We decided to go to Harlow Grove for our anniversary because we had heard good reviews. We drove up and parked in the lot behind the restaurant. I had chosen an early reservation because I knew the restaurant could get crowded. The building is beautiful with white bricks and a large tree with twinkle lights that hangs over the outside patio on the second floor. When we got to the front, I realized that Harlow Grove only takes up a portion of the building, not the entire space, so it is smaller than I thought it was. We entered and gave our names and the hostess immediately wished us a happy anniversary so everything was going good so far. She lead us upstairs with a view of the entire restaurant. It really is a beautiful space with a golden tiger lounging on the stairs and an intricate wicker chandelier with birds. We passed by the second bar (there is also a much larger bar on the first floor), and that's when we were seated at a small 2-top by the railing. We had a great view, yes, but the issue was that the row of two-seater tables were literally back to back. My husband and I had to squeeze into our seats and I knew if I moved the guy in the seat behind me would feel it and same with my husband. I don't know why they stuffed the tables in like that. I asked my husband if he wanted to ask to move but he said he would get used to it. Our server came and we both ordered iced teas as we both aren't big drinkers. The music was pretty loud so we had to shout a bit to hear each other. Our iced teas came and, sadly, I could tell they were not fresh brewed, which surprised me in a nicer restaurant. I started to suspect that Harlow Grove is more of a bar with a restaurant versus the other way around. It looked like bread was going to be $10 so we just went ahead and ordered our entrees. I ordered the Pan-Seared Scallops while my husband ordered the Lemon-Thyme Chicken. It took a while for our food to come out and in that time, our server didn't come by once. In fact, the table behind us had to get up and search for her in order to pay their bill. Our plates arrived and I have to say I was very disappointed with the portion. The plate was only half full and had 4 large scallops, 3 mushrooms (which were cut in a very cute fish shape), and that's about it, for $42. It was supposed to have a corn purée which apparently was the thin smear on the bottom of the plate. My husband's $36 chicken was a quarter chicken and a big mound of mashed potatoes. His tasted good but my scallops were a little chewy and didn't have a great taste. The server had come by right after the plates were delivered but not again so we didn't have anyone to refill drinks or say how disappointed we were. I had originally wanted to get a dessert here to celebrate our anniversary but we decided not to do that due to the service and expense. While we were waiting for the check, the sun started to set and was completely in our eyes. I saw that there were curtains on the other sides of the restaurant but not on the windows for the western facing patio. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience but it looked like some other people, especially at the bars, were having fun. I think this might be a place to have a few drinks before or after a show or shopping and just not a fine dining restaurant, in my opinion. read more

Harlow Grove is a newer restaurant in the area, so I was pretty excited when I got invited to one of my close friends' birthday parties at this spot. The interior is definitely beautiful. It's hard to find restaurants that come close to this unique interior design! Coming at night time was the perfect call. This spot really does a great job at setting the tone! The service was good as well, and the server was very accommodating with our large party. I wasn't a huge fan of my entree, but I tried the dishes of my friends and they were good. I got the steak frites, and found the steak to be a little tough for my liking, and didn't find it very juicy or flavorful. Over all, a fine experience, but I wouldn't say anything you absolutely must stop and try when in the area. read more

We decided to check out this location since we live nearby. We made reservations for a Sunday night and the downstairs was definitely pretty busy. We chose to sit upstairs and it definitely filled up shortly after we got there. They do have outdoor seating upstairs, but because it was raining that day, and nobody was being seated out there. We chose to start with the beer, cheese and short rib dip. It is incredibly delicious. The only thing we wish is that there would've been one or two more pieces of bread because we definitely had a lot of leftover cheese. Thankfully, our server was paying attention and she offered to bring some more. Clearly there was a charge for it.