Target is lot like most other big box sotres that sell clothes, homegoods, and groceries. Employees are ok and will help when asked. This particular location has a large self checkout area next to the regular checkout lanes (most of which are closed and not manned). There is also a large covered car drive uyp pickup area. Inside, there is a Starbucks, an eyeglass store, and a small self checkout market that sells snacks and drinks. This partilcular store has a large grocery and bakery section which offer decent selection. One issue is that the shelves are sometimes not stocked well so you'll run into issues there occasionally. We generally leverage this Target to do pickup orders since its convenient to order on the app and pickup in the drive up area. One thing that still bothewrs me about that is there isn't an easy way to check your purchase before you leave. I've only run into an issue once and Target addressed it, but I guess it's part of the cost of convenience. Overall, outside of spending too much money at Target, I can't say too much good or bad. It fills our needs and will probably fill yours too. read more

When making a return at Target customer service, I interacted with associate, Lesa, and handed her my receipt. She asked if the total was $35. I specifically asked her to confirm the amount on the receipt she was holding, and she told me it was correct. After she processed the return, I asked for the original receipt she did not give back to me and noticed the refund was short by $5. Instead of clarifying, she insisted the entire purchase had been refunded, but she couldn't explain the missing $5. When I reminded her that I had asked her to verify the receipt total, she denied saying it was $35 and instead claimed she asked if I wanted the refund back on my card -- which was not true. At that point, she walked away and called a manager without even explaining the issue to them. The manager arrived, and I had to re-explain everything myself. Not only did the manager fail to acknowledge the situation or apologize for the misinformation, but she also questioned my reason for a return-- which was irrelevant. It felt dismissive, as though I was wasting her time, rather than her focusing on solving the refund discrepancy. So unless it's self check out, not recommending this store or the people who work there. read more

Target has the best pick up system out of all of the grocery stores! I love their app that makes it easy to let them know I'm coming. Then, when you get there, you click arrived and which parking spot you're in. And then it even gives you a code to show the employees, so you never have to roll down your window if you don't want to. Probably the worst store in the entire district. Was misinformed by multiple workers in the electronic department regarding an item becoming available. After waiting for 1 hour for the store to open, I go to buy the item and I was told they were sold out. After speaking with the manager, Felipe, he agreed the I was informed and told me he's give me a $30 gift card. Minutes later, he went back on his word and told them to give me a $15 gift card. Oh this Target. It's fine. It's better than no Target. This is the closest Target to my new house. It is much smaller than my old one. The layout is a little weird, too. the parking lot is mayhem. The grocery area is nice to have, but it's small, so selection is more limited. It feels like the shelves are taller than other targets, which means they can carry more stuff, but it adds to the cramped feeling. I haven't been inside this target much since spring, but from what I recall, there is a Starbucks near the registers. Maybe my old target was a SUPER target and this is a Mini Target. I don't know. Anyway, I don't love it in there. Lately, I've been doing the curbside thing there and I like that just fine. You can shop online and load up your cart. In a few short hours, you get an email saying your order is ready for pickup. Just navigate the parking lot to the very clearly marked and easy to see curbside spots. Click the link that says "I'm here" and in moments an associate will come out. Then you show them your code through the window and they load up your trunk. You dont even have to get out. In fact, they kind of want you to stay in your car. It's wonderful! I appreciate these people so much. I love this service so much I hope I can keep doing it when the pandemic is over so I don't have to go inside that cramped store. read more

We were here to buy a registry gift. It is next to the sprouts market. I wonder the parking will be pack during the shopping time because of the adjacent popular store. It was not hard to find the items that we were looking for when there was help on the floor to point us the direction. We also went to get some fruit since they are super target that carry groceries also. It convenient to make this one stop destination. We were assist on the removal of the registry item we brought. The only thing they miss is the two items we bought for registry, the clerk only remove one. But we found a way to remove the item online when we use the receipt number below. As a result we don't need to return to the store to remove it. It was good thing we have online solutions. read more

I prefer this location when I go to Target. They are consistently working on improving the store. Lately they really improved how the store looks. They brought more options for healthier food and cosmetics. They also carry non dairy milk and yogurts. There are still too much junk food. Love Target. I could just spend hours walking around Target. This is my go to store for anything. I love the fact that I can also order online and pick up at the store. Orders are processed fast and typically ready within an hour. They also have the drive up service now which I've used once and like that too. You check in and leave your car description via the app and an associate will bring out your order and load into your car. Target is always clean and the associates are always friendly. I still have to get used to the new layout of the store and hate the brightness of the makeup section. But that won't deter me from shopping here. read more

