We visited Adega Gaúcha on a Saturday night with a large group of nine, and the restaurant is definitely well suited for big parties. The space is very broad and we felt quite comfortable at our table. ​Regarding the food, everything was good. Half of our group went with the Full Rodizio Experience, while others ordered from the A La Carte menu, and everyone was satisfied with the quality of the meats and dishes. ​However, the overall experience felt a bit disorganized. While our server was friendly, the service was not as proactive as you would expect from a high end steakhouse. We had to constantly ask for water refills and specifically request to have the table cleared and cleaned, as it wasn't being done automatically. ​It's a beautiful spot with great potential and delicious food, but the attention to detail and service flow definitely need some refinement to match the quality of the kitchen. I usually love this place, however, they really missed the mark this time. So much so that 30 minutes into service I requested the check just to get out of there. Such a nice wide selection of meats, however, we were presented with the same cut of meat 3 times. Then served what they claimed to be filet mignon which was anything but filet mignon. It had the texture of large chunks of sirloin that appeared to be cut to the size of a filet. Even their steak knife couldn't cut through it with ease. Needless to say in 30 minutes and being presented with the same cut of meat three times, a lamb chop and a supposed filet mignon, I knew we were not going to be offered the wide selection that is advertised on the menu. They forgot our two sides, I had to ask about them. The one side came out cold and I sent it back and asked for the check. There was a huge party going on in the other side of the restaurant. It was so loud that the noise level was traveling past the bar and into the main dining area. This is where I hold our annual company holiday dinner. After the experience this evening, I will be seeking a new location for our annual company holiday dinner. The price has also jumped up significantly. Now $63 per person, used to be under $50. Honestly I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to pay for dinner because I felt like we didn't even remotely receive the value and level of food that I have received in the past. I came with a large party and felt we were somewhat neglected. Adega Gaucha brunch in a word was impressive. The Gourmet Table includes special add ons Saturday and Sunday from 1-3. They open at 11:30 but during those hours they have a giant pan of Seafood Paella they serve table side. The rice was infused with flavor from the spices and simmering seafood. I could see this as the perfect special occasion meal and in fact they had a wedding party in their private dining room in the day we visited. The service is wonderful as you are greeted by a manager at the table and the servers provide first class attention to detail. On the weekends the Gourmet Table is $25 and includes a curated selection of signature salads, charcuterie, hot dishes, fresh fruits, vegetables, and more. From the grill: Pork sausage, tender chicken legs, grilled cinnamon pineapple, and unforgettable cheese with guava. The market table usually includes 3 hot sides, lobster bisque, rice, beans, greens and hot rolls. We tried a glass of their sangria which was perfect in that it is not too sweet and the fruit is diced up in the glass. For the sides we choose Brussels sprouts with bacon, corn brûlée, French fries and bananas. For happy endings they have a chocolate fountain with fruit skewer and dipping items. The grilled pineapple for me is the ideal fruity dessert. The cheese with the guava sauce is also not to be skipped. My only regret is that I got full too fast and everything looked too good. We appreciated that they have eye friendly, warm yellow lighting for the dining area at evening and not the bright white lights that feel somewhat disorienting. We tried the Tuna tartare for appetizer, the full churrascaria experience for the husband, the fish of the day with lemon butter sauce for me, a classic old fashioned and a Brazilian old fashioned. Everything that was served to us was absolutely delicious! The husband particularly LOVED the flank steak. He said he's never had flank steak so tender and juicy. The sides offered with the churrascaria experience were also to his liking. Especially the brussel sprouts topped with maple syrup. The fish of the day was very well prepared as well. The seasoning was on point. The fish was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. The tuna tartare was very different from what we're used to but was really good with the avocado and arugula it was served with. The old fashioned were very nicely prepared too. The Brazilian old fashioned deserves a special mention here. It takes Cachaça instead of the usual bourbon and the flavors were so good, so delectable that we'd probably go back for more of just