($3) For the entree's , My husband got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. This is one of his absolute favorite dishes. Sadly, our experience with this dish wasn't the best. My husband was served raw chicken. The really sad thing is with as dim as the lights were, You could see the pink in the chicken. And because it comes sliced, that means somebody thought it was OK to send it out that way. I opted for the braised short rib. The mashed potatoes that it comes on were really delicious and the short rib had really great flavor. It is a smaller entrée portion, but I found it to be perfect as I wasn't all that hungry that night. I also tried their fig old-fashioned that has a chai syrup. It was really delicious and I would definitely order it again. I did opt to get it smoked because I do like that smoky flavor in my drinks. Overall, it was a decent experience even with being served raw chicken. The server and the manager both came over and apologized and they did rectify the situation. The restaurant is gorgeous on the inside. We went on a Saturday night and even though it was packed it didn't feel cramped. The waiters were awesome and we even got free champagne since there were multiple birthdays in the group and we were celebrating. The into the woods gin drink was absolutely delicious. It was a good balance between strong and sweet. The chicken fettuccine was very filling, and I recommend getting some extra sauce on the side as it heightened all the flavors of the meal. The guava croquettes with goat cheese inside were so good. I wish there was a little bit more guava, but it was delicious overall. We came in for my birthday dinner and we had a fine experience. We had a large group out on the terrace and we absolutely loved the ambiance! The music, lights, and greenery were perfection. The interior was stunning and we took so many pictures. Service was a little off. Our server said "let me grab you bottled water" and walked away. She did not ask if we wanted tap or bottled. I called her back and said we would have tap. It felt sneaky to just go grab bottled water that are an uncharge. She also never brought us proper silverware. She brought out two soups with no spoons, didn't bring out a steak knife with the steak, didn't bring out a fork with dessert, and forgot a bread plate. I had to keep asking her to go fetch these items. The food and drinks were really good. We loved the bread service and whipped ricotta. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly. A little over salted, but absolutely perfect presentation. The truffle fries were fantastic. My table also loved the crispy chicken sandwich, the potato bisque, the salmon, and the French dip. We did have to send back mahi for being overcooked, but otherwise everything came out nice. The cocktails were fantastic. I loved the Eden spritz, the elite martini, and the into the wild. We did have issues with dishes coming out. There was an issue with the French dip sandwich that didn't come out and a forgotten soup we had to ask about. Some plates were not hot by the time they made it to the table. The wait and staggered plates were inconvenient. They were super kind to bring out a birthday dessert, which was very nice. I absolutely hate when restaurants can't split checks. They would only take up to 4 cards and they wanted to split the bill evenly on those cards. I opted to put the bill on one card. It's just annoying when establishments refuse to use a computer to split checks and include the large group gratuity. Overall, we had a nice, but inconsistent experience. Starting out with the positives, the space is decorated so nice and we visited on a Friday at 5 pm they almost turned us away without a reservation. They sat us upstairs, I thought the table layout was a little strange, the restaurant focuses on the bar areas. We were greeted right away and ordered cocktails. I ordered the Paper Moon $14 and my husband got the Notorious FIG, $14. My cocktail didn't really taste like alcohol and I think the creme de violet made it taste like soap. I mentioned it to the server and he offered to make a different cocktail. I switched for his recommendation Into The Wild $15. That one tasted more like alcohol but the mix was strange too, I didn't care for this one either. We both ordered handhelds and it took a good 45 minutes to get our food. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich $22 with the truffle fries + $3. My husband ordered the Mahi sandwich, $24. Of the two dishes the mahi was better but it tasted super oily and salty. The chicken sandwich felt like it was sitting forever and just got microwaved. It was pretty tasteless and the bread tasted soggy and old. There must be a lot of sodium or preservatives in these, we both didn't feel well later that evening after eating the food. If you're coming for happy hour, it's Monday to Friday, 4 to 6, only at the bar. We thought we could snag a seat but all we are taken. Overall, we were let down from our first visit, from the food, to the drinks and 45 minutes to get our meals. The restaurant has such a vibe but everything else fell short for us. read more

The atmosphere at Harlow Grove is genuinely lovely, and I can see why people are drawn in. Unfortunately, a few things about our visit fell a bit short. It was raining when we arrived, and we ended up at a very small table inside -- a little tight for comfort. When I asked about the wifi, the response felt a bit short/curt, which wasn't the warmest start. The drinks also felt on the pricier side for what was served. I really wanted to enjoy this one more than I did. The vibe has a lot going for it, but between the seating and the service moment, it didn't quite land for me this time. I really enjoyed Harlow's Grove! A group of us went for a girls' night and to celebrate a few birthdays. The ambiance is very elegant but chic, perfect for a date night or a girls' night. There's a bar upstairs that you can go to while you wait for your party or reservation. The stairs are definitely picture-worthy! The service was amazing and prompt. They even gifted us a round of champagne on the house to celebrate the Virgos in our group. Everyone was very satisfied with their food. I got the French Dip with truffle fries, and it was not only really good, but the portions were large! I ended