We were in the mood for some burgers but didn't want to get dressed so we made a quick drive thru stop at Culver's. The Narcoosee location in Lake Nona is heavily congested being that it's sandwiched in between auto zone, Chili's and mikado sushi. The drive thru went really smoothly to my surprise. It was actually faster than McDonalds to be honest. I ordered the mushroom Swiss deluxe basket which came with crinkle fries and a soft drink. The buttered mushrooms and the flame grilled beef patty went together nicely with the ooey gooey Swiss cheese. The Swiss had a nice cheese pull which made it even more fun to eat. The crinkle fries were just a tad bit salty but I washed it down with my crisp iced coke. I had a bite of my husband's butter burger with cheese and that too was also delicious. This was not our first time coming here.. actually we've been here a couple of times before. Their fish and chips and cheese curds are quite tasty as well. Culver's has a pretty good extensive menu for being a fast food joint. If you're looking for quality burgers with fast food prices, give Culver's a try. read more

This was a pretty good Culver's. It's fairly new and very clean. We walked over after dinner at a nearby restaurant. Thought we'd get some dessert. The flavor of the day -- a toffee crunch in a vanilla custard -- sounded appealing so I got a scoop in a dish. It had a lot of crunchy heathbar like chunks in it. Our friends got a chocolate cone and a mix in with chocolate and peanut butter (!). The custard is quite rich on its own, so the peanut butter was a bit much. But we still enjoyed our after dinner "treat". Custard was never my first choice of desserts -- I'm a gelato or Italian ices gal myself -- but it's my husband's absolute favorite. December 12th I came through the drive thru and was given my food and not my card by the time I realized they had closed. I called in the morning to get the card and was told it was there but then when i pulled up the story changed and then all the sudden the story is that the card was in someone's possession but then a magical blind spot appears and now no one knows where the card is coincidentally. Then I am told that if they find the card in a week it will be shredded. Love the food here but this organization is not it. read more

The worst managed Culver's I have ever been too. We love the brand and the product but will never return to this location. Dining room was filthy, not a single table had been cleaned, no napkins, garbage overflowing. Food wait was over 30 minutes. Went up to check on my food and employees were throwing fries thru the window from the back to the front and laughing. Really should be addressed. Just a poorly managed store and shift. Many apologies and respect to the In and Out Burger fans out there, but Culvers makes a better fast food burger. And what a burger it is (again, no disrespect to What-A-Burger fans). This midwest chain puts out some of the tastiest burgers in fast food. So much so, when it's time for a cheat day to eat a real burger, I go for their combination of bacon, cheese, burger, lettuce, tomato, red onion and mayo. And when I'm extra unhealthy, I do a double on grilled sourdough that's actually grilled. This location in Lake Nona seems to do it better than some of the other locations I've been to. I hope the new one opening in East Orlando does it as good as this one. Seeing the "Coming Soon" sign made me hungry for a burger to finish out 2021. They also do a heck of a fried cod too and during lent, they do another fried fish as well. Their shrimp is ok. Their chicken is ok. Their pot roast is pretty good. That pork sandwich sucks unless you're from Indiana. I just don't get it probably like you don't get why I put fries in salad. Stopped here our first night in town. Culver's reminds us of a place up in the Rochester, NY area called Bill Gray's. Awesome burgers, crinkle cut fries and homemade frozen custard. We ordered 2 kids (cheeseburger) meals and a Double Butterburger meal. Everyone loved their meals! Our family ate every last bite! The kiddos loved their FREE frozen custard included with their kid's meals. The staff here are top notch! Zach took our order and brought us our food and was awesome! My husband enjoyed talking to hockey with him while I looked over the menu. Price is higher than the usual fast food burger but the quality is better. $24 for 2 kids meals and an adult meal. read more

Wow, our visit definitely exceeded our expectations for a quick lunch. The drive thru line was busy so we opted to go in to place our order. The server was friendly and gave great recommendations and service was fast. I inhaled the double cheeseburger when we got home. The patty was crisp on the edges but so moist and juicy, the toppings were fresh and although we brought it home, the bun was not soggy at all. My husband got the grilled chicken and it was nothing close to what other fast food places give you, it was an unmodified piece of chicken that was grilled, just like it should be. Moist and juicy, not dry at all. French fries were crinkle cut and were fine, crisp and hot. We enjoyed Culver's much more than we thought we would and would be back to try other menu items. read more