that. LOL! My husband and I decided to go to Adega Gaucho for a couple of drinks before we went to another location for dinner. When you walk into Adega Gaucho it's nicely decorated and gives an elegance vibe. The bartender was very attentive and got us our drinks very fast. My husband ordered a Caipirinha and it was delicious and tasted fresh as well. I ordered a Adega 43 it had very good flavor and it's not a typical cocktail you order at any bar. The drink was crafted to perfection with just the right amount of sweetness to liquor ratio. Also, while we were drinking our drinks, the bartender gave us some complementary Brazilian cheese bread, which was a perfect treat to go along with our drinks. The manager came by right away to apologize and kindly offered me access to the salad bar at no charge, which I truly appreciated since I was very hungry. I ordered the Adega Spritz as my drink, and it was delicious! When my food finally arrived, the broccolini was a bit burned, but I simply grabbed some fresh broccoli from the salad bar instead. They also brought out some guava and cheese along with small cuts of meat, which was a nice gesture. As a solo diner, this was my first time experiencing such a long wait, but I really appreciated how attentive the staff was once they realized what happened. We were never offered the traditional cheese bread, no one explained that we needed to choose three side dishes, our beer order was forgotten, and there were long gaps between meat service. We also had to request one of our favorite meats multiple times before receiving it. The biggest disappointment was the meat selection. The website advertises 13 different cuts, but we were only served about five, with the same options coming around repeatedly. Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere, buffet, and friendliness of the staff. I hope management addresses these service and communication issues. My husband and I had a lovely date night at Adega Gaucha this past weekend. When we arrived the hostess, noticing my hijab, noted that they offered halal options. I appreciate how attentive and knowledgeable their staff is about this. Our waiter David was wonderful and made sure to walk us through which options to avoid (because they contained pork) from the buffet. We opted for the full churrasco experience. The quality of the meats was excellent. A couple of our faves were the flank steak and lamb chops. I liked that the meal also comes with three sides for the table in addition to the full buffet. We ordered the mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and corn brûlée for our sides. The corn brûlée was a real standout in terms of flavor but the texture was a little softer/soupier than I would've liked. Our waiter David also made sure we were aware that their bar could make a wide variety of nonalcoholic drinks/mocktails for us. We ended up getting virgin piña coladas -- a real treat! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the stellar service. Fantastic Service! Went to this restaurant for the first time to celebrate my birthday. I'm a carnivore and have a soft spot for Brazilian steakhouses. The place was super busy, so you can tell they're very popular. Very clean with a nice, modern decor. I started with an Old Fashioned. It could've been better. Their salad bar is excellent--they have everything you could imagine and then some. I got some lettuce, tomatoes, rice, and feijoada (black bean stew). The beans were delicious. I also had mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and mushrooms as my three sides. All tasted great, and let me tell you--the mac and cheese is so good! Then came the meats. I tried the tri-tip, picanha, sausage, lamb, and top sirloin. All were delicious and at the perfect temperature (I'm a medium-rare type of guy). My only disappointment was that the beef ribs (costela) they brag about were nowhere to be found. I was there for an hour, and they didn't leave the kitchen. I even asked for them, but nada. It was my dad's 60th birthday and he was joking he was 41, and she brought out his complimentary dessert with happy 41st written on it! Now, I don't eat pork, and a lot of their dishes incorporate it (which makes sense culturally), but there were still plenty of options. The filet mignon and beef rib were the standouts for me--tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. However, the sides were underwhelming. The mac & cheese was basic, mashed potatoes lacked depth, and the corn brûlée was... an interesting experiment, to say the least. As an African American diner, I definitely experienced a bit of a culture shift in flavor profiles, but that's part of the adventure. The waitstaff was knowledgeable, attentive, and spoke English well, which made the experience smooth. Parking was easy (on-site, no hassle), and the self-serve bar was beautifully presented. For the price, it was worth it--solid steakhouse with an authentic touch. If you're looking for a Brazilian