She ignored us and didn't say a word and then there was another employee in the next aisle over who looked at her coworker (without acknowledging us) and said "I just mopped in there, it's probably wet." Again neither of them said anything to us for about a minute until I said "so can he use it?" With my son clearly next to me wiggling in distress and this lady who had not said a single word to me or looked in my direction said "well she just said she mopped it and it's wet" I stood there in disbelief for a second and said "so that's a no?" And neither one of them said anything to us. I walked out saying "wow you guys are really weird for that" I actually usually buy all of my shoes from famous footwear but I will never be stepping in this location and probably no other location ever again. They should not be retail employees.

*ALERT* *ALERT* please be careful when dealing with this company they are known for finessing the…read moresystem. The "FIRE" that's has been under investigation caused them to lose my pawn. I tried to come and pay my pawn off before I've had knowledge of the so called "FIRE" (which looked more like robbery to me with the doors being ripped up and forced open) I was given a card and told to call back in a few days when the store would be open. The store did not open for weeks to come. I didn't stop at 1 call I called multiple times ( phone records for evidence) and each time I called the same response was given " The store will be open in about a week you can come and check if we your item". Over the course of the stores closing I've misplaced my wallet so I'm currently in the process of getting a replacement ID to pick up "my item". I was notified that I would still have to pay my full pawn fee plus a late fee. I'm an ok paying my original pawn fee but when a customer has come to pay for their item and they are unable too because of a problem on the company's side the least that can be done is to give an exception on the late fee which was not the customers fault. Also if they are going to charge the full amount plus late I feel as if I should be getting my ORIGINAL ITEM THAT I CAME IN WITH not one of your unsold REPLACEMENTS. As soon as I pick up my item I feel the need to file a report on this store. The way the situation was handled was very unorganized. I will now be boycotting CASH AMERICA Pawn Shop.

So they told me where to look and assured me they had two copies. I just found it and he came over to check that I did. I love the selection this store offers and I love to browse. I especially like looking at the magazines. You never know when magazines won't be available anymore. I am part of the millionaires club, so I save a few bucks here and there. It pays for itself. They also give you coupons when you sign up every year. I really like this location.

The day I went to purchase a phone, I was very patient while he helped the other clerk with customers several times; I was there for over an hr. For the phone I was purchasing he said he didn't make anything on the phone, so I felt for all of his help I would purchase the accessories because he said that's all he made a commission on. While K picked out the screen protector and was putting it on the phone, I picked out a case. There were no display prices or on the accessories. Twice I asked him how much for just the case, both times he said he didn't know because it was bundled, but stated he gave me a discount. I was not able to see the receipt until I paid. I wasn't even able to use the credit card machine myself; and, he had me sign upside down! When I saw I was charged $26.75 for the case and $26.75 for the screen protector, I tried to return them, but was told I could not; even though the receipt states I could within 14 days. He also kept all pkging. When I asked, he refused to call Metro CS, but called the cops on me. I have spoken to CS, which agrees I had been taken advantage of and those were unreasonable prices, Metro is investigating the price gouging. Go to Google Review to see receipt.