I come to Culver's if I am craving a concrete mixer (a blizzard or shake in other words) and some amazing cheese curds to go along with my burger. This location is relatively new and the service and speediness here definitely helps the reason for me to want to come back whenever I am visiting family. The staff is always friendly when I am eating in or at the drive-thru and it takes very little time for me to place and pickup my food while I am on the go. The concrete mixers are so thick and I like to put some chocolate in mine but I absolutely love their original vanilla flavor here! The cheese curds are insaley good and you get a nice amount of them for the price you pay, depending on the size you order. Their burgers are very good but if you aren't a fan of butter, stay clear because they are not afraid of that at this chain and slather it all over. This is the spot. A fellow Gamecock introduced me to this great fast food place on our way back from SC. This is my daughter and mines spot for shakes and burgers. The burgers are fresh and delicious, the fries and good and crispy, and best of all they have the amazing tasting shakes. Not like that isn't brought but they also had cheese curds or fried cheese for those not in the know. I will say they are not as fast as normal fast food places but that's because the quality is better and I don't mind waiting a few minutes fir better tasting food. We've always wanted to try this place because we've heard that the burgers are cooked in butter and have other good things about this establishment. We came here on an early Saturday evening before 6 pm in early October. There was plenty of seating and not crowded at all. We ordered burgers, fries, curds, etc. The food came out less than 10 minutes but we were underwhelmed with the food. Gagging as I write this... this was the most disgusting fish sandwich I have ever come across. Not only was it extremely greasy, it was also bland and tasteless. The batter is overwhelmingly oil flavored and just too nasty to put in words. I have been to many Culver's and I know that they are not all serving fish this way. This was very disappointing and I WILL NOT RETURN to this location. The ice cream is the only reason they got two stars. Get it together Culver's. Our fish was over cooked, the steam broccoli was cold, they didn't bring the bread we had ordered. We were so disappointed. It's always good to see a new spot open up in Lake Nona. If you've never been to Culver's, you may want to research the menu before you go. Otherwise, you'll be that guy staring dumbfounded at the massive menu. Overall this visit was good. I ordered the Atlantic Cod basket since I wasn't in the mood for a burger. It was a little pricey in my opinion at $8.49 for the sandwich, fries and drink. It came out hot and fresh. It could have used more salt, more tartar sauce, and fewer bones (well, it was just one bone, but still). At least that proves it was a real fillet. Just be careful if your child orders one. The fries were hot, fresh, AND salted, so that's a plus in my book (y'all know I'm the Fry Snob). If you're a Coke loyalist, too bad, because they proudly serve Pepsi products, including my fave, Wild Cherry Pepsi. I'm sure I'll be back. Not sure about the fish, though. read more

This place used to have great burgers, they were juicy and cooked to perfection. But now the last several times I've been here the burgers are consistently overcooked and dry. You could squeeze that burger as hard as you can and there's not a drop of juice coming out of it. The "juicy" is gone, and it's just a dry overcooked burger. read more

This was my first time going to Culver's and, I tried a few things on their very extensive menu. The burger actually held together very well and, was dressed with a generous amount of toppings. The fries did nor require any ketchup as they were perfectly seasoned. I also had the fried cheese curds which to me had very little depth of flavor. The concrete shake was generously mixed with the cookie dough bites but, is pretty on par with a normal blizzard but for a higher price. Fast Food game changer!!! We decided to try Culver's after hearing so many great things about the food. We called In our order and it was hot and ready to go when we arrived. The staff (phone, drive thru, and ordering staff) were all very pleasant, friendly, and prompt. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing. The burger was fresh and tastes just as promised (never frozen, and made to order). Hector helped us with our order and he was very personable and everything correct the first time with no issues. I would night recommend the Culver's double with crinkle fries, and what the heck top it off like we did with some ice cream with unique fixings. The butter burger deluxe is a nice size burger and is quite tasty, however it seems as if each time I ask for extra lettuce, extra pickles and extra onions that they only put those items on my burger. I always say I want the burger exactly how it comes and to add the extra items. ( A deluxe comes with cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, pickles and onions.) I see it come up on the computer screen at the drive thru and hoping it will be right but lately it has been a hit or miss in getting my order correct. When my order is correct it is an excellent burger, but when you wait for a long time for your order and it's wrong...well, it's a little disappointing. Make this dessert choice. Who doesn't love a burger and ice cream in some form? The problem with Culvers is you have to nail down the burger part. I got a Mushroom Swiss single patty. They do a smashed burger and it had nice crispy edges but it is a small patty. It felt smaller than a McD's hamburger patty. The mushrooms and cheese were pretty meh. The price for a double is just too high for the quality and quantity of the burger. The onion rings were really good and crisp with a great batter. The concrete I got was the a brownie one that was really good. I would suggest you go here for dessert and some onion rings only. read more