As my sister likes to say, "Target is where America shops for stuff". If I'm doing a general shopping trip, then Target is a great place to look for most of the items on my list. This Target is located in the northern end of the shopping center at N. Dale Mabry and Ehrlich. I guess it's true that each store echos the needs of the local community since I prefer the selection at the bigger Super Target on W. Hillsborough which is near to Westchase. This store seems to appeal to an older audience with established families, and that's not me. Since I was shopping for an exciting list of items like plastic trash bags, laundry detergent, and assorted housewares I opted for the convenience of this store, and found everything I needed. All staff here is wearing masks and gloves and we just like to come to this location to look around and get the items we need. We ended up in the cleaning section and found some Clorox wipes which we haven't seen in MONTHS since the whole pandemic happened. So as u might guess, we were astonished... lol. There was a sign that said "One item per person" (referring to the wipes). So we take one and we check out in self checkout, and ALL staff is wearing a mask and they have us wait in line and then they escort us to the register. They are all also wearing gloves! Which is a GREAT add on to just masks. Over all i'd say we had a great experience! read more

All Target stores seem to have an "entrance fee" for me of at least $50 these days. What I mean by this is that when I enter one, I will not spend less than that before I leave. Still a bit disappointed in this store. None if the carts are cleaned in between guests nor the atm input. But, I was SUPPER PROUD of all the guest only a few did not wear a mask. I went today to purchase a TV they had 70 inches and above.(Money makers). I was looking for a smart TV. In a 40-50 inch. Will.have to continue to look. Well, I was happy to see that they price-matched my air filter that was listed at $9.29 on the Target website but $16.99 at the store. Um... why though? To get an extra 8 bucks from people who don't doublecheck prices? Which is probably most people! Messed up! Tip: ALWAYS scan your items for the lowest price at Target! They bump the prices UP in-store but will match if you show them that it's cheaper online at target.com. If you take a few extra moments to check every item I assure you that you will save money. Also, the cartwheel app offers 5% off most up&up items, among other stuff. The dog section was kind of lacking but alright. I needed a new retractable leash and got one in pink, good for enhancing the femininity of my girl dog, who everyone thinks is a boy. read more

You can't miss this store, its huge. We had to stop off to get my little nephew some orajel. He stuck his tongue on the freezer the night before and it was sore that morning. The pharmacist was super helpful and gave us instructions on how to care for his hurt tongue. I have to say her instructions worked like a charm. He was back in kid shape in just a few hours after starting the treatment of salt water and orajel. I'm deducting one star because I bought a mossimo hat that fell apart in Mexico only a few days later. Poor quality and I was totally disappointed with the product. read more