up taking half of it home. While everyone was friendly, everything moved extremely slow. Our food was mid at best. The best thing on the menu from what we had was the bread. We sent the short rib and cheese back. It lacked flavor and was coagulated from sitting under the warmer too long. Our server took 25 minutes to come and check on us after the food came out and another 15 minutes to bring back our check. Must. Try. Guys this place was so so great. We were a little early for our reservation (which I suggest you make because it got pretty busy) and they were able to accommodate us early. I sat upstairs which was a super cool vibe, although next time I definitely want to try sitting on the patio! Our server was super sweet and gave great recommendations which led to us trying to espresso martini and I must say it's one of the best I've ever had. Definitely try it if you like pistachio! Every bite was delicious and you can't go wrong at all with the croquettes. If you just want to go for happy hour, maybe try and go a little early to snag some bar seats bc they only do HH at the bar areas. While the restaurant is small, it makes for a very intimate dining experience, perfect for a date night after sundown. The lemon thyme chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, the steak frites were cooked perfectly, and the short braised cheddar dip was rich, savory, and so good. To top it all off, the Nutella lava cake was the perfect dessert -- warm, decadent, and absolutely delicious. Harlow grove is a great place for happy hour in the winter garden area! Located just off of plant street this is a cool restaurant with great bites and drinks. The HG espresso martini is easily the best espresso martini I have ever had and I would come back just for that. We split the goat cheese croquettes, bread service, and steak frites. The appetizers were good! I felt it was a bit overpriced but still enjoyed it. I would definitely come back for happy hour which is only available at the bar! Very cute and trendy spot, I'd probably come back for drinks on the rooftop once it gets cooler but definitely don't see us becoming regulars. The vibes are fun and intimate, we were seated on a couch that wasn't the easiest for eating but I saw most tables were a booth or chairs so those will probably be better! When they say "stay awhile" they mean it... mostly because they'll take awhile so prepare to be there for a couple hours! Not necessarily a good or bad thing, just depends on how long you'd like to wait for everything. The appetizers were mid - the ricotta had a nice presentation, the crostinis could've been warmed up or something. The tuna crispy rice had so much potential because the flavor was there but the rice was so hard and crunchy and the presentation was a miss. You'd think they forgot to add one piece, they had 2 slanted pieces and one straight idk - not a big deal. Drinks were good, I enjoyed my HG espresso martini! Entrees were also good, the only comment for my ribs was that I wish they were hot! My husbands meal was much hotter. The broccolini could use some seasoning. I liked the dessert, a fun mix on cheesecake with the oreo crust! The host confirmed twice that we had a birthday so I was expecting a little happy birthday on the dessert as I saw on others photos but no biggie. Harlow Grove is a great addition to the Winter Garden dining scene. It's just a couple blocks south of Plant Street, where most of the other restaurants are, but it has a completely different vibe. The building is absolutely gorgeous. I felt like I was in a trendy new restaurant in Chicago. It's visually stunning inside, and the acoustic design is pretty good. There's a nice variety of seating from bar to table to booth. We loved our corner table in the nook. The menu is really well thought out. It offers a nice variety of appetizers, salads, and main dishes along with some handhelds. Everything was very appealing, so it was difficult to decide where to start. We settled upon sharing a Caesar salad and the bread service. The Caesar was excellent. The crunch of toasted parmesan on the top was particularly appealing. The bread service was a pull-apart loaf served with two different butters. It was also very good. It might be the only thing on the menu that I thought was maybe overpriced for what it was, but everything else on the menu is extremely reasonably priced. For our second course, we shared the bisque, a thick truffle-infused potage, and the shrimp cocktail: a conventional assortment of large fresh prawns served with cocktail sauce and horseradish. We enjoyed both of these. For entrees, my wife had the PEI mussels and I had the filet mignon. She enjoyed her muscles, although they weren't to my taste, but the filet mignon was wonderful. Perfectly seared and served with truffle mashed potatoes that were like the big brother of the bisque we had earlier. Service provided by Renato was fabulous. He was not just a server but a delightful host whose recommendations were greatly appreciated. This restaurant has a sizable cocktail list and a compact but extremely well-thought-out wine list. I can't think of another wine list that has a higher hit ratio in terms of wines that I would personally choose to put on a wine list, and yet the overall wine pricing is extremely fair. I also sampled two cocktails which were both standouts. The Fancy Martini is a spectacularly complex vodka-based martini with a terrific balance of pepper and saline flavors. And the caviar-stuffed olives that came with it were a nice bonus. After dinner, I had the espresso martini, which is also very good and unusual in its incorporation of pistachio. Definitely worth trying. We love this new addition to Winter Garden. It's distinct from all the other restaurants in Winter Garden and has already obviously found a tremendous fan base because it was busy every moment that we were there on a Wednesday evening. read more

