a theme park. No one seemed bothered by our casual dress, but next time, I would certainly wear better than athletic pants and a pullover. At our table, people ordered steak, salmon (me), and chicken. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The desserts were excellent and the drinks looked good, although we didn't indulge in any cocktails.
