TERRIBLE SERVICE!! went in to pharmacy in person to transfer prescriptions and the clerk that finally took care of me kept speaking with another employee and then asking me the same question..3 times she did this. Gave the information needed. Now ..today, they call and leave message that they need the same insurance information I gave in person last week, when I called the pharmacy the person answering phone immediately told me to hold and disconnected. This is not professional service. If I could I would go back to CVS.. but my insurance has a contract with Walgreens ..so I'm stuck here. read more

I was standing in line waiting to be served when a young woman opened up the next window and waited on me. I didn't realize that it was the pharmacist until she put on her jacket. This review is for the Walgreens Healthcare Clinic located inside the store. I would highly recommend going here versus an Urgent Care location, mainly due to the speed, price and the friendliness of their team. If you have insurance, you generally will just pay the co-pay to visit the clinic. I was seen by Nalini on two occasions and she couldn't have been nicer. Her pleasant demeanor and caring attitude really put me at ease and made the experience enjoyable. The whole experience from being seen to getting a prescription filled was under 30 minutes. I would recommend making an appointment online using their website so you do not have to wait at all once you arrive. read more

I've visited this location a couple times as it is convenient to my work. The store itself is very nice, but somehow I always seem to encounter service issues here. There's been long lines, issues with pharmacy orders and communication, challenges with a delayed photo order and an encounter with a rude manager. As someone that is relatively positive, I tend to be patient and forgiving of some challenges. At this point, I'll be giving the CVS across the street a try before returning to this Walgreens location. read more

This Walgreens' photo department is terrible. I've had multiple instances where I'll place an order, I'll get an email saying it's ready, and when I come to pick it up, it hasn't even been printed!! I worked at Walgreens for almost 2 years. I know you have to MANUALLY click something to say an order is ready. It's not automatic. So someone at this store is clicking that orders are ready when they're not OFTEN. Earlier this year I ordered business cards to the store and they never found them, even though it said they were there, and were SO unhelpful and rude about the situation. I never got a refund for their mistakes. The other night I got off work late and just wanted to pick up my photos really quickly and go home, but once again they weren't printed. Kiniasha I believe was the girl working and she was super nice, she printed them right away while also checking out other guests. She was great and the first employee there to actually be nice to me. I'm done ordering photos from this Walgreens though, they have lost my trust! read more

My rental car locked my keys in it. It was hell. But, Michael and Raja did an amazing job helping me get out of this jam. They went the extra mile and stayed in contact with locksmiths while they were already busy doing their job. I wanted to notify someone at corporate for this kind act of hospitality and taking care of their customers - but i know corporate doesnt really care. I spent a few hours in the store before the locksmith arrived. I can tell you this store has everything you need from products to great service. read more

I'm a HUGE fan of Walgreens...don't know why but I can walk around the store for ever, if I'm ever lost this is probably where you will find me. This store recently opened and it's very clean, spacious with a descent selection of wraps, fruits, sandwishes, wines, soft drinks and of course lots of Disney goodies. A full isle of clothes, mugs and stuffed animals. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars it's because it's a tourist area and I usually try to aviod it. read more

I was extremely disappointed and discouraged when I went into this location and the employee wasn't wearing her mask over nose and when I talked to her at the check out she leaned closer and pulled her mask down completely. I understand wearing a mask for 8+ hours a day isn't comfortable or ideal as o have to do it myself but we're in the midst of a pandemic with no end on site. We need to be taking this seriously and wearing out masks correctly. read more

We love this Walgreens and come here even though there are others in the area that are closer to where we live. Staff has always been helpful and greet you with a hello. We utilize the pharmacy often and find the staff there very friendly and professional. Enjoyed walking on over here from the nearby Springhill Suites Hotel.They have a wide selection of products that You could pick and choose from. Despite all of the tourist traffic due to its location on International Drive and close proximity to Sea World Orlando, Discovery Cove and Aquatica, this is hands down the nicest and cleanest drug store in that area. Don't go to this Walgreens if you care about your health or want a drugstore who does. The pharmacist just refused to fill a Rx because it was close to her closing time. No one else was waiting for a prescription and since I have a fractured bone, I was in pain and she refused to help me. When I spoke with the store manager he said he could do nothing. Name of woman in pharmacy who refused to fill my prescription is Rina. She was either too uncaring of my pain or too lazy- either way, go to the CVS across the street read more

It's rare today to find someone whose been doing a fine job on an ongoing basis. My wife and I are seasonal visitors to the Orlando - SeaWorld area. For a couple of years now, Wale Alayoku (Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens # 15017 on the corner of International Drive and Central Florida Parkway) has been assisting us. Since October 2017, my wife has needed a prescription drug, but when manufactured by one supplier, she has a bad reaction to the medicine. Wale and his team have arranged to fill the prescription from another manufacturer. We know that they go out of their way to special order the drug and are always eager to please us. Thank You.
