The owner, I believe his name was Lee, was great to talk to and told us all about his store. R U Game? is well organized and has an amazing selection. Some items are a bit over market price but that is to be expected from a resell store because they have to account for the cost of keeping the building running. I wouldn't consider it outrageously overpriced though, it was within a reasonable amount that if the purchase is meant for keeping/using I would definitely buy it. Gamestops are very consistent in rules and pricing and policy no matter which one you go to, so the only thing I can review here it seems would be the customer service and cleanliness of the store. I didnt find anything out of order here at all, and it seemed like a chill place. I bought a used Ratched and Clank game for the PS4 for my little cousin for $32. I would recommend any serious gamer to sign up for their Pro Membership program. Besides that, there just isnt much at all to say about this place. Very slow business during weekday daytime hours it seems. This business is all about the people inside.

I've been going to the Love Shack at least 20 years now. Unfortunately they've recently hired the rudest and actually a verbally combative employee. His name is Isaiah and he has absolutely no customer service skills. You can't miss him he has facial tattoos an an attitude. I've heard complaints from fellow customers and his co-workers. I've literally heard him yell at people and threaten to throw them out after instigating verbal arguments with customers. I've also witnessed patrons literally walk out when they see him working. If you pay 8.00 you are allowed to go upstairs for 12 hours unlimitedly. You have to ring a bell for him to open the door that allows you to go up. Better hope he likes you or you are going to get a big ATTITUDE from him. He simply has to press a button to allow you to go upstairs. Which you PAID for! I don't care if it's 8.00 or 800.00 its his JOB. Yet I have witnessed him entertaining homeless people and sex workers. That are loitering - which is prohibited by the establishment in writing. I'm not one to take the time to write a review. However being treated unwarrantedly by someone who is tactless, classless, rude - with a horrible disposition is worth the time to write a review. read more
