I have developed a really bad habit of looking at the ceiling vents pretty much everywhere I go...bad because this seems to be one area most frequently neglected. They didn't have the size in shorts I needed but I did find some I fell in love with. Many Skechers now have Memory Foam, which make the brand extremely COMFORTABLE. I was never impressed w/ Skechers until the company began adding it. I asked if an online promotion could be honored in-store, and while I completely understand if store policy says no, the interaction felt dismissive, especially after watching another customer receive a discount from a different associate just a few feet away. Hopefully this was just an off day and Dori gets a quick refresher on customer service, because DSW is usually one of my favorite places to shop. I spent over an hour in there last week and didnt see a single employee on the floor. They have a very large selection, and lots of sizes on the floor, but seem to be very limited in wide sizing. I would have asked about it had I seen someone. They don't have the little protective footies anywhere that I saw either. One thing thats nice is they do have a nice selection of fancy handbags and purses. So if you're looking for one of those, this is a decent place to try and find one.

I've ordered clothes from their catalog for many years and was very happy to find a storefront when moving here to the Tampa Bay area. I've been shopping there ever since. They also have a store at Wiregrass, but I like the one at International Plaza the best because they have more of a variety of petite sized clothing. If you're short like me, then this the better store. Anyway, the clothes are very good quality and have lasted me many years of wear. They never go out of style. They are classic and simple. They can be expensive but they do have an outlet sale online. They also have great in-store sales. Today it was 40% off the marked down items. I found 2 knit tops for a total of $45. You also get an extra 5% off every purchase each time you use your J.Jill card. So, it was actually 45% off for me. The Wearever and Pure Jill collections are my favorite. They are perfect for travel, and are very comfortable. It's great for the conservative dresser. The staff is very helpful. If they don't have your size they will find one for you at another store (just like most stores). It's not a place where I would shop at routinely but I'm always happy with my purchases. Will continue to shop there and online for many years more.
