If you haven't tried the protein pumpkin you haven't lived! This was so delicious and naturally sweet. Service is always good anyway. Polite and quick. read more

Very disappointing experience. We placed our order, and it was made incorrectly. When we politely asked for it to be fixed, the employee with black hair, multiple piercings, and stretched-ear earrings seemed annoyed and gave us attitude. Unfortunately, it was made wrong a second time as well. I understand that mistakes happen, but customer service and professionalism matter. After dealing with the poor attitude and repeated mistakes, I decided to leave. Definitely not the experience I expected. read more

I haven't had any issues at this location. In fact, all of my experiences with the employees have been great! I've only done drive through, but I have no complaints. The 1 time I had gotten a mistake, they gave me a free smoothie. I have always had a great experience here. And the smoothies are always good read more

Terrible customer service and they messed up my smoothie twice. This is the 3rd time I've had this happen at this location.

Love this location. Friendly and fast service. Very much enjoy the loaded toast and variety of smoothies. Would highly recommend.

Been here every morning for the last 2 months and every other time was fine this was the worst smoothie I've ever had. I got two of the same smoothies and they some how managed to taste completely different and both disgusting. Theres was 0 cars in the drive thru and the supervisor/manager Julian gave horrendous customer service. First time we ran into him and I hope it's the last. read more

Smoothie King - Not sure what's in this photo. Tastes like he put anything in my smoothie especially some type of powder - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Lake Nona, Florida

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unacceptable incident that occurred today, [August 29, 2025], at your Lake Nona, Florida location. During my visit, despite having proof of purchase, I was wrongfully accused of stealing. Not only was this accusation completely unfounded, but the staff member involved used offensive and inappropriate verbiage toward me, which I found both humiliating and disrespectful. I presented my receipt as proof of purchase, yet I was still subjected to this treatment. Being publicly accused of theft without cause is extremely damaging, and the language used was unprofessional, offensive, and completely out of line for any customer service environment. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated immediately and that appropriate action is taken to ensure no other customer is treated this way. In addition, I would like a written apology and clarification of what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again. I have been a loyal Smoothie King customer and never expected to face such treatment. I hope you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. read more

Great smoothies made with fresh ingredients! I tried the Fan Favorite: island Impact w Collagen

I've been here many times and usually prefer this location for a recharge smoothie after my work outs or just for a healthy treat. My favorite smoothies have been the mango kale and super nutty grain. Plenty of parking is available, and staff have generally been great for the most part. My only issue would be that occasionally the doors will be locked during open hours, and only the drive thru will be open with no signage indicating this and the staff inside sometimes just ignore me and don't say they are only doing drive through orders. Otherwise the smoothies are always made efficiently and taste refreshing and consistent! read more

I LOVE Smoothie King! It's healthy and delicious. I ordered in the app and went through the drive-thru for pick up. Easy! The girl at the window greeted me and was very friendly. My smoothie was perfect. This is a great location, I'll be back! Just a note, it does seem that the inside is closed so either use the Smoothie King app to order ahead or use the drive-thru. read more

Time. It takes quite a while to order a smoothie through the drive thru and you typically are asked to pay and then park and wait for 15-20 minutes or longer. I've waited up to 40 min. If you are on a break or in a hurry I'd advise not trying the drive thru. As I waited after I had already paid I regretted my purchase... However the daily warrior is damn tasty so I keep going back. It's a conflicting feeling. 2.5 stars. read more

"GIRLLLLL! You did that! " is what I said as I took my first sip. I ordered an Angel food which is strawberry and banana . The young lady who made my smoothie around 5:35 did her thing! It's absolutely delicious, smooth and the right consistency. Love this location! I've never been inside because they have a Drive Thru which is everything ! By the time I turned around the corner of the drive thru my smoothie was ready. I will definitely be back! read more

Smoothie King - Medium Angel Food - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Lake Nona, Florida

I come here all the time and barely have any problems. Great customer service and speedy process in the drive thru.

You're waiting in line for 10 minutes while two employees try to rush through 10 cars worth of orders then asked to wait for another 10-20 minutes. Seems like it's understaffed compared to the amount of people coming in and the time it takes to make everyone's orders. Also say hello to some really dirty vents you stand right under while ordering read more

Smoothie King - Breakfast for champs! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Lake Nona, Florida

I tried the Vegan Dark Chocolate Banana. The smoothies are not blended all the way and don't have a smooth flavor. For $6 for a 20 oz., I can't recommend and would expect a better smoothie than what I can make at home. read more

Terrible service! Manager fighting with me over something I never ordered. "What ever you say ma'am, do you want your smoothie or not" Seriously!!!! Need a new job if you're that miserable. Then I go up and they never even had my smoothie in the system!! Never even said thank you! Terrible customer service. read more

I Have been to this smoothie king 7 different times of those times I have gone 3 of those times they have ruined my order. Coincidently it wasn't what I asked for but instead what I asked to be removed due to me being lactose intolerant. When I've asked for dairy whey protein to be removed and be replaced with a Pea protein I expect that to have happened to my drink. When I become violently sick and incapacitated for the rest of the day due to someone's mistake of a smoothie I have to start questioning whether I want to continue giving them my business. Not only am I not going to go to this Smoothie King anymore but I have requested my entire family and my neighborhood not to go. read more

Smoothie king is one of my favorite smoothie places but this one here let me down, sad to say the customer service was horrible and felt so belittled by the staff. But my smoothie was made good. Staff F+ smoothie B- read more

Went there at 130 on a Thursday afternoon. Parked my car got out and walked to the front doors and they were locked. 2 people working inside and they wave me to go through the drive through, which had 4 cars in line already. Who has time to wait that long in the drive through? I left. If you can't run a business like it is supposed to be run and feel it is ok to waste people's valuable time, then I chose to not spend my money there. Don't need the garbage calories anyways so I guess a thank you is in order for keeping focused on my diet. read more

This has been my smoothie favorite place for a while so far and I love everything from the menu but in terms on management... oh gosh, horrible. Adrian (the store manager) doesn't know anything about customer service and is MEGA rough with people while "explaining" the store options...So sad that a good place is leaded by a person with no knowledge on how to treat customers. Waited for almost 20 minutes after he took my order, and if it wasn't for a nice lady called Daniella, that apologized more that 10 times on his behalf, we wouldn't have our smoothie as my order was never announced. read more

The staff was very nice but I never got my smoothie. I waited outside but tons of people got their smoothie who ordered after me. Wasn't able to go in and ask because I had waited so long my break was over and I had to rush back to work. Not sure if I was hard to find but I basically paid for absolutely nothing. read more

Too often they make drive thru patrons park before getting the smoothie. The parking spots are in inconvenient spots requiring one to reverse out. This defeats the purpose of a drive thru. Just let everyone wait in the drive thru, instead. Other than that, they always get my order correct, and it is tasty. Mostly nice employees. However, I only went here because it has a drive thru. If I am going to park, there are better non-drive-thru options. read more
