It's unfortunate that the location has received so many negative reviews, as many seem to be related to the pharmacy rather than the store itself. I stopped by to pick up an online order and happened to browse the costume jewelry section while I was there. I found a beautiful pink ring at a very reasonable price, which was a pleasant surprise. I typically prefer CVS, but this Walgreens provided a positive shopping experience. The store was tidy, easy to navigate, and had some nice finds. Overall, I thought it was a decent visit and would return for future purchases.

They never refill any prescriptions, then get upset when you call and try to refill. They ask when you call "Did you use the app to fill?" YEA, obviously. Do you think I want to speak to you? Alot of times when you call and stay on hold for 20 minutes or more they answer and immediately hang up on you and pretend your call never came in. (Just so their phones can stop ringing on their side) Like what? Are we supposed to pretend like I'm going to forget to call about my prescriptions? You have to get out of your car to get any prescriptions renewed; otherwise, they will put you on the back burner. This place needs TRAINING or REVAMP with a whole new crew.

I have been going through so much as of lately in my personal life, and had to switch to multiple pharmacies. As a result of that I was forced to deal with extremely rude and unprofessional staff there Was no reason on my end for me or anyone to receive such poor treatment!! With that being said it made me appreciate the staff and service provided by this CVS pharmacy/Techs at this location! there are times Ive walked in sad to pick up my prescriptions and left in a much better mood, thanks to everyone here!!! ESPECIALLY two young ladies by the name of Jarielys and Victoria!!! Pharmacy department is horrible always horrible. There's always a line, and you're often ignored…read more The lines are ridiculous, and no one is willing to help you with a smile. Remember, many people are sick and going through tough times. You're not treated like a valued patient or customer. The only reason I continue to come here is because it's close to home. They could improve by giving everyone a lesson in customer service and how to acknowledge people even when you're behind to let them know that you will be right with them. With a smile as well.

I spent 20 minutes sitting at the drive-thru window, ignored, while clearly seeing a line inside. I finally left. On the second day, I waited about the same amount of time inside, only to learn that they had put the prescription back. On the third visit, I waited in line yet again for an extended period. They need more help. One person working the drive-thru and checkout is not enough for the amount of business they do. My previous experiences were very similar. Don't get me started on the privacy issues. If I were a bad person, I could easily document people's names, addresses, dates of birth, and medications being picked up. Personally, I hand them my ID. Please don't ask me for all my personal information in front of strangers. What happened to privacy and HIPAA? Big pet peeve. I'm removing them as my preferred pharmacy with my doctor. The general store staff and checkout are fine, but no more pharmacy pickups for me.

Even then, I sometimes have to travel to a further location because they do not carry a large stock in their pharmacy. This store seems larger then most I feel. It is on a busy main road corner that makes it difficult to enter at times as people tend to block the entrance from the side. It also is a cut through for traffic to go around the back into the shopping center. Staff has been polite on the occasions I have been here. The bathrooms do always seem to need to be cleaned and to access the restrooms you need to a key from the pharmacy. It does seem to need a facelift. It is a good location if you are stuck at the tire kingdom next door to pick up a drink and some snacks.

It is one of the cleaner ones, and everything is spaced out so this store doesn't feel as claustrophobic like some of them do with tons of things everywhere. Overall, it's still a decent Walgreens.

Went back to my original spot, when I was next up she rudley said next person who is in line, she wouldn't take me because she said the guy behind me was next inline, which was false because I was there first, also he told me to go because he knowingly knew I was next. We can see the pharmacist by the computer, she looked at the window and went back to work on her computer, we just end up waiting at the drive through for about 20 minutes. Since nothing was happening, we decided to go inside. Turns out, drive through is closed because the pharmacist is working alone. It would be fine if someone will just let the customers know. There were NO sign on the window, NO cones blocking drive through to let customers know drive through is closed, NOTHING. I get you're busy and can't do everything, but put out signs so we could have saved ourselves the 20 minutes of sitting outside.
