Checked this place out since we don't have one where I live. The vibe is really nice. It's definitely a nice place to hang out and have a good meal/drinks after hours. The prices are reasonable and the service was amazing. Out waiter was extremely personable and helpful. I tried the blackened salmon with a double order of mashed potatoes. I was nervous about the fried onion on top of the mashed potatoes but they give them a really good texture. I don't think I need as many next time but it was good. The mashed potatoes themselves tasted like sour cream was added, which is a plus. That's how I make mine at home. This whole meal was delicious and seasoned very well. Out in Orlando on vacation and came across this place. It is a nice restaurant with dim lights, and indoor/outdoor door seating. This is a nice place for a date night, after work drinks with co- workers or hanging with friends. Happy Hour is only able to be ordered in certain sections so be sure to ask about that before being seated. I would have liked to try an item or two from there ahead of my dinner but couldn't because of where we were seated. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. I tried the Shrimp and Scallop Spaghettini, minus the Scallops. This dish was very good. I love pesto pasta but I don't think I've had almond pesto before. I visited Earls Kitchen + Bar for lunch one Friday while I was in the area. It was my first time there, and I sat at the bar. The bartender provided good service, and the draft beer was nice and cold. For an appetizer, I had the street corn and avocado dip, which was really good. I followed that up with the tacos for my main course, and all of them were good as well. Overall, I give Earls a solid 4 stars. I'd like to come back one day and try it for dinner, but I would definitely make a reservation. For lunch, you should be fine without one. read more

I've been to Earls at Millenia three times now. I was really excited to try it the first time, and the other two visits happened because it was the restaurant the group chose. I kept hoping I'd have a better experience, but unfortunately, my opinion hasn't changed. The biggest positive is the location. It's in a great area, the restaurant itself is beautiful, and there's plenty of seating both inside and outside. The service has also been consistently good. Every waitress I've had has been friendly, attentive, and professional. The food, though, just doesn't do it for me. I've ordered something different each visit, hoping to find a favorite, but I always leave feeling underwhelmed. The cocktails have tasted watered down, and most of the dishes have lacked the flavor I was expecting. On my most recent visit, I ordered the shrimp and scallop spaghettini. It was overwhelmingly pasta with very little seafood, and the dish itself was pretty bland. Of everything I've tried, the truffle fries and the Korean bibimbap were the standouts because they actually had some flavor. I can definitely understand why so many people enjoy Earls, and it's always busy, but it just isn't my style. If I'm in the Millenia area, there are several other restaurants I'd choose before coming back here. For me, the atmosphere and service are much stronger than the food. read more

Stopped by Earls Kitchen + Bar after shopping at The Mall at Millenia and honestly, such a dope lunch spot. Located on the second floor with indoor and outdoor seating the patio is definitely the best view, but this time I sat at the bar and still loved the vibe. I ordered the happy hour petite steak frites with truffle fries and it was the PERFECT lunch. Not too heavy, super flavorful, and those truffle fries were sooo good. I also had the Don Julio Reserve margarita with black salt because I'm a sucker for black salt on a margarita lol. Service was great too everyone was super attentive and friendly. I came here for the first time in a long time and was really disappointed. I was bringing a friend here for the first time ever and was honestly embarrassed. For starters, service was extremely slow. At least a 20 minute wait for each round of drinks. More than that for each plate of food. The food was a miss, lacking flavor. The drinks were weak and were not well balanced. Stopped into Earls Kitchen + Bar at the Millenia Mall and grabbed a seat at the bar for happy hour -- a great choice overall. Started with a Ketel One slightly dirty martini with blue cheese olives (half price HH), which was absolutely delicious and a strong way to kick things off. For snacks, we ordered the Crispy Rice Sushi, a standout dish. The rice had a satisfying crunch, topped with spicy ahi tuna and finished with a sweet soy-based drizzle that tied everything together into a perfectly balanced bite. We also tried the Birria Tacos, served alongside a heavenly consommé. The tacos were small, crisp, and nicely spicy, making them dangerously easy to keep reaching for. Definitely a highlight of the visit. The space itself is stylish and well designed, with comfortable bar seating and a properly placed foot rail that makes settling in easy for a longer stay. Service started a bit slow, likely due to only one bartender managing the crowd early on. Around 6 PM a second bartender arrived, and after a brief conversation he mentioned a family issue had delayed his shift -- completely understandable. Once both were behind the bar, service noticeably improved, and it was reassuring to know the bar is typically staffed by two. All in all, a very enjoyable happy hour experience with great bites, strong cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll gladly stop back in next time I'm in the area. read more

I arrived about 15 minutes before it ended, but unfortunately you have to sit in specific areas such as the bar or patio to get the happy hour menu, and both were full. If you're coming for happy hour and have a party larger than two, I recommend arriving at least 20 to 30 minutes before it ends. Instead, we were seated inside and the food was delicious. I ordered the crispy tofu and salmon sushi press, and they were definitely crispy. My jaw was a little sore by the end of the meal. The steak was my favorite dish; it was juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Overall, the food quality was excellent and I would definitely come back to try more from the menu. read more

Earls is located in Millenia- it's a nice classy place with good service. The prices are high and the menu is pretty limited. I didn't like that the steak came on this sauce dish because the flavor was very strong and completely masked the taste of the steak itself. A safe bet is the cajun chicken, it's a glorified caesar salad but it's very tasty! It's tough to say this but I mean- you're right next door to the cheesecake factory, and the quality is extremely comparable. Get a better bang for your buck! read more

