I got the Italian, which is my usual go to at a sandwich shop. I didn't really know the process so I asked the person who took my order and he was really nice. They walked me through the steps and which toppings were available. We decided to eat inside and it was nice, no frills, but got the job done. Jersey Mike's is a good option when you are craving a sub (whether hot or cold). Out of the national sub franchises, I would say that they are the best and with corporate training, they seem to always be consistent when providing their products. The staff here was friendly and it had the ambiance that you expect from a Jersey Mike's location. My go-to subs are the Italian for a cold sub and the "Big Kahuna" (basically a cheesesteak with everything) for a hot sub. Today, despite it being insanely hot, I went with their Big Kahuna. The cheesesteak was prepared perfectly, but I do have to admit that the cold sub my client got had me questioning my choice. I guess it will give me a reason to stop back at one of their locations and get a cold sub. All in all, it's a great Jersey Mike's location and I would definitely recommend here. read more

Great location and super friendly staff. One of the things I have noticed about Jersey Mikes is how clean they keep their restaurants. I've been a fan of this chain for decades and they always deliver. However...I definitely noticed that the amount of meat on my sandwich (Big Kahuna) was not as it used to be. Will give them another try in the near future, but if they are in fact cutting back on the meat servings, I might look for another alternative. This is by far my favorite jersey mikes location. I have gone to several- jersey mikes has always been my favorite place to stop for subs. But before I found this location, I was starting to get disappointed with the meat they would put on the sandwiches. That was until I tried this location ! This location has never let me down- they fill their sandwiches with meat- reminds me of going back to a jersey deli. We ordered from Uber Eats and our order was missing items. The delivery bag came sealed and untampered meaning nothing was stolen by the uber driver. The Jersey Mike's staff left out our bag of chips and the brownie. We called and their staff said there was nothing they could do about it. We have had repeat orders with missing items now. We are starting to believe at this point they are doing this on purpose and pocketing the profits. Be cautious when you order through delivery. read more

This may be the BEST Jersey Mike's in all of central Florida. The cleanliness, the professional sandwich makers, the portions, the attentiveness to how you want your sandwich.. I can keep going. It's impressive to say the least. This is my go to Jersey Mike's, even if I'm not in the area. The phu cheese steaks and cold cuts are my favorite. They have great customer service and can't go wrong with Jersey Mike's freshness, keep it up!! Update: Still the best!!! I liked my experience. Came in about 45 mins before closing and they were i. The midst of cleaning the grill and wiping down the machine. Joked with them about asking for an easy sub...they didn't mind getting things dirty again. Admitted I had never been to a Jersey Mike's before so the guy who helped me (who's name I didn't pay attention to) ran down some suggestions based on my answers. He was a big help in guiding me. Landed on a sub with multiple meats and got the regular size which is plenty. Not sure if I will eat it all my the regular size is plenty big. Got the meal deal and was pleased with the service and the taste of the sub. Even when I was checking out I was offered the promo of a discount they are starting tomorrow if you order online. I ordered two subs, when I came to pick it up, I asked if I could have a cup for some ice. The guy behind the counter gave me a little plastic cup, that held maybe 6 ounces. I asked him if I could have a larger cup, and he said he couldn't give me the big cup because he would have to charge me for it. After spending $15 on two small sandwiches, how ridiculous that they won't let you have a reasonable size cup of ice. read more

I ordered online had a prompt and correct pickup of my order, when I got home I didn't care for a certain sandwich that I had gotten. I was planning to just throw it away and my wife convinced me to go back and tell jersey mikes. I really didn't want to do that but I did and let me tell you it's the reason these guys are getting five stars, I would give them ten if I could. They were so nice, so apologetic and NEVER once became defensive, they made me a different sandwich which was AMAZING! The woman that were working the counter made me feel like they actually cared whether or not I was happy, not many places make you feel this way. Normally I wouldn't rate chain such as Jersey Mike's however I got to hand it to the employees here for being so upbeat and so personable. The few times I have come here for a sandwich I've always been met with a smile and a cheerful attitude, which is something you really don't see that much and sandwich subs these days. In my opinion the sandwiches are OK, I personally would get firehouse or chipotle instead if I were in the plaza, however if I'm feeling down Jersey Mike's is just a place to cheer me up with it's awesome service and it's decent subs. Also compared to the other places the line is not usually that bad cell service is quick which is just what I need. You can't go wrong with any of the subs and the employees are always ready to offer a suggestion if you have no idea what you want. I wish more places trained their employees like Jersey Mike's. read more

When I can't think of anything else I want a 6 inch from here is always on time. It's located in a fairly new plaza at Lake Nona and the staff has always been friendly. I didn't really like the sub I got there. it was a Philly, just with no cheese. A bit salty and dry, even with the mayo. But my Husband and kids loved theirs. I must say they were very nice to me on my visit. There is a coffee place right to them. I ordered my family's subs & stepped out to get a drink. They held my order for me & I ending up being longer than I thought. I was very impressed by the staff on this. Even after I apologized for being so long, they seemed unfazed. I have been a fan ever since..... even though I don't eat there. LOL. Yet, when my hungry family asks for subs, this is the place to go. They are clean, close, & friendly.
