We we went there for the sole purpose of upgrading our iPhone 14 to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. We didn't want or ask for anything else. We were there for quite a long time for a phone upgrade but we really didn't notice at the time. A couple of weeks later I noticed that our bill was much higher than the previous month. That's when I learned that our sales rep had added a few things to our account that we did not want or ask for. First she added two cellular iPads. When I questioned her while were at the store she told us that they were free. They weren't free. That cost us an additional $800. T-Mobile would not let us return them because 14 days had passed. She also added 2 lines and insurance to the iPads and phones which I again did not ask for or want. our bill jumped from $130 to $337. We paid off the phones and ported our numbers to Mint Mobile. I can understand honest mistakes. However this was blatant dishonesty.

Sales person put in a new Sims card done with my phone. Tries of course to get me to upgrade my phone and I will never upgrade my phone with Verizon because I have had them scam me in the past. But my 20 year old daughter wanted to update her phone. We have a quote from the sales guy named Ray R. We specifically asked this person, at least five or 10 times that there was gonna be no additional fees to this phone with this promotion that he was offering. And he told us that amount of times that there was gonna be no additional fees on our bill except a one time $35 fee, which would be on the next billing. So guess what we get the bill and they're charging me the full $1100 for the phone. Call Verizon and they told me that I need to go in store and talk with the person. Walk in the store and might be a coincidence but the sales guy that we dealt with walked in the back so I dealt with somebody else at first. Once I started talking how he scammed us, he came out and started talking and I told him he was full of shit. Well, once the word shit came out of my mouth they both told me that we don't have to talk to you anymore. You can leave the store. Why because you know that I'm right! The sales agent Ray R proceeded to tell me that I wasn't listening that day And that he has nothing to lose. REALLY because I'm pretty sure you Ray make commission off of that sale. I am pretty sure I was listening since I've been through this with Verizon in the past with myself and I was not gonna let my daughter get in the same situation and I'm a 50 year old woman, so I'm pretty sure that I was listening to everything that you had to say young man!! And you said multiple times that we would not have to pay anything outside of the $35 fee on the first bill. I have the bill you can see in parentheses where they credited the $1100. Needless to say, I was not very pleasant to them after they accuse d me of not listening . Walked into the store in late October. 3 employees there, zero customers. Still took like 40 minutes to explain to them that I need a battery replacement for my phone. They were chit-chatting about anime and washing machines and ignoring me like the cast of Clerks. I paid that day. They were supposed to call me when the battery came in. A month later, still nothing. Emailed them with my ticket number and asked where we're at. Response: "What iPhone is that for?". I don't use an iPhone and told them so. Again. Ghosted. A week later, I email them again, requesting a refund. I get a quick response with lots of apologies. Says he'll refund and replace the battery for free if I come into the store. Ghosted. 6 days later (we're now well into December, btw), I go to the store today to get my refund in person. "Open" sign is lit up. Door is locked. Lights are out. Their closing hour on the door is 7pm. It's 5:30. I email them again and finally get my refund, without me having to come into the store. Go elsewhere