I checked out Harlow Grove with my girls for Brunch. We made a reservation for 5 but, as we started to arrive & sit in the booth they gave us we quickly realized it would be very cramped and uncomfortable to eat so we let our waitress know. She spoke with her manager but, all they had to offer was the outside seating. We were on the fence about it because it was 93 degrees and there was a heat warning issued that day but, our waitress insured us that it was umbrellas and fans and they would make sure to have us covered so we moved . Once we got situated outside we began ordering . We started with drinks . 4 of us ordered the zero proof wild heart & that drink was so delicious . We also ordered the free spirited both drinks were so refreshing. We ordered starters to share . Tuna crispy rice , Cheese + short rib dip , crab cake . They came back to let us know they were sold out of the crab cake. We also ordered the pastry tower. For our meals I ordered the chicken Caesar croissant and which came with fries and I upgraded the fries to truffle. The fries come in a cute holder . We had shrimp & grits , chicken & waffles, grilled cheese & tomato. We had zero complaints about our food everything was delicious! Our waitress surprised us with a bird cage which is 6 shots in a bird cage for all the inconveniences we had that day . The restaurant ambience was busy & beautiful and the outside patio has beautiful picture opportunities. I will def be back . I would love to try dinner next time. The staff were vey nice. We booked Harlow Grove for the first time for my 34th birthday dinner (5 months after it's initial opening) We like to give a new opening some time to work out the kinks before trying it ourselves. The space is admittedly vibey. With two story dining. Two bars. Layered designs, and moody lighting (as well as a truly gorgeous patio-definitely book at night). But, while the space is admittedly cool, they definitely still have some kinks to work out. While we've heard nothing but "book early" & "it's a hard reservation to get" we booked about a week in advance and there were *many* openings for a Wednesday evening. At the time of writing this I checked again there are at least 5 lunch openings for today and one dinner opening (this is a Friday) so I wouldn't believe that. We were celebrating a birthday so we noted that on our reservation. There are 3 different dining zones-the lounge which consists of cocktail tables with stools and sofa seating next to the main bar which is enormous. The main dining area which is upstairs (accessible by climbing the massive statement staircase but there's also an elevator) & the terrace or patio. There's a massive tree that completely wrapped in lights and it is quite beautiful. We'll likely book that next visit. We booked a table upstairs in the min dining area. We checked in for our 6:30 reservation 10 min early. They had a hard time finding our reservation and had to ask for the name 3 times. When they found it they confirmed that we were celebrating a birthday. This was the only point in the evening that this was an acknowledged aside from my mentioning it in passing to a random server who I stopped to ask to take a photo of us. While I realize no one had to celebrate us, it is sort of standard to at least do something, but nope. It's worth noting that the table we were eventually sat next to also had a birthday and 3 separate people stopped by their table to say happy birthday. So that was interesting. Unfortunately, we were initially seated in the lounge at a double cafe table with two backless stools and a very low very deep set couch. Was it a beautiful table for a drink or a girls night or first date? Sure. But for dinner, really not realistic or comfortable. Especially for us as both my husband & I have back problems. Dining at a table that was parallel with our sternum was not going to work (not to mention it not what we booked) so after sitting for a about a minute, I went back over to the host stand and said this table doesn't work for us and this is not what I booked. I was initially told I could sit outside or wait for the next opening at the table I booked-the next opening was 9pm. Our reservation was for 6:30. So I said okay we'll keep it but again this is not what we booked. I had my phone in my hand and the camera open as I intended to vlog my birthday dinner which she eyed as I turned to walk back. A few min later a different host came over and apologized profusely and was like "the system is a little finicky sometimes" (...okay) & began to lead us up the stairs to the table we booked. So clearly those table were in fact available. Once we got upstairs, there were at least 5 empty tables. 