"Saks Global is closing more Saks Fifth Avenue locations, a Neiman Marcus location, and most of its standalone personal styling suites in 18 states, the company announced this week. The company made the announcement on Tuesday, Feb. 10, noting that the closures are part of "strategic actions" that will "enable profitable and sustainable growth." 4.5 stars for this busy 27,376 square foot outlet store. It's open daily & hosts up to 1,200 designer brands. Prices are reasonable: up to 70% off w/ additional discounts on Final Sale items, which are each marked w/ a yellow dot (sticker). Sacs OFF 5TH sells the same brand names you'll find at Sacs Fifth Avenue, but the items here are "missing some embellishments and are made from less pricey fabrics." (Tampa Bay Times 2012) The first Sacs OFF 5TH opened its doors in 1990; there are 102 locations in the U.S. & Canada. This location opened in late Oct 2015 during the Tampa Premium Outlets' grand opening. Designers include (but are not limited to): Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Calvin Klein, Chanel, Coach, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Donna Karen, Fendi, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Hermes, Hugo Boss, Kate Spade, Lacoste, Liz Claiborne, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Prada, Ralph Lauren, Tiny Kids, Tommy Hilfiger, Valentino, VEJA, Versace, & Yves Saint Laurent (to name very few). On my latest visit, I purchased a pair of Doctor Scholl's burnt orange "faux suede" shoes @ 60% off & a comfortable pair of initialed Michael Kors' black flats @ 36% off-- SEE PIC. Not a fan of pimping designer brands (especially for free:), the flats will be perfect for casual dinners in Vegas in late November. Customers have 30 days to return or exchange any item w/ a store receipt w/ the exception of Final Sale items (distinguished by that yellow dot). Non Final Sale items purchased online may be returned via mail or taken to any Sacs OFF 5TH location. Sacs OFF 5TH will price match the following competitors, providing the items are "not on promotion" nor are they "deeply marked down": Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Macy's, & The Outnet. The customer must present a current ad. Numerous women's shoes lined the side wall & took up A LOT of floor space. Men's footwear lined the opposing wall. Each pair that interested me was in the correct size section & price marked. I saw LOTS of baby/children's clothing & shoes. Prices varied, but many were @ large discounts. This is where I'll visit should I ever need a baby shower or child's birthday gift. I saw some truly gorgeous outfits! This very large open store also has an active wear and a sleepwear section; men's & women's clothing sections; purses, handbags, & backpacks (lots of gorgeous top designer bags); bathroom & kitchen sections; an area for designer perfumes & colognes; beauty products & jewelry; & additional sections I've likely omitted. Oh, clearance! MANY racks of clearance clothing. Unfortunately, almost every clothing item I touched was misfiled within the racks. There were a few items not on shelves or hangers (due to customers), but that's to be expected in a busy store as large as this. The store was clean & organized upon my visits. Thrice I've accompanied friends, yet I (we) have yet to encounter a friendly floor or front-end staffer. The word "sour" comes to mind. Hence, it's the reason this store did not earn five stars-- a definite managerial issue. Be sure to join Sacs OFF 5TH REWARDS, an incentive program I just read about online-- not one cashier had mentioned it. (Currently, online customers can earn $10 for every order of $100; it may be the same for in-person shopping.) UPDATE: Upon a return visit, Staffer Dominique was INCREDIBLE! She should be used to train staff. In late July of 2022, Sacs OFF 5TH "teamed up with Rent the Runway to sell pre-owned designer clothing at discounted prices...to draw in young luxury consumers." Nice massive store carrying many brand named clothes. Mayor heads up to those not aware, expect to blow a lot of money here. Nice to just stroll by n cry every time you fine something you really love n actually fits you! Lol for real! It's so hard for me to shop sense most women are skinny n short but a big tall gal like me? It's always complicated. Other than that the store is clean and well kept. U could blow 30 mins to an hour just taking your time. It's so big u don't ever feel cramp. read more

Just an okay store to browse. Huge store and you can catch some good deals at times however despite how many times I've walked around browsing I've really only made two purchases in this store lol. I tend to stick to the shoes area. But it takes some patience for browsing. Shoes are organized by sizes but there is no organized manner to type of shoes. They did have some holiday chocolates and other holiday type gift items in the center of the store when we went. read more

Picked up a Calvin Klein bag in clearance went to the register and it rang up a different price. I was told by the employees and the manager that because it's a $50 difference they could not give it to me. They looked at me and say people do this all the time! WTF! Will never shop in that store again...., read more

Staff member in shoes with other gentleman took it upon himself to tell me they were closed. I said okay and started to leave and noticed at least 20 other shoppers still there and not being told to leave. Looked at my watch and they still had at least 3 min before official close and front door was still open when I left. I understand you want to go home but don't kick people out of the store early unless you are going to do it to the entire store. Will not be going back. read more

To much going on. I'm not a good, patient shopper and never be This place gives me anxiety. I have found some decent deals while shopping here. But nothing is very organized. Allot of branded clothes stuffed on hangers and over crowded in sections. You will have to be diligent if you want to find an outfit. Still, you can find some decent quality name brand items at a fraction of the cost. I can't say that there is great customer service since all the times I've visited no one has ever helped me or asked if I needed help. This is a bargain shop similar to Nordstrom Rack. read more
