Since I was there for books, dishes, or glass collectibles, I can't honestly speak to quality or selection of clothing. I wanted to ask someone about the price on books, but could not find an employee except for the ones at checkout where there was a very long line. Not sure I want to continue donating here because the state of the store was not very respectful of their clients. I'd hate to be enabling behavior that was hurtful to someone less well off who doesn't have choice about where to shop.

Softer. People who work there are generally very nice, which makes the whole experience feel pleasant. I have not actually purchased that many things there. A few plastic art organizers that I use for my makeup. Some Christmas ornaments. And one hanging wall art piece. That is about it. But I still enjoy going in. I am an artsy, craftsy type person.
