    Salad bar
    Susan L.

There is parking underneath the restaurant for the entire strip which is nice since parking is limited in front of the shops and restaurants. I came with a large party and felt we were somewhat neglected. The servers did not come to our table often, my glass was empty and they never came to ask if I wanted a refill, and I did not enjoy most of the meats I had - tri tip and filet mignon. They were both pretty dry and wasn't seasoned well. However, the pincanha was nice and tender. The salad bar is good and would only come back for that.

This is an upscale dining experience from the moment you walk through the door! The staff greeting is warm and the wait staff is very knowledgeable about what's on the menu. The meat selections kept coming, as well as the sides. The salad bar has everything you might think of to construct the ideal salad. We also enjoyed the lobster bisque! I'm telling you, when you're in Orlando, GO! Yes, it's pricey...but if you're up for a splurge then you won't be disappointed! We enjoyed the "full experience " which is just shy of $65 per person. As sides we chose Mac and cheese, Brussel sprouts, and caramelized corn. That was also unlimited!

Adega Gaucha brunch in a word was impressive. The Gourmet Table includes special add ons Saturday and Sunday from 1-3. They open at 11:30 but during those hours they have a giant pan of Seafood Paella they serve table side. The rice was infused with flavor from the spices and simmering seafood. I could see this as the perfect special occasion meal and in fact they had a wedding party in their private dining room in the day we visited. The service is wonderful as you are greeted by a manager at the table and the servers provide first class attention to detail. On the weekends the Gourmet Table is $25 and includes a curated selection of signature salads, charcuterie, hot dishes, fresh fruits, vegetables, and more. From the grill: Pork sausage, tender chicken legs, grilled cinnamon pineapple, and unforgettable cheese with guava. The market table usually includes 3 hot sides, lobster bisque, rice, beans, greens and hot rolls. We tried a glass of their sangria which was perfect in that it is not too sweet and the fruit is diced up in the glass. For the sides we choose Brussels sprouts with bacon, corn brûlée, French fries and bananas. For happy endings they have a chocolate fountain with fruit skewer and dipping items. The grilled pineapple for me is the ideal fruity dessert. The cheese with the guava sauce is also not to be skipped. My only regret is that I got full too fast and everything looked too good. I filled up on the delicious soup but next time I will have a game plan.

My husband and I decided to go to Adega Gaucho for a couple of drinks before we went to another location for dinner. When you walk into Adega Gaucho it's nicely decorated and gives an elegance vibe. The bartender was very attentive and got us our drinks very fast. My husband ordered a Caipirinha and it was delicious and tasted fresh as well. I ordered a Adega 43 it had very good flavor and it's not a typical cocktail you order at any bar. The drink was crafted to perfection with just the right amount of sweetness to liquor ratio. Also, while we were drinking our drinks, the bartender gave us some complementary Brazilian cheese bread, which was a perfect treat to go along with our drinks. The service was amazing and the drinks were top-notch. We will definitely be back for drinks, but also would like to try the actual dinner menu because everyone's plates looked good.

I went to Adega Gaucha for a relaxing dinner. After placing my order, my meal somehow didn't come out it had been over 40 minutes. The manager came by right away to apologize and kindly offered me access to the salad bar at no charge, which I truly appreciated since I was very hungry. I ordered the Adega Spritz as my drink, and it was delicious! When my food finally arrived, the broccolini was a bit burned, but I simply grabbed some fresh broccoli from the salad bar instead. They also brought out some guava and cheese along with small cuts of meat, which was a nice gesture. As a solo diner, this was my first time experiencing such a long wait, but I really appreciated how attentive the staff was once they realized what happened. The service was great, the restaurant is beautiful, and overall, I left feeling taken care of. The drink and salad bar were definitely the highlights!

We love this place! We have the pleasure of eating at Adega several times throughout the year this time we went in just to try the magical dining dishes, but the Brazilian full redo experience was so tempting . This place is super busy so always make a reservation if you're able . They now have bar seating with a bar menu. The service is excellent. They always ensure your drink is full and so is your tummy . The employees are friendly. They genuinely care about the customers and the experience they provide.

This is one of my favorite places. It is a Brazilian Steakhouse where you can eat as much quality meat as you want plus unlimited sides and salad bar and more. The waiters are always so nice. They learn your name and make sure you have everything you need. It is one of those restaurants that just have the most high quality service every single time. The inside is so gorgeous and elegant. I didn't take any pictures of the food because I was too busy eating and enjoying it all. They also brought me a free dessert of my choice because we were there celebrating my birthday!

Fantastic Service! Went to this restaurant for the first time to celebrate my birthday. I'm a carnivore and have a soft spot for Brazilian steakhouses. I've been to many in the area, but this was my first time at this one. It did not disappoint. I had a reservation for 4:00 pm, walked in, and was immediately seated. The place was super busy, so you can tell they're very popular. Very clean with a nice, modern decor. I started with an Old Fashioned. It could've been better. Their salad bar is excellent--they have everything you could imagine and then some. I got some lettuce, tomatoes, rice, and feijoada (black bean stew). The beans were delicious. I also had mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and mushrooms as my three sides. All tasted great, and let me tell you--the mac and cheese is so good! Then came the meats. I tried the tri-tip, picanha, sausage, lamb, and top sirloin. All were delicious and at the perfect temperature (I'm a medium-rare type of guy). My only disappointment was that the beef ribs (costela) they brag about were nowhere to be found. I was there for an hour, and they didn't leave the kitchen. I even asked for them, but nada. That said, it won't deter me from coming back. Shoutout to Racquel and Abby for their fantastic service. They are the best!

