This is a chain office supply store that is convenient when you can't wait for an online order to…read moreship. The actual facility looks very dated and dreary. There's a huge parking lot, but I've never seen a crowd in the store. One nice thing is that you can order items online, and the website will say which items are available for pick up at your local store within 20 minutes. I was dubious (Target and Walmart tend to require more like 2 hours to fulfill online orders), but yes, I received an email in fewer than 20 minutes alerting me that my curbside order was ready. I drove up, walked into the store (I didn't feel like waiting for what I assume is an understaffed team to send someone to my car), and on the right of the entrance was a rack holding all the online orders. I found my bag and was back in my car in less than a minute. That might have been one of the fastest in-store pick ups I've ever done! It's rare that I need office supplies, rarer still that I need office supplies that cannot be fulfilled by Target or Walmart or that cannot wait until a shipment from Amazon can arrive. But for those once every other year situations, I'm happy to use the Tampa Office Depot.

Eventually, I said never mind I got so frustrated that I just ended services completely and went to T-Mobile instead the same day I ended services with this location that I gave my personal information and Social Security, to multiple times over the span of three days. A fraudulent account was opened in my name by these guys. I returned the Apple Watch the next day however they kept the number/account open and proceeded to continue to make multiple charges and Bill month after month. I submitted a police report on these guys. AT&T seems to have no issue with their employees doing this on a regular basis. 3. During one of the three days I spent there a woman came in extremely upset, stating that they never returned her phone and opened an account in her name, and she has been getting billed. My family and I looked at her like she was crazy. However, now I understand and this seems to be a common occurrence at this location. I'm not saying AT&T is the worst service however, they are still billing me even knowing I have sent in a police report and that there was a fraudulent account opened in my name. But What I am saying is that these guys are criminals at the store.

Some items are a bit over market price but that is to be expected from a resell store because they have to account for the cost of keeping the building running. There's a small arcade you can play at for 8 dollars a day and they offer some repair services too. I was able to have an old game of mine with a lot of sentimental value fixed here in like 15 minutes so i was really happy.
