Been there twice and ordered the grilled onion chicken breast. Regular portion is enough for two people. The flavor is amazing! They have fried yucca that is so yummy! I'm not a yucca lover but there it's the first thing I order. Your order comes with three sides so you have tons of options. I have ordered the fried yucca, the Caesar salad, mixed salad and steamed veggies. I also had a caipirinha and it's was refreshing. I would absolutely recommend this place for lunch. read more

We continued our Thanksgiving prequel with Latin flavors, which were pleasing on the palate. Ana's Kitchen has a quaint, fresh atmosphere which draws many locals here. We discovered this is a somewhat hidden but popular cafe. The packed tables at first seemed too much, however we had a minimal wait as tables "turned over" well. Our hosting friend wanted us to experience a bit of everything from empanadas and meat entrees to brigadeiro and citrus flan. Naturally, we ordered more than we could chew. I'm not sure when we will finish our leftover main courses with Thanksgiving tomorrow, but I'm not going to forget. Everything indeed has a homestyle taste, reminscent of pan seared fish and steak growing up, jazzed up a notch. My Pizziaola entree was spot on also, as I recaptured the memory of a former steakhouse version I had 30+ years ago. The lightly garlic steamed collard greens were plentiful and fresh. I met Ana who was an acquaintance of my friends. She and her staff were very welcoming and caring with their guests. This place is pretty cute and conveniently located near my office. Service was fine but the restaurant is a bit crowded. I also didn't "love" the food. I came in with a coworker and ordered his recommendation of the Dijon mustard chicken breast. You get plenty of food as it includes 3 sides! The sides were great and the sauce on the chicken was good too but the chicken itself was very tough. My coworker tried it and said it was way more tender when he ordered it previously. They are relatively new so I assume they will make many mistakes before getting things perfect and consistent. I plan on visiting again and will certainly update my review. read more

Confined to eateries accessible on foot on a drizzling night I gave Ana's Brazilian Kitchen a try. Located in a small retail strip mall, the decor was clean but minimally decorated. Two women worked the dining room, and both were welcoming, gracious and pleasant as could be. Service was attentive, without being rushed. Their limited menu combines beef, chicken and fish entrees with a choice of side dishes. Being familiar with Brazilian cuisine, I found their menu selections confusingly "Americanized." Ordered was Peito de Frango a Parmegiana (Chicken Parmesan) with sides of rice, collards and fried yuca. Each was tasty, but none was memorable. The tomato sauce on the tender chicken breast was strangely sweet, while the collards-- flavored only with garlic-- lacked the depth of flavor brought by any type of smoked pork product. Both the rice and yuca were inadequately seasoned. At $13.50 the price value was very good, even if the food was less than satisfying. read more

My first visit to a Brazilian restaurant so not much to offer for comparison. My lunch here was very delicious. I was offered some complementary bean soup on arrival; very tasty. The Light Feijoda was excellent. It came with baby pork ribs, pork loin, jerked beef, and sausages. The beef with caramelized onions was tasty. The service here is top notch and all the staff is friendly. I enjoyed meeting Ana when she came by to ensure our visit was delightful. Definitely will be back for another meal. read more

This is an amazing place to eat. A hole in the wall but an absolute treasure to find. Wonderful service and they are very great at explaining how you would go about eating their traditional meals. My group had gotten the passion fruit juice which surprisingly was made to order and squeezed fresh! The same for the other juices. I was impressed with the short wait time for the meal and attentiveness to guests needs. I have never had collard greens such as the ones I've had here it was made fresh and had green onions in it- I actually prefer these over all I've had. The staff was great, but I just couldn't get behind the food. From what I understand from my friends it was good traditional Brazillian food, but unfortunately I just wasn't impressed. The chicken with Dijon mustard was the best part of meal as the entree should be, but the chicken was kind of dry. The fried yukka was flavorless and the brown beans may as well have been from a can. Delicious and super authentic brazilian restaurant. Everything I have tried there is delicious and tastes very homemade, like you're eating at your brazilian grandmother's house. The beans and rice are some of the best I have ever tasted, and the sauteed chopped collard greens are amazing. They are loaded with garlic, and just lightly sauteed in olive oil so they are still very fresh and crisp. They are completely different from the southern-style collards I am used to. Great, healthy homemade food and a great value considering the portion size. I usually order the tilapia with caper sauce (the sauce comes on the side, and is a mixture of olive oil, herbs, and capers). It is $12 and comes with 3 sides. You cant beat the value. They are also on ubereats, I highly recommend trying Ana's Kitchen if you are in the mood for authentic and healthy brazilian. read more