Came in for magical dining and had an excellent experience! Got sat down right away and the salad bar is huge and so much to choose from and included rice and soup too! For my entree got the lamb chops and it was delicious! Dessert got the caramel flan and that was so good too! Service was amazing too my server kept checking on me to see if I needed anything and kept taking away the dirty plates and giving new ones all the time.

We've love this type of dining and have been to a lot of places in Central Florida. This is hands down the BEST! Service was amazing, presentation was fantastic and the food was high quality, hot and delicious. The salad bar (they call it gourmet table) had everything you'd expect and more. I've never heard of octopus carpaccio lol. Presentation was excellent and everything super fresh. Also had pork belly, black beans that were great and sone of the best lobster bisque we've had in a while. Dessert was just as good. This place rocks and can't wait to take the kids!!

The popularity of Brazilian Steak house is increasing, and Adega Gaucha didn't disappoint. The servers were attentive and the ambience was open and inviting. Our party had debated to go to our usual spots in Orlando for this experience but wanted to experience something new. The food was spot on with the usual fare of meat selections. One of the standouts was the flank steak which completely surprised me. My most favorite item is always the grilled pineapple. Worthy of the visit!

(5/5) From the moment you walk into Adega Steakhouse, the ambiance sets the tone--elegant, upscale, and definitely giving that white-tablecloth experience. I came here for a birthday dinner, and overall, it did not disappoint. I've been to Texas de Brazil before, but Adega is known for having a wider selection and a more authentic Brazilian experience. Now, I don't eat pork, and a lot of their dishes incorporate it (which makes sense culturally), but there were still plenty of options. The filet mignon and beef rib were the standouts for me--tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. However, the sides were underwhelming. The mac & cheese was basic, mashed potatoes lacked depth, and the corn brûlée was... an interesting experiment, to say the least. As an African American diner, I definitely experienced a bit of a culture shift in flavor profiles, but that's part of the adventure. The waitstaff was knowledgeable, attentive, and spoke English well, which made the experience smooth. Parking was easy (on-site, no hassle), and the self-serve bar was beautifully presented. For the price, it was worth it--solid steakhouse with an authentic touch. If you're looking for a Brazilian steakhouse that goes beyond the mainstream chains, this is a strong contender. Would I come back? Absolutely--just for the meats, not the sides.

We were in the restaurant for over two hours and we got the indulgent choice, which the waiter said it comes with sides and desserts,The mashed potatoes tasted like the BS packaged ones you find in the stores. I chose the bone marrow for my side and my wife got the crab cake, the bone marrow came literally empty. I picked it up with a fork to see if it has more marrow inside and 3/4 of that fork was empty, and the crab cake was super mid, only thing making it edible was the sauce that came with it. Moving on, We kept getting the same 2 meats for over an hour and after telling them we want different meat (for the ones who don't know, you're supposed to get 7+ types of meat depending on what the restaurant serves, they told us the choices of the meat, and we only got served two of those). And not once did they ask us why temperature of meat we liked. While Alex is hanging out inside the restaurant ignoring us and setting up different tables and taking new customers orders while we're waiting. One of the times that they came out with a type of meat and we asked if it was medium rare he said yes it's medium rare, put it on the plate and it's well done. We told him that it's not medium rare. He said it's OK just Try it. They brought us some of the meat eventually after expressing our frustration but at that point we were mad and ready to leave. We had been waiting for the waiter Alex to come and ended up waiting for over 35 minutes just for him just to come and "clean" other tables that were around us and wait other tables and cleaning them, ignoring us and pretending to not see us the entire time. We ended up calling a different waitress that was passing by to get our dessert and bill. Our waiter Alex came outside again and we thought he might be coming to apologize for his ugly behavior, and surprise, surprise, came outside again to "clean" the rest of dirty tables and ignoring us for god knows many times now. The other waitress brought our bill and convenient enough, it had her name on it, for tips I'm assuming. I found this behavior super disgusting disrespectful. I looked for a manager to tell him what had happened And he said "yes that's how it works at the restaurant, it's team work between the waiters" And it felt like the whole thing was a joke to him. He ended up saying he's going to take care of some of the bill after we paid, didn't say what he's gonna do or anything but assuming he's gonna take something off the total, but he didn't say what he's gonna do or how much he's gonna take off it. Nothing against the waitress who ended up helping us because Alex was negligent, but it does speak volumes about the quality of the entire restaurant and how they're disrespectful and taking advantage of customers. We were supposed to leave Orlando at 8pm to be able to get home and rest for work the next day, (which was almost two hours away) ended up leaving at around 9:30 because no one paid attention to us. I was visiting Orlando for the weekend and I'm definitely not going back to that restaurant again, nor will I be recommending it to anyone for sure. The bill was almost 200$ and the whole experience wasn't even worth a fraction of that. There are so many amazing Brazilian steak houses out there and this is definitely not one of them. Utterly disappointing.