2 of which stayed empty throughout the entire evening. Hmmm On our way upstairs, after changing our table, the fire alarm went off. I stayed inside for a bit thinking it would turn off immediately but no it continued for about 5 minutes. So we went outside to wait. Before doing so I saw the scowling on a few staff members faces and stopped one who also looked annoyed & asked if this was happening often-I was told it was the second time that evening... I know that they can't necessarily control this however we're 3 strikes so far and we haven't even been seated at our table. Once the alarm sound turned off we went back in and we're seated but the strobing light from the alarm continued until we got our first drink so maybe a good 20 min (see video) The Order: We ordered still tap water & were brought a bottle of still Acqua Panna for $7. Totally fine for us. May not be for everyone. EDEN SPRITZ $13. This was described as "very sweet" by our server. It's not super sweet. More of a lightly sweet citrusy flavor. Would absolutely order again. INTO THE WILD $15 really interesting. Good presentation. We were both surprised at how much the cucumber and celery flavor came through (in a good way) would order again WHIPPED RICOTTA $15 The proportions are off in the best way. We ended up with a ton of left over ricotta. Negroni $14 My go to cocktail. I can say this was one of the worst Negroni's I've ever had. 0/10. PAVETTE: Pinot Noir, California $11g | $40b we liked this so much we ended up getting a bottle. CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH $19 okay this was maybe one of the best chicken sandwiches I've we had? We have been here twice. First it is really gorgeous inside. The little details make the decor something truly special. There are two floors. Each floor has a bar, the bigger one is downstairs. There is outdoor seating on the second floor as well. Opens at 4pm and both times people are waiting at the door for them to open. The bartenders are amazing here. Laurel, Robbie, Tyler, and Shawn are talented with craft cocktails even if it's not in the menu. They make you feel very welcome and are knowledgeable about the menu. They also have the ability to make cocktails for you that are not on the menu. They do their best work when you ask them to create one of their own. The food. All the food is high quality ingredients. Pricing for entrees are more than reasonable. The apps are pricey side but they do offer happy hour on some items. My favorite apps so far is the shrimp cocktail and the crab cake. I can't wait to go back to try the scallop entree and Thyme Chicken. read more

What a fun and high quality addition to downtown Winter Garden! I visited this restaurant on the weekend for brunch to celebrate a friend's birthday. The ambience was very nice--there was a DJ and the interior design was good. There were a several negatives: the hostess sat us at a very uncomfortable table that was set for 4 people with short stools. The table was against the wall and just extremely uncomfortable. The hostess moved us after we requested, but she was very reluctant to move us. Despite it being my friend's birthday, there was no nice little anything with a candle. The food was OK, nothing amazing. We ordered all of the toasts, and the burrata toast was really good. The avocado toast was ok, didn't taste very fresh; it was like avocado paste and not real avocados. We did not care for the ricotta toast. We visited on their grand opening day 3/11/26. This is located a bit off the beaten path of Plant St but only by about a block or 2. It is walking distance to the parking garage. There is a small shared parking lot behind the restaurant. We arrived around 9 pm and had no problems parking there. The restaurant front exterior is sleek, modern and clean looking. Once you step inside, you will see a large u-shaped bar straight ahead and a staircase to your left with the hostess stand and seating to the right. There is a seated statue of a tiger or similar wildcat greeting you at the bottom of the stairs. This unique and fun animal theme can be found throughout this beautiful restaurant, even with some of the cocktail glasses shaped like zebras and the like. We were seated upstairs, where they have another bar, albeit smaller then the one downstairs. We were hoping to sit outside but we were informed that they don't seat new parties after 9 pm due to a local noise ordinance. However, there were a few occupied tables outside that were still dining just about the entire time we were there. I did get a chance after we ate to walk on the patio and take a few pictures. It gives off a magical vibe with illuminated branches enveloping the patio, creating an inviting atmosphere. We were seated on the 2nd floor, along the banister, overlooking the center of the restaurant. A very large animal themed chandelier sits above the large bar downstairs, which made for an interesting talking point. The seating was very comfortable and our server was friendly, helpful and promptly took our orders. I was able to swap out the fried chicken with grilled chicken in my sandwich. It was deliciously savory and had a hint of sweetness with the pesto, arugula and honey ricotta cheese adding unique flavor notes to my sandwich. LOVE this new spot in Winter Garden! The vibes are a 10 out of 10 with a beautiful design carried down to the napkins and takeout bags. They did not cut any corners with the ambiance! The mahi sandwich was delicious and so were the fries that it came with! The shrimp salad was really tasty too but probably not something I would get again. The REAL star of the show was the goat cheese croquettes.. deliciousness. Our serve was very friendly and let us know they will be expanding to do brunch soon! My husband and I chosen this restaurant for our date night .The ambiance is really nice very modern and chic ! We ordered for appetizer Short rib dip : this dish wasn't full of short rib. However it did taste good . They gave a small portion of bread and which we ordered more bread was charge additional $3 