They picture themselves as a luxury retailer however their customer service is extremely poor, their website barely works and they give no assistance if you need. I had a lost package and they supposedly opened a claim with FedEx. they NEVER got back to me and when I followed up, they said the claim was denied and they were going to send an email (that I haven't received till this day) in store, manager said "the customer open the claim - not us) Neiman Marcus is completely misaligned!!!! It took me one hour to make a return because package was open (they don't disclose that on the return policy - packages must be sealed), the Millenia store manager Vasantika was very polite and professional. BUT, all the online and phone customer service was just terrible and wrong information was given to me! read more

Neiman Marcus stands out as a premier department store, offering the latest fashions from top designers, along with a wide selection of accessories and cosmetics for men, women, and children. I have a particular fondness for the holiday decorations, which are truly unique, featuring beautifully adorned Christmas trees, specialty food items, wreaths, garlands, tree ornaments, and much more. My favorite is the butterfly motif suspended above, which imparts a sense of tranquility while riding the escalator. There are several other services offered from alterations, personal shopping, and even curb-side pick-up. Known for is luxury and high-end fashion Neiman Marcus does have limited offers and sales that cater to shoppers that value quality, exclusivity, and superior service. read more

Service wasn't so great. The ppl that worked there were walking around looking at their cell phone. I had to ask for some assistance. I bought two pair of Christian Louboutin's: Sweet Jane Ankle-Strap Sandal $845, and Sporty Kate Slingback $995 so I spent over $1,840 with tax. Six months after having the sandals the leather cover came off the buckle. I've worn them 4-5 times (a cover) is a defect to me it couldn't have been made as well as they thought for it to pop off. I went into Neiman Marcus and the manager Guiliana sent them out for repair informing me there will be a charge. I received a text a week later and called 1-800 I was informed "they will have to change both sides so it will match and it will be approx. $95 that's an estimate." I replied and informed them to send my sandals back. I will NEVER buy anything from Neiman Marcus nor Christian Louboutin again. *** Coach bags/shoes are a third of what I paid, and they stand behind their products you have a year warranty. I'm so unpleased and wished I never entered that store. read more

Amy in the creed fragrance area is so great she helps you. I walked in to get some facial cream for $380 and walked out spending $1800 because she's so knowledgeable and she tells me what I should do for my skin with La Mer. she's absolutely great thank you 100% recommend you ask for Amy. read more

Very clean and well organized. They keep everything very pristine here. They carry high-end names and brands, and the pricing matches with that business model. The staff was very friendly and I was greeted by several employees as I walked through and looked. They are taking COVID seriously with signage and employees all properly wearing their masks. Bathrooms were also very clean. Overall: A Good location for the chain - clean, organized and friendly staff. read more

I enjoy shopping at Neiman Marcus in general and really wanted to like this particular location. But alas, the sales folks in the store leave much to be desired. Whenever I try to shop at this location, I'm always left feeling like I infringed on the personal time of the sales people. I have yet to visit and have someone greet me or offer me a fitting room. Because of the lack of service, I will either go to Nordstrom or order from my go-to Neiman sales person in a Dallas, TX. In fact, my go-to Neiman person texts and calls me regularly to check in, gives me a heads up on sales and remembers my preferences and style and will send me pics of what he thinks I will like. THIS is the type of luxe service I've come to expect from Neiman. Unfortunately, the location at International Plaza regularly falls short. I do hope the Neimans at International Plaza will train their employees on the value of customer service. It'll go a long way in making me (and from what I read, others) a loyal shopper of this particular location. read more

Neiman Marcus is a seemingly dishonest company! They gave me a one-time courtesy credit back in October with a price lock on another product that they couldn't deliver while I was in town! The problem is the one-time courtesy credit they gave me was immediately removed from my credit card and was used to complete the full credit from the product I returned! They fail to tell you that info. They lie when they tell you your money will be returned within 7-10 business days, really not true! I heard many different timelines: 3-5 days, 7-10 days, or 7-14 business days from when they receive the merchandise. They forget to tell you the shipping times. It took almost 2 weeks to ship from Florida to Texas? Then for it to get processed and checked out... then another 3-5 business days to process your credit. You have to spend hours and hours on the phone with reps that cannot switch you to the correct department. They cannot even get a hold of the correct department nor can they give you the proper information to you!!! So, if you like wasting your time, spending hours and hours on the telephone with agents that are foreigners and seem to be clueless!!! If this is the company you want to deal with, good luck!!! As far as I'm concerned, I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT NEIMAN MARCUS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T SHOP HERE EITHER!!! This is my holiday gift to all. I found my products on The Luxury Direct and dealt with Austin. Very accommodating company and willing to please!!!!! AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM NEIMAN MARCUS!!! read more

