After a brief conversation to determine if they could provide this service we drove the 40 miles to their location. Jeremy went over the details of application and price. We accepted the quote, booked a date and made a deposit. We indicated this was our only vehicle and was told they get a corporate discount with enterprise and would take us to pick up a car. We asked if we need to contact enterprise as was told NO. The day we were to drop off the car Jeremy was not there. A woman, name unknown was there. After we explained why we were there she proceeded to ask for all of our information again. Seemed strange as we had already provided this information to Jeremy. We told her that Jeremy was supposed to be there with his truck to show us the PPF installed on his windshield. We waited close to 2 hours only to be told that Jeremy was on a job and wouldn't be in. We were told they would take us to the car rental in our vehicle. This was unsettling but agreed. Got to enterprise car rental only to be told they had no cars to rent us. At one point they tried to rent us our own vehicle!!! At this point we had had enough, told the woman we were canceling and wanted our deposit refunded. She said to drop her off at the Chevy dealer and she would get a ride back to JC Customs from her boyfriend. I guess she didn't trust us to drive her safely back to her workplace. We refused told her we were all going back together so we would have a receipt for our refund. There was no apology given, no attempt to make things right. Jeremy made no attempt to reach out to us. The customer service is nonexistent with JC Customs. If you're looking for a company for PPF applications keep looking, this company is not worth hiring.

Walked into the store in late October. 3 employees there, zero customers. Still took like 40 minutes to explain to them that I need a battery replacement for my phone. They were chit-chatting about anime and washing machines and ignoring me like the cast of Clerks. I paid that day. They were supposed to call me when the battery came in. A month later, still nothing. Emailed them with my ticket number and asked where we're at. Response: "What iPhone is that for?". I don't use an iPhone and told them so. Again. Ghosted. A week later, I email them again, requesting a refund. I get a quick response with lots of apologies. Says he'll refund and replace the battery for free if I come into the store. I'm not worried about the battery, just want a refund. Ask for the funds to be refunded to my card. Ghosted. 6 days later (we're now well into December, btw), I go to the store today to get my refund in person. "Open" sign is lit up. Door is locked. Lights are out. Their closing hour on the door is 7pm. It's 5:30. I email them again and finally get my refund, without me having to come into the store. Go elsewhere

Work asked for install chandelier, change 4 recessed lights to modern recessed lights, install outlet outside to light trees and install 220v outlet in the kitchen. I spoke with 4 companies in addition to Top Flight Electric. Top Flight was multiple thousands more than the other quotes received. Top Flight sends 3 estimates, the "Piece of Mind" most expensive estimate was extremely laughable because the they may as well be re-wiring my entire 4k sqft house and the neighbors house. Absolutely would not recommend.