steakhouse that goes beyond the mainstream chains, this is a strong contender. Food was very good, but the service left quite a bit to be desired. After dropping off my sparkling water my waitress wasn't to be found the rest of my experience. Had to stop other servers to get anything I wanted. And this was at 4:30 in the afternoon. It started getting busy about five. The place got noisy due to several large parties, so I can't blame that on them. Once my bill arrived there were multiple items on my bill that weren't mine. Over $25 worth of desserts after I had turned down any dessert. When I brought to one of the managers attention it was past off to two more people before it got fixed. And none of the three people apologized for the mistake or my wasted time correcting their mistake. One person acted a little irritated that I had called them out on it. I wonder how many people they rip off daily and get away with it. That was the attitude I was getting from them. We came here on my husband's birthday for their buy one get one free, full churrasco experience. I was recently at their other location for a Yelp event and was excited to try dinner. The only meat I had was the bacon wrapped chicken and it was really good. My husband tried multiple red meat and lamb options. He said everything was overcooked. They also did not have any ribs coming around while we were there. I guess we should've asked. We were so stuffed. The gourmet salad bar was amazing as usual. They had beef carpaccio, multiple cheeses, multiple cold salads, and multiple cold, roasted vegetables. My husband loved the mushrooms and corn Brûlé. The corn Brulé was interesting and had a sweet flavor. My husband generally likes blue cheese on his steak and I was able to get some blue cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles at the salad bar instead of paying for a side item of it. There was not very many people there, but it was the Labor Day holiday on a Monday. I did notice the manager seem to come around and talk to all the tables except ours. They did bring us a free birthday cheesecake which was delicious. We took it to go because we could not eat another bite at the restaurant. They also had the best lobster bisque we've ever had in our lives. There was so many lobster bits in there. I would highly recommend going here for your birthday celebration. read more

The New York strip and the grilled pineapple were the highlights here! Service is pretty subpar. We were very rushed in the beginning and felt unsettled by our first waitress. The minute we sat down, there was very little explanation over the way the experience works and a push to order right away. We ordered beer and a bottle of wine which took 30 minutes to come to the table. Then, our waitress switched over and she was much more welcoming. At the end of the meal, our waitress and the check was nowhere to be found for 30 minutes, along with sides we had ordered 45 minutes prior. The churrasco experience is something everyone should try in their lifetime. We made sure not to fill up on the salad bar, and saved plenty of room to try out the different meat options. The salad bar is pretty comprehensive and includes fun options like roasted red peppers, broccolini, and charcuterie, as well. We enjoyed many cuts of steak and chicken. They come to your table with each of the meats which is fun and exciting. The clear winner was the New York strip. The picanha and top sirloin were a close second and third. The filet mignon was surprisingly not my favorite here, and we had to ask specifically for them to come to our table with it. As other reviews had clued me into, the grilled pineapple was absolutely delicious! As for the sides, the corn brûlée was wonderful, creamy, and great to break up the flavors in between bites of meat. In addition, mushrooms and brussel sprouts were welcome flavors to complement the experience. The interior was clean and looks beautiful from afar, but up close there were some really weird things. The white table clothes that covered the tables were too small, and when they'd creep up on the sides, they revealed white duct tape-like material covered tables ? Just strange! The floor was incredibly slick and slippery, which was hazardous for older guests with mobility issues. Watch what shoes you wear here! The wine glasses were beautiful with a thin rim, and this helped highlight the beautiful white wine we ordered. Overall, this place was fun for the experience with some weird quirks. This is the best churrascaria for your money in Orlando offering authentic and delicious Brazilian Southern food and attentive, friendly service. I've eaten at Adega 3 times now and none of them disappointed. I still think that the salad bar and hot food bar are slightly superior at Fogo de Chao (not Chima, I was a bit disappointed at Chima's offerings) hence not giving Adega the first place in the churrascaria's podium. Their ongoing magical dining deal (until Sep 30, 2024) is very good: AYCE hot and cold food bar, entree (I obviously had the picanha), and dessert (go with the traditional Brazilian flan if you're a flan fan - love this alliteration - since I'm not a flan fan, I went with the cheesecake, which was pretty good). If you need catering services, don't hesitate to talk to Claudia - she'll take great care of you and you'll see that their catering prices are very reasonable. read more

