I think I found a new fav Happy Hour spot. Power Hour at Morton's is Sunday - Friday 4pm-6:30pm in the bar area only. I showed up a little after 4pm and it was only about 6 of us in there at the time, but that quickly changed, because within a few minutes it was pretty packed in the bar area . The waiter brought over water and the Power Hour menu and since I was starving I got straight into ordering . For food , I ordered the short rib tacos & Parmesan Truffle matchstick fries. For drinks I ordered the Palm beach passion martini & The Maxwell which was like an old fashioned. Everything and I do mean everything was delicious! I didn't finish my tacos so my waiter boxed it for me to take home . I'll def come back the ambiance was very busy by the time I left . The staff were wonderful.

Ever since I walked in being my first time it was amazing. the appetizer was the best. I enjoyed the calamari, meatball, and Alfredo pasta. The entree I had was the chicken parm!!! It was the biggest one I've had and delicious! I even took some home. Then wanted to try the creme brûlée . I'm glad the waiter recommend that dessert. The environment was amazing! They played the accordion for any song you pick! 10/10 the best

I've been living in Orlando for a while now and I have no idea why I haven't tried to dine here but I'm kind of glad I did for their Bites and Bubbles offer. It's basically an adult happy meal! Don't get me wrong I love a good steakhouse and I thought this was a good deal ($29) since it includes a cocktail but I wasn't a fan of the chicken sliders. They were pretty small but the smashburger was the way to go. I wish the packaging was more like the website but overall everything tasted really good. Plus the bread was free so that's always a bonus. The offer is only available for January and you can only order it at the bar. I would definitely come back to try some of their other items

Fancy but not the greatest food. The service was good but the building had a water leak and a bucket in the middle of the dining room. We came during magical dining month and I'm glad we had the price fixe menu. I couldn't imagine paying top dollar for subpar food. The waiter was kind and the manager clearly had a lot on his mind. They should have closed the back dining area to not subject guests to that kind of experience. The room reeked of mildew. If it weren't for having an elder couple with us who insisted on staying, we would have left.

Went on a company outing and enjoyed every minute of it. The bartender really showed love and gave some really great recommendations for the drinks !! I want to give it 5 stars but I can't. The wrong steak came out to me so I was def upset. The asparagus wasn't the best either was on the harder side. But I will say everything else was amazing the lobster and potatoe was so delicious and flavorful. Will be back for the lobster !

Morton's is one of the best kept secrets for happy hour in Orlando. I've been here a few times and have always enjoyed the atmosphere. I've even come for dinner reservations recommended especially on the weekends and the steak is phenomenal. Customer Service is consistently phenomenal, and the overall place is clean and aesthetic.

Service and food were good especially the Seared Ahi Tuna Hors D'oeuvres. That was my favorite!

To go order was incredible. Chicken Christopher, Filet, Lobster Mac was fantastic, wow what flavor. Onion bread is great, quick to order on a busy night.

We went to Morton's for a magical dining experience, including the sliders and champagne. We did not make reservations. We had intended to go to a bar to eat. My wife loves a good bar situation. The hostess was able to get us a table in the dining room, and the manager was very accommodating. Our waiter, Joe, was phenomenal. He was very attentive. He recommended I switch from blue cheese butter to black truffle butter. Best decision. The black truffle butter was great, 10/10. My steak was cooked perfectly, 8.5/10. The potatoes were good, 7/10. The truffle corn was not that great. 5/10. The crab cakes were good but very small (7.5/10), and the sauce was watery. The chicken sliders are 8/10. This was my second time visiting this Morton's. I do love the ambiance and the sight of all the wines on the shelves. The lighting is perfect for a somewhat intimate dinner. Check it out. Don't forget to become a Landry member while you're there for $25.

Wow! I have not been here in forever, but I am so happy that I went! Our server was absolutely hilarious! It was pretty crowded because magical dining was running, but the food was so good! We did order a couple of things that were missed, and then were charged for it, but they adjusted it at the end. I had the salmon, my husband had the filet with truffle butter, and our other friends got salmon and a New York strip. The food was absolutely delicious! Even though they forgot the truffle butter on the steak, it was still very flavorful and tender. The salmon was so yummy, I loved the beuree blanc sauce that was underneath. The mashed potatoes and green beans were so good. I got the chocolate cake for a dessert and it was delicious! The others said that the crème brûlée was a very good portion size and was good as well. I loved the onion bread, it tasted like a Hawaiian roll but with onion on it. We did ask for another one, but it was forgotten, but maybe we didn't need it anyway, haha! I would definitely return in a heartbeat to this restaurant! The restrooms were decent and the restaurant gave a typical steakhouse vibe. I'm not sure how long this restaurant has been in this location, but I remember visiting it over 15 years ago. The service was slow, but it was pretty packed that night, our server was funny and he tried his best. It's a good rival with the other competitor!

