The staff is always friendly. The pharmacist has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my kids have their medications. They deal with the insurance, ordering medications quickly, always refilling without me having to ask, getting prior auths handled for me AND THEY DELIVER STRAIGHT TO MY DOOR!!! They were so unorganized and had a rude attitude, I'd never come to this location again even if I had to.

This is absolutely one of the WORST and most INCOMPETENT pharmacies I've ever visited. And in a…read moremarketplace where pharmacies kind of suck, as a business, in general--the CVS of St. Cloud actually stands out as particularly rotten. The staff is rude and lazy, spending more time joking and flirting with each other than paying attention to their customers. The female "doctor" or pharmacist on staff won't even acknowledge her customers with eye contact or a "hello"--just a curt, "Name, date of birth." The rudeness and lack of professionalism is lousy and needs to be addressed on its own--but the fact that these guys can't seem to fill a prescription unless you physically walk in and complain about it is just unacceptable. I've had to do this EVERY month since I started getting my prescriptions filled here. They forget or fail to make notes in their system, allowing patients to run out of meds. They'll also tell you they are out of stock and have to order meds, in order to buy time and push you to the next day. Just an absolutely deplorable pharmacy. Take your prescriptions ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Remember, many people are sick and going through tough times. You're not treated like a valued patient or customer. The only reason I continue to come here is because it's close to home. On our most recent visit we stopped in to order a sub to share for a late lunch. We ordered in-store and the associate was super friendly and made the sub to our liking. We chose the Ultimate Sub with Boars Head ingredients; everything was fresh and delicious. The store is in a very busy location so keep that in mind if you decide to place an order during a lunch or dinner rush. We lucked out and were served immediately since we arrived during their lull. Overall, the store is kept organized, and immaculately clean like most other Publix stores. Check out was a breeze and there were plenty of staff available to support peak shopping hours. I also noticed that one of the Publix employees was helping an older customer load his groceries in his car, which is a great way to be of-service, great job! All in all, I would recommend this store if you are shopping in the area.

They have me the address which was about an hour seat from us. When we got there, the guy said, this is only coming up $5. We were perplexed and dumbfounded. Went back to my original spot, when I was next up she rudley said next person who is in line, she wouldn't take me because she said the guy behind me was next inline, which was false because I was there first, also he told me to go because he knowingly knew I was next. She was very rude and shouldn't be dealing with customers. She was on register 2, and my transaction number is 9010. My receipt doesn't say her name.