Though not one was as clean, had more meat options, and exceptionally clean and well presented salad and desert bar.. I only regret not taking any pictures to post here. The staff was very friendly and catered to our every need timely. The meat came around so fast unlike in NY where you wait and wait. I must same the Roasted Pineapple at the end was a cherry ontop of my meal. I found this restaurant on Resy and decided to reserve a table for a small birthday celebration (4 people) and to utilize an American Express restaurant credit. The night started off well with an excellent wine recommendation (we ended up ordering 2 bottles of it). First error of the night was being informed that the Tomahawk was unavailable nearly 40 minutes after having placed the order for it. Based on this, we then ordered: a medium Picanha, a medium New York Strip, and a medium Filet Mignon. Their compensation for this was to offer us 4 access to the salad bar at no charge. There, the cesaer salad, beet salad, and coleslaw tasted of such a strong vinegar base. When the plates were arrived, 2 in our party grabbed the plates when they were set on the table to move it and were immediately taken aback by how hot the plates are (waiters don't warn you of the temperature of the plates like most restaurants). When the Filet Mignon arrived, it was cooked as ordered, but incredibly rough. When the Picanha and New York Strip arrived, despite both being "medium" temperatures, were totally different colors (see photos below). Upon reordering the Picanha, we received a nearly raw (not rare) piece of Picanha (see the photo below). Incredibly surprising for a restaurant which, to my understanding, prides itself on its meats. This is not to mention that within 20 minutes of being seated (close to the entrance), there were two children playing (jumping on and off) on the couches and swing at the waiting area while screaming incredibly obnoxiously. Despite having discretely asked the children to quiet down since no parents were in sight, this was of no avail. After notifying the manager, we were offered to be moved away from the children so that they could continue jumping on the couches and swing. This restaurant wholly underwhelmed me and highly disappointed me and my party. This is certainly not the place for a small adult gathering, nor a relaxed place for adults to enjoy meats. Upon speaking with the restaurant's manager at the end of the dinner (mind you, we had to request him after we paid for the check and were walking out, and waited quite a bit before he attended to us as he was sitting at a table laughing with other waiters) we were met with quite a bit of hostility and not a single "sorry." We had a great date night here. It was a beautiful restaurant, decorated nicely. It was also comfortable and clean. The meat was so yummy! It was funny at one point we had meat coming in hot and heavy lol! Want some steak, chicken, pork?? OK, we're good! We had to flip our little card to red to stop the meat train. It was a fun experience. Do yourself a favor and get the freshly cooked pineapple. It was magical! There's a hint of cinnamon and it's warm, so sweet but it cut the richness of all the meat nicely. I'm always on the hunt for delicious eats when friends are in town visiting. Adega Gaucha came up on my feed so I made reservations for 4 for the full Churraaco experience through Open Table. From check in, dining, and check out... our experience was a delight from start to finish. Adega Gaucha is smaller compared to other Brazilian steakhouses but I must point out that the quality of the meats are superb! My favorite thing I enjoyed was the grilled pineapple. It was so juicy and tender. I loved the unlimited salad bar station and all you can eat meats. My advice is for you to come with a big appetite and stretchy pants. You will eat like there's no tomorrow. And everything is reasonably priced. Our waitress was extremely attentive. Not a moment did we go thirsty or hungry. Came here for dinner with family to celebrate my nephew's 100 days. This is a Brazilian steakhouse where they come around with all sorts of meat skewers and slice at the table doe what you choose. I'm not a big meat eater but what I loved was their HUGE selection at the salad bar. They also have hot food at the salad bar including rice and beans. So even though I don't consume much red meat I still left stuffed. Service was great! Very attentive and the restaurant is clean and huge! It gets very busy but it's spacious enough where you aren't feeling like you're on top of the next table. read more