Tonight was my second visit and I couldn't have been more disappointed. We were scrunched at a table up against a column where I t was very difficult to sit comfortably. However, the most disappointing part was the service. We were either served dripping bloody red meat or charred dried out meat. It was very difficult for the servers to comprehend a medium warm red meat. Most disappointing was the fact that the main server was adamantly arguing with us stating that most people want a blood red dripping meat and that they did not have medium punk meat options available tonight. After complaining, they did bring out a couple of options and then significantly slowed down service to our table. Just as bad as the issue with the temperature of the meat and the argumentative server was the fact that the table waitress just never showed back up at the table to refill drinks. We had to go fu d the hostess to refill our $8 sodas. From a quality perspective, they brought out a cheese and honey option that was completely dried out and hard. Just not good. Overall, I would say that Rodizio Grill is a big maybe, depending on the service .... because it's clearly not consistent and they have some quality issues. The meat that we were able to try and eat; however, was very tasty.

I didn't fill up on a bunch of stuff I really didn't want and then hurt myself trying to squeeze in what I really wanted. The buffet items were very good and were a great variety. It wasn't as extensive as other churrascarias, but it was still impressive. I'd definitely eat here again.

I'm not a huge fan of these types of places so keep that in mind. My friends changed to carnivore…read morediet so they wanted to go here. That worked for them- but for me, I eat everything. They were super hungry, which is great at a place like this- because you can hit up the buffet and meats are already ready. Unfortunately, I found the salad bar to be super drab. I didn't want anything from it other than blue cheese. I asked for seafood and they said there is a crab salad. Well, it's krab, which is a fish, but it didn't look tasty. I sat down with my plate of blue cheese and some rice with beef (which wasn't good). The other hot foods in the buffet were rice and mashed potatoes. The fries were fine and the cheese bread was delicious, akin to those frozen brazi bites. The servers started arriving with their meats. The flank steak and top sirloin came by too many times. The filet was one of the last ones to come by, with the actual last one being the picanha. And when I was finally full, the Parmesan pork came by. I feel like they filled us up with cuts that don't matter. And they saved the nice stuff for when we were already full. I asked the server for some sauces- they actually have a chimichurri in the back that you gotta ask for and they have some sort of garlic mayo aioli on the salad bar. It's a shame they don't have more sauces. A lot of those cheaper cuts needs some real help. Even the lamb was gross. The bacon wrapped filet- the bacon was too soggy. I was disappointed. I really wanted some shrimp or fish or some sort of seafood. Heck, bring me some octopus. But no, they don't have seafood. So.... I would say the flank steak, the bacon wrapped chicken, the tri tip, the garlic filet, the picanha and especially the sausage, were good. The rest was meh. Long drive for mediocre salad bar. The meats are just like other Brazilian steakhouses. I would prefer to go to Texas de Brazil over this place. Even Adega gaucha over this place. Dessert not included. Parking plentiful. Bathrooms clean.

We were afraid to not use our reservation so we still went. There were plenty of open tables, the service was incredible, we couldn't even go to the salad bar without our napkin being folded again upon return. The environment was beautiful, not stuffy at all, I was worried I was underdressed but there was definitely a mix of attire. The salad bar was so so good, truly don't fill up there, though it's hard. I will say we didn't touch the fries at all, the hot bar had a bit left to be desired (options were lobster bisque, rice, beans, sautéed mushrooms) the shrooms were great. The meat, ohhh the meats are so good. My favorite being the flank steak. We will be back.

The doorframe to the restaurant was rusted. Service was a little spotty. At first no meat was coming around, then too much meat was coming around. I found it overstimulating personally because even when we had the card flipped over saying we weren't interested in more food, we'd still be approached. The walk up buffet had very few labels to what everything was which sometimes made it difficult to identify what an item was. Overall, I felt the food was pretty good, my favorites being the salad from the salad bar and cheese bread they bring to the table. Personally, this type of experience is not for me.

I received (a surprise bag) what I believe was the Picanha steak, Pork belly burnt ends, served with a cheese rice mixed in with shrimp, and Plantains. While the plantains were delicious, unfortunately, the steak and pork belly burnt ends seemed to be overcooked or left out for too long, lacking freshness and flavor. The cheese rice with shrimp had a unique taste, not bad but also lacking in flavor. On the bright side, I found the Cashew drink, which I had never tried before, to be uniquely tasty, not overly sweet, and quite enjoyable overall. Considering the quantity of food and the drink, the $10 price tag seemed fair to me. I also appreciated the kindness of the gentleman who gave me the food (as we had a very nice conversation) and the interesting items available at the market. I'm willing to give it another try during normal hours to experience fresher food before making a final judgment. So, I've awarded it 4 stars with the intention of revisiting for a fair chance.
