Basically only come here to pick up prescriptions. It's always super busy throughout the days so I thought I'll just come later at night for pick up. Got to the drive through at like 11pm, saw the usually clear pick up window now had a dark translucent shade over it. We can see the pharmacist by the computer, she looked at the window and went back to work on her computer, we just end up waiting at the drive through for about 20 minutes. Since nothing was happening, we decided to go inside. Turns out, drive through is closed because the pharmacist is working alone. It would be fine if someone will just let the customers know. There were NO sign on the window, NO cones blocking drive through to let customers know drive through is closed, NOTHING. I get you're busy and can't do everything, but put out signs so we could have saved ourselves the 20 minutes of sitting outside. read more

I was in this to Walgreens a week ago and witnessed a very load shouting match between an employee in photo and a customer. It was very loud and unprofessional. Then the same employee was up front being rude to a senior citizen who proceeded to walk out. Then the employee just left the store. It was very troubling and uncomfortable. As everyone has already pointed out, in my opinion, this is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They appear to buy into the "let's just make up stuff to tell the customer ". This is the worst customer service I've had from a pharmacy. Came to pick up my prescription, was told it would be ready in an hour. (I was a little early, so I understood). I waited in the parking lot for an hour, got in line, waited in line for 30 minutes, just to be told it was still not ready. Lady asks "do you want to come inside and wait for it?" No ma'am I do not want to come in and wait with the full out flu and bronchitis. Save yourself the hassle and go to the CVS down the road. They aren't great either, but you won't have to wait overnight to get meds, and if they make a mistake, they try to fix it ASAP. read more

I dropped off my RX on MONDAY, the person at the window stated they were expensive and would I pay for them since I didn't have my insurance information yet (I just got approved & it has not arrived yet) I told her I would obviously pay for it. Come Tuesday none of my prescriptions have been filled DUE TO NO INSURANCE INFO. Worst place to send your prescription to. These people don't know how to do their job or just straight up choose not to do it. It's insane that they're playing with peoples well being. They should not be in charge of people's medications. Absolutely terrible telephone answering. Whenever I call I am forwarded to a call center and I have no confidence on the accuracy of the answers given. The inside of this Walgreens is kept up, the woman at the regular counter is always nice and helpful (5 stars for her) but the pharmacy is a disaster, rather if they have one person working or 10. Whenever I come in here regardless of the time there is always a wait, inside and drive through, day or night. I get call on my phone when my prescription is ready, but when I arrive they have yet to fill it, they people at the pharmacy don't tell me that, but instead I have to wait, watching them rush around to fill it. Organization and punctuation is lacking from the pharmacy. I'd rather drive miles down the road then go to this one. read more

They text prescriptions are ready, you go to pick them up and only a portion are available so you have to make yet another trip. This is the closest Walgreens by my house. We go quite a bit. Always have gotten great a service when needed but Walgreens is more of a walk in (i already know what I want and need) kind of a thing. I have never experienced the drug store being out of something I needed. From having the flu and needing prescriptions to just stopping by for some snacks, Walgreens is always my go to. read more

I have always been a fan of Walgreens when I lived in Boston, and yearned for it when I lived in rural upstate NY. This place makes me HATE Walgreens, and only because of the pharmacy. I have a multitude of scenarios that have happened on the last month: -waited in line for 30 minutes, after driving 45 minutes after the doctor left the script to be told it's being filled now and to wait 10 minutes, only to then be told they didn't have the medicine I needed. -I have an insurance that will only cover prescriptions from Walgreens, so I had a 90 day supply of medicine...except when I looked at the bottle, it looked like more like 74 pills dispensed. Seriously. -Doctor sent the script for a new prescription and it was left in the filling stage for 2 days, then changed to out of stock, then back to filling. After an unsuccessful phone call, I messaged the pharmacy professional via the app and she said it was filled. Luckily it was. With the exception of one pricey medication I've moved my prescriptions to the CVS down the road. I'm paying over 5 times more as a result but IT IS SO WORTH IT. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. read more

If it was possible I would give this place negative stars. I moved to the area 6 months ago and every medication I have was transferred to this incompetent pharmacy. When it's time to pick up the wait line is a minimum of 20 minutes just to find out they misbilled my insurance and are charging full price, with a "sorry" from the med tech, which then requires I either come back the next day or wait another hour so they can re bill. The pharmacy has the worst service. For a simple one week script it has taken over four hours and counting. The last time I came here they said the script was ready. Then when I got there they said it wasn't ready yet. Then three hours later they told me it wouldn't be till the next day. Unbelievable! How are they still in business? 21/100 in 100 review challenge 2016 This is one of those stores that you go into because you have to and have no other choice. The store itself is clean and well kept. The aisles are clear and large. It's just overpriced. Well, and the staff has not been properly trained in ANYTHING. Not customer service, not using the equipment wither its the registers or the photo equipment, nothing not trained at all. Publix is close and CVS is a little further down the road but it's worth it to just make the trip to those place instead of coming here. read more

Every time that I'm going to pick up my prescription they don't have it ready and I call two days before to give time so the can have it ready.. Also, they give me a partial prescription and when the have it ready didn't text me so I can pick it up and is a medication that I use daily for my chronic medical condition. Helpful staff, but the store can be crowded and at times one has to wait a short time for RX pickup. 90% of delays seem to be due to customers not having their information on insurance or on their medicine to gotten, or on cost of RX etc. 10% of delays due to having fewer pharmacy staff available when they get hit by a rush of people. A full staff on hand for 24 hours when only needed for one or two odd times during the day is not good judgment, but it seems 80% of their customers have no patience & 20% no manners. i recommend this pharmacy for those with patience, understanding, common sense, & manners.