I love the ambiance at Earls. It has a nice warm modern ambiance with options for indoor and outdoor seating. I have been here several times and i am never disappointed. I went with my job for a team dinner and everyone enjoyed their food. The calamari was fantastic! It had a very nice flavor and texture and was differently shaped than what I am use to. The vegan Avocado Dip was good as well. I could not even tell it was vegan. My main was the sea bass with a sub of jasmine rice. It was delicious. My co-worker order it as it comes and he enjoyed it as well. I tasted some of the Shrimp and Scallop pasta and it was a bit bland for my liking. Best crispy tofu I've had in a long time! Omg these were sooo good. You can get them vegetarian or vegan (different mayo). I also had the veggie burger and same offerings; vegetarian or vegan. Was really good too. My only wish is that the menu had a few more items to choose from. This is my first Magical Dining experience. I loved everything I ordered from this menu. I opted for a Happy Hour drink instead of the two options in the Magical Dining menu. To drink I started with a margarita on the rocks with salt. Delicious! First choice was the Spicy California Roll. I found it to be flavorful with just the right amount of spice. For the Main Course I ordered the Southwest Chicken Avocado Salad. It was good and a nice portion. After trying the Cajun Blackened Chicken my friend ordered, I wish I would have ordered that. My dessert was the Mini Creme Brûlée Cheesecake. I don't know about mini. It's actually a generous portion to be labeled a mini. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. The potatoes came with a creamy garlic sauce that tied everything together nicely. The flavors worked really well as a whole and the dish tasted great. I especially like the seasonal drinks because it gives you a chance to try drinks that aren't usually on the menu. My favorite food item are the shrimp sushi tacos. The shrimp is cooked with a perfect crisp and its light enough to not make you feel stuffed--but trust me, you'll want two orders. They are THAT good. The staff included a special occasion card on the table which was a nice personal touch to commemorate my birthday. My friends and I opted to do all you can drink mimosas which lasted about 2 hours for the package. It included a variety of juices: orange, grapefruit, pineapple, and apple. We definitely got our money's worth for this deal. The staff brought new champagne bottles quite frequently. However, it did take some time for our server to come and collect our food orders which was troublesome since we were all hungry by that time. The food itself was excellent for brunch. Not a wide variety of brunch options but the regular menu was available to ordering from as well. The steak and eggs were excellent. The chicken and waffles were also good but the presentation was a bit underwhelming. Atmosphere wise it was perfect for the vibe I was looking for. It was bright, open and tastefully decorated and set up. The bathrooms were also incredibly nice. In general, Earl's Kitchen + Bar is a great place to dine at. TGIF! We selected Earls as a Friday afternoon head alignment location. It was not quite happy hour but certainly after the lunch rush. Parking was no problem since the Mall was not extremely crowded. The hostess seemed a little overwhelmed. It should not have taken 8 minutes to get seated in a half occupied restaurant. Again I think it was some type of shift change or just in that window when folks are preparing for HH. Either way we were seated on the patio. Good vibes and the service was decent. We both had salads which fit the bill just fine for our afternoon. I really wanted to try the HH cocktails that started at 3 but I needed our person to coerce us a little bit. :) She didn't seem in tune to want to do anything more than the basic level of service. Earl's has a person walking the floor to check on the experience of the patrons and she had a refreshing attitude. Maybe she could have asked if we wanted to try the HH drinks. Maybe she could have pushed them a little early (2:30) when we sat down, knowing that we would be there at 3:00. Maybe their system wouldn't have allowed for that. I don't know but I think they left a little money on the table that day. IYKYK! All in all the Caesar Salad did what it was suppose to do and I will keep Earls on the list. This is one of the best Happy hours in Orlando, hands down and they're open late! Located at the Mall at Millenia, the restaurant itself is beautiful with seating both inside and out, however we opted to sit at the bar. I got a chance to try both guava drinks on the menu as I love anything guava related. The Guava Margherita was the perfect balance of sweet and sour. It was not overpoweringly sweet at all and very refreshing. The Guava Vodka Crush was also good. But of the two I would go back for the Guava Margherita. As I feel Guava and tequila mix better than Guava and Vodka. As for the food, the sticky Korean ribs were tender and sweet. I could have crushed a whole rack of those easily. The truffle tortellini with sirloin was also very good. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the truffle was not overpowering. The sirloin was also tender and cooked a perfect medium rare. I was not too much a fan of the sticky Toffee Chocolate Pudding. It was more of a chocolate cake and gave the illusion that it would ooze out but it was just dry and dense. More chocolate and very little Toffee. But I did try the cheesecake and that was delicious. It was an unfortunate way to end the meal but overall I thought Earls was really good. Second time eating here and I don't think I'll be back. I was really disappointed. I ordered the Avocado Benedict expecting to break into the poached egg and see a runny yoke, but instead it was hard boiled. My Mom ordered the American breakfast and the bacon was virtually raw. We did ask our server if she could bring us cooked bacon, which she did, but it just wasn't up to the standard I was expecting. Both of our meals came with a little green salad, but I think they put pure vinegar on it, so again, we were disappointed. It was also very loud, so we had trouble hearing one another. read more