I had a great time at Morton's. The food was delicious. Great costumer service. I enjoyed my time

Tomahawk Steak!
Tommy ..

The service was fantastic but the steak as good as it looked it was very bland, also very juicy but a lot of almost like warm water in the center not much flavor.

Hands down the star of the show was the shrimp dish, perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and honestly some of the best we've had in a while. We ended up ordering a second round just to enjoy it a little longer. Service was friendly and attentive the whole time, which made the experience even better. If you're looking for a great happy hour with a standout menu item, The Whyskey delivers. We'll definitely be back!

We chose seats at the bar and were greeted promptly by Brian and Rowan. Because there were a lot of people and just the two of them, they were running around taking orders from tables as well as servicing the bar so it did take a little bit to get our drink orders in, but we were enjoying looking through the whiskey library anyways. I started off with a Suncreek blonde ale. It is strawberry blonde ale and it's delicious. My husband started with the Yingling. He keeps hoping they will bring the Kentucky bourbon ale back on tap again. For lunch, I got the whiskey dip which is full of chopped beef with cheese and onions. Served with an herb, dipping sauce, and your choice of side. I opted for the sweet potato waffle fries because they are delicious. My husband got a burger with fries cooked perfectly. Once we are done with our food, we did opt for a taster. My husband had to go through several different bottles before he found one they actually had in stock. That is one of the downside is the whiskey library that is online is not always reflective of what they actually have in stock as he was really looking forward to trying the old Fitzgerald birthday, but alas, they did not have it in stock. He ended up going with the jack Daniels 12 year and really enjoyed it. I opted for the widow Jane 14 year very sweet easy to drink. Great service from Bryan and Rowan always enjoy seeing them behind the bar

I met a fellow Yelp elite here for dinner as we were taken back by the previous reviews and wanted to see for ourselves. We booked the reservation on open table for a Sunday and when we arrived , we instantly feel in love with the decor. Beautiful lighting, crushed velvet and velour meets moderne art and delicious food . We enjoyed the bar area before we were sat in an elegant booth facing the view of the entire restaurant. Our sever Manny was 10/10 and I will only sit at this table on my next few visits. We did the magical dining menu and my choice was : Caesar salad , 8oz filet mignon cooked medium , and strawberries and cream for dessert. During dinner I enjoyed a glass of Malbec and enjoyed the conversation with my friend and our server. The filet was seasoned well and cooked to my liking and I liked the Caesar salad as a side although there were several other choices on the menu. The dessert was a crunchy phyllo, with white chocolate mousse and kaymak ice cream which was such a wonderful way to end the night. It was so so good ! The front of the building is impressive as is the patio and the inside table seating. It is meticulously decorated with Impressionist artwork and sculptures throughout. It really is a beautiful restaurant. We were seated promptly and Manny was our waiter. What a 5-star impression he made, who greatly enhanced the elegance of the evening! He made sure we had the right amount of attention, while allowing us to relax and enjoy our surroundings. We were given a "welcome cocktail" (rum infused) as a perfect starter to begin our dining journey (nice touch). I would come back specifically to experience his attention to detail again! The food experience was good overall. A bread and dip combination was provided to the table as we perused the menu. We started with the Caesar Salad. It was slightly underwhelming in size, and we both thought it was a little too salty for our tastes. However, the 8 oz. Filet Mignon was amazing and cooked perfectly to a red center medium which we both savored. It came with a garlic accouplement to add to the steak as you wish. We added a Terrazas Grand Malbec which complimented the main course. Finally, the dessert of Strawberries & Cream, with the crunchy phyllo, white chocolate mousee and strawberry gelato was a delicious ending to the evening. I would probably visit again for a special occasion. The reservation fee notice of charging $30 per person if you cancel within 24 hours is a slight hinderance. I noticed a number of high-end restaurants are using this tactic now for online reservations. The H also includes an automatic 20% tip on the bill (a 4% Operations Fee?? and a 16% gratuity) and you can then add an additional 3%, 5% or 7% tip when the Pay-at-the-Table device is handed to you. Something to consider when making your reservation. The $60 Magical Dining price may be a little high for the amount of food provided, but if you truly want to experience a fine dining evening, this is a solid choice.

My husband got the pork chop for dinner, which is his go to and like always it was perfectly cooked. He very rarely orders pork chops at any other restaurant that we dine at, but he always gets it here that tells you just how good it is. I stuck with my go to which is the creste de Gallo. The texture was strangely rubbery, they lacked flavor, and they weren't served very hot. After a few bites, I honestly lost my appetite and decided not to continue with the rest of the Magical Dining meal. It's unfortunate because the restaurant itself has a beautiful, lively atmosphere, and the bar experience was excellent. I really wanted to enjoy dinner as much as I enjoyed the drinks and service. Overall, 3/5. I would definitely come back for happy hour, the Espresso Martinis and bartenders alone make that worthwhile but based on the food I tried, I wouldn't rush back for dinner.