dollars . But our waitress didn't tell us that. Mahi fish : this came with risotto and broccolini The fish was very fresh not fishy. The risotto was really good as well soft and creamy. The thia sauce was very light . I do personal think this dish was a little under seasoned. Lobster Grill cheese was delicious and full of lobster and truffle fries was amazing. This sandwich was five stars . So cute! Loved the decor as soon as you walk in! We diner upstairs and had a great time! Our server, Ava, was so sweet and attentive. This was a girls night out and my whole party had nothing but great things to say about their dinner and drinks. Food: We ordered the short rib dip, crab cake and salad to start. That dip was too good!! The only thing is that the bread it comes with is too hard...like almost impossible to bite. Ava suggested ordering the bread service to accompany it so we will try that next time. Crab cake was okay but the corn and chive puree it comes on is very tasty! A faux-posh establishment with all the bones to be something great, but the execution leaves a bit to be desired. The cocktails were questionable at best, particularly the dirty martini, which was made twice and somehow still resembled dirty swamp water more than an actual martini. Thankfully, the food was a different story! The whipped ricotta was absolute deliciousness, and the scallops were equally tasty. The waitress was very accommodating, and the DJ, with great music, was an added bonus. I went here with my Bestie and we had reservations that have been very hard to get so I highly recommend reservations as soon as we arrived we were greeted kindly & seated right away upstairs on the second floor, which was OK, but we were seated by the stairway and it was very busy with people walking by us coming upstairs to the bar and additional tables. I really did like the ambience of the restaurant they even had outdoor seating that was just adorable and I did like how they had the overflow bar on the second floor. We had wonderful mahi sandwiches and broccoli. The drinks were amazing & unfortunately we skipped dessert, but everything was absolutely delicious. Service was great. Harlow Grove has a nice vibe. It's a warm contemporary aesthetic. There was also a DJ that set the tone without overpowering the space. Cocktails were solid and creative. Food-wise, the short rib dip had great flavor but could've used more meat (cheese-to-meat ratio was a little off). The lobster lasagna was very rich in flavor. And the truffle fries... the truffle fries were truffling . So good. Overall, good energy, good drinks, and a spot I'd come back to. read more

I came here after I saw that it was so close to my house. The ambience is beautiful. Feels like you are somewhere else ( New York Rooftop Vibes) The waiters and bartenders were so friendly and funny, they suggested to try the burger. I decided to get the mustard on the side because I wasn't sure if I'd like it, but it was actually really good. The burger itself was good, but I ordered a well done burger and that was my fault because boy that THANG was really well done, I mean, crispy. But overall, I enjoyed it. I am only knocking a star because it was very loud, there were plenty of tables open but we were told it was a 2 hour wait, and the ranch tasted like kens ranch. lol The bar staff were extremely friendly, made a delicious pistachio iced coffee that MUST be put on the menu! I had a wonderful first experience at Harlow Grove. Reservations are definitely necessary and they seem to book up quickly. We arrived a little early and enjoyed a cocktail at their beautiful bar. They have some unique drinks on the menu including one of the best espresso martinis I've tried. For dinner I tried the whipped ricotta appetizer, potato truffle soup, and lemon thyme chicken. Everything was so delicious and perfectly cooked. For dessert we had the 12 layer red velvet cake, it was very decadent and definitely to be shared. My first night at Winter Park, my friend suggested we come here for tapas and drinks. She made a reservation and she was smart to do so because it was packed!! Walking in, it's a dark ambience and so people do dress up for this place. We were slightly early for our reservation but were able to get sat immediately. There are 2 floors and have stairs and an elevator. We were given water, were able to order fairly quickly. To eat, we got a side of truffle fries and whipped ricotta. To drink, we got an espresso martini and a filthy martini with blue cheese olives. Our server was so attentive and nice! She suggested some of her favorite menu items, and one of them was the cookies & cream cheesecake. If there's one thing you need to try, it's the dang cheesecake. The crust made it PERFECT!! We tried Harlow grove not knowing what to expect. Based on our research we saw a lovely ambiance, a cool theme, and a menu everyone could find something to love off of. Our only mistake was failing to make a reservation because on the weekends they are fully booked out. Luckily, we got a sweet spot at the bar and we're still able to enjoy our night. I started off trying their mocktail options, free spirited and wild heart, which were both refreshing! The bread service was the perfect hold over until our mains: fettuccine Alfredo and 24HR ribs. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that all the menu items are made from scratch in house and you could taste it in the food. Specifically, though we had bread, pasta, and a rack of ribs, plus the c&c cheesecake, we left feeling satisfied but NOT FULL!