How this store is still able to make it with Walmart across the street beats me. Rarely do I go to a Target that is not a Super Target. I was in the area and was looking for dish towels along with a few other kitchen accessories. The variety and the prices just didn't do it for me so I ended up going elsewhere. This store felt very old and outdated to me. This Target was far off in the distance in this strip mall but it needed the space because of the size of the store! Service was fairly friendly and most of the time the folks were more by the cashiers area. The aisles were clean for the most part and items on sale were displayed. Your typical neighborhood Target. This location is nestled in the corner of a plaza with terrible lighting. I would highly recommend increasing the lighting in the parking lot as sometimes parking far away from humanity when there is very little light in the parking lot makes me feel terribly unsafe. The target itself is clean and quite large. Thus far I have been able to find everything in the store I've went in for as the shelves are always stocked and there are always team members around to assist if help is needed. Who doesn't like target?!?!? There is a target close to where I live, however i choose to drive an additional 10 minutes to get to this location because it's that much better. This location is in a quite busy plaza and the parking can be a little hectic, however I do enjoy how clean and friendly the environment is. I also like that they have added a new area in the beauty department specifically separating the beauty products for women and men. They have significantly supplied a variety of different new brands and emerging products. The beauty department is set up similar to a Sephora with middle bar of new items and clearance and quick grabs which is neat. It's unlike Walmart with the boring beauty aisles. The men's area doesn't have a lot compared to the women's side, of course! However, I like that everything is easier to identify for the men. It makes it more appealing as my fiancé was able to peruse through the products. Their fresh produce department is also expanding which is awesome but still quite pricy compared to your local farmers market or Publix but it's a quick stop shop for everything so it makes it convenient. And of course who can forget the Starbucks in Target hahaha. A perk! Tip: End caps are where you should look for sales. 3 stars only because Super Target is right up the road. This Target does seem a bit old. They have the old school cafeteria place to eat and no Starbucks. Regardless, they do have a pretty decent selection of merchandise. I have been here a few times because it is the closest to my new apartment. I have never had any problems with finding what I need, and my only complaint is that I cannot get all caffeinated at the Starbucks before shopping. Target is Target, sometimes it can be better or worse depending on the location and management, but overall it is difficult for the review to go up and down outside the amenities like Starbucks that may be offered inside. Since the remodel, this has become my favorite Target to shop at. I love the clean, modern vibe it has going and the music is a plus. I love a good Target, and this area has a few that are great, ie: New Tampa and Lutz, but this Target's home decor section always looks great. You can totally tell that whoever is in charge of this department has pride in their work. The Hearth & Hand with Magnolia section is always neat & tidy, and the rest of the home decor section is just fantastic. I spoke with the manger SUSAN there about my issue with the price of the toy i was buying. when it was rang up it was a different price then the price tag and when i went back to the toy area and took a photo of the sign to show them it was really there she preceded to tell me i'm sorry can you NOT READ?? WOW it says a different toy name!!! After she was clearly super rude over her employee making the mistake with the tag i said im sorry i was not even aware of the name of toy and you're employees should make sure they are doing there job bc not ever person looks at the name to match it with the item!! WALMART, PUBLIX AND MANY OTHER PLACES when mistakes that aren't the customers fault they do everything to take care of it! Tuesday, 16 June. Approximately 3:30pm I went to the store to return AirPods my wife had purchased me for work. Now this wasn't the first time my wife had purchased AirPods to target and kind of didn't work out. But what is different about the story is this the first time I had returned it instead of her. Now I am not African-American I am Spanish but sometimes I can get confused. Not saying this was a racial thing. I think it's more of how others view others. But shouldn't have anything to do with business. I explain to them that my second generation AirPods actual ear piece serial number doesn't mean nothing to target. I already spoke to Apple. Whatever number is on your earpiece is probably a2031. And when I pull up all the info on my phone all the serial numbers matches the box. I have spoken to Apple and they said they have never heard of anybody physically checking the AirPod ear that goes in your ear. And Apple said it is 100% returnable. So why won't target return it. I guess I will keep you updated because tonight writing a letter to corporate. It's truly not about the money as more as it is embarrassing for me who life's and works in the community where he shops at! Let's see if they make this right. I personally prefer Target over other large chain 'find everything you could possibly need in one place' stores. One of the top reasons is that I've never had a bad experience at a Target but feel as though this location is always on point. Being that thousands of people walk in and out of this store it's hard to believe that it's always so clean and orderly. The staff is pleasant and eager to help. This is the best target I have been to! Everything is great and tidy. You have employees always cleaning up after people and they are super nice.You can find your way around target very easily because it might be big but you can find the stuff you need by just going through one simple isle. This Target is on my side of Dale Mabry and easier to get to than the Walmart across the road, so I've spent more time here looking for a bargain than over there. i've given it 4 stars because, no matter how many times I've been here, I've walked away with most of what I came there for. Very rarely, do I walk out disappointed. When our granddaughter was in those early year ages where you'd buy something one month only to find yourself back out there two months later looking for the some clothes because she's grown out of them, this was our place. It's food section is smaller than a SuperTarget but tends to have a good selection of items in a pinch. I don't use it for my main food shopping but with Sweet Bay out of the local area and the local Publix still not yet renovated (word is that the people who worked on the Obamacare website is handling this job as well), I may have to start grocery shopping here as well. When I walked in through the door I was greeted with a hearty hello and a big smile by one of the cashiers. I walked over to the bike section hoping to find the right one I researched online for. I was looking around for a couple of minutes when a gentleman walked up to me and asked if I needed any help finding anything specific. I told him about what I was looking for and asked if he had anything in the back. He said he would be happy to assist me and that he would be right back.