I have never met such rude and deceptive people in my life. I came in (don't live here) and bought a foundation. Clé de Peau. The lady swiped my face to 'color match.' It was a good match but shared my skin in sensitive and needed to try it. I bought it and she NEVER said that once opened you cannot return. Had I been told that, I would have had her out on my face to try for the day before I spent $150. Customers should be told that. Well, it did not work. Tried one time the very next day. Went in to return and this lady at the Clé De Peau counter that sold it to me said, "the color match was because I told you you couldn't return." She NEVER said that. And when she rang it up she put the receipt in the bag. When I tried to return she put the receipt in my face and said it's printed at the bottom. I shared that if that was their policy it should be stated prior to the purchase or pointed out on the receipt and not shoved in the bag by the associate. This store can give a crap about customers, instead they only care about their numbers. I left the used products on the counter and walked out. Neiman's should do the right thing. This employee needs to be honest. In fact, Neiman's should retrain ALL employees. read more

I purchased very expensive Prada shoes through Neiman Marcus online at the end of January 2025. I paid over $1,500, including tax for those shoes. I chose Neiman Marcus for their good reputation and customer service, as I needed a comfortable, good looking shoes. After wearing those shoes a couple of times, the side buckle fell apart. I called Neiman Marcus at the beginning of June. They informed me that they could not accept the shoes back, and that the repair shop will call me within two weeks. I was very disappointed to learn that they do not stand by their products, and I would have to wait so long only for someone to call me about my repair, followed by potentially a month for repairs. I will not shop at Neiman Marcus again! I received so much better service through Nordstrom, where in that kind of situation, they exchange the shoes immediately. Luxury, very, very expensive shoes no warranty!!!! Extremely disappointed !!!!!! Basia Lenczowski read more

This is the closest NM to Sarasota. I needed to exchange my Cassandre WOC (uneven stitching) bought at Neiman's in Va. I called to make sure they carry the brand before driving an hour north. The SA was incredibly helpful. I was passed the 10 day return window but she asked the manager if I could exchange to a different bag since they didn't have the color taupe available. After trying on a few small purses, I decided on a Lou Lou toy. Had to pay a few $$$ for the difference but I'm much happier with the new purse. My SA also invited me to check out the very limited stocked in house Chanel boutique. I wanted to try on a small trendy but didn't have any. Love how accommodating everyone was. read more

This one probably falls under the category of "oversharing on the internet." I recently had the pleasure of shopping with Raymond in the women's department. He did all the wonderful things we love Neiman Marcus for; started a room, brought me water, he even undressed a mannequin that was wearing the last Alice + Olivia mini dress in black (that I simply needed) for me to try on. I didn't purchase the dress. What I did find was jeans. Something I haven't purchased in a looooooong time and most certainly not since gaining (a lot) of weight (that I needed to). It took me a couple dozen sniffles, a hand squeeze or 5 from my husband, and a lot of patience but I was successful. When I was finally making my final purchases Raymond made note of the jeans and commented that the maker is a great choice for jeans with a shorter inseam. I told him it was my first time buying jeans after gaining a lot of weight. It's not a big deal or anything but what he said actually made me cry. It was the first time I have said something about gaining weight and instead of being met with "oh haven't we all" or "don't worry you can lose it again" or even something kinder(?) like "but you look great!" he gave me the knowingest look and said calmly "good for you" and then he smiled and moved on with the conversation. His kindness and patience from the start are worthy of sincere kudos and corporate congratulations. His impact on my life will not soon be forgotten and I can assure you, we will be lifelong shoppers. Thanks, Raymond. BONUS STARS: He didn't give me a hard time when I declined a bag for my garments and let me leave without one, which is rare behavior from higher end stores. read more

Beautiful location. You must, and I do mean must, go upstairs only to take escalator down to experience the gorgeous, angelic butterfly arrangement twinkling above your head. I was so bummed my phone battery died to not be able to snap a pic. Sam up in the Home Department was lovely offering me a water. Their home selection is always lovely and thoughtfully curated. I look online quite a bit for inspiration and ideas. Their sunglass selection is spot on and I found my next pair, which is not an easy feat to accomplish. A lovely store offering a tranquil environment. read more

They call it 'Needless Markup' for a reason, but yeah, you gotta love NM for its over the top existence. Bonus: Check out the artworks they added to their collection when the store opened. I wander through occasionally just to visit the works by Thomas Kettner, Betsy Orbe Lester and Mernet Larsen (all of whom I have in my collection). There are a number of other great pieces scattered about as well. Remember, they don't take real credit cards, only their own issue. read more

Was super impressed by the level of class and sophistication of this store, but am quite impartial to the notion of buying anything here. You will find well displayed designer items on both the second and first floor, but the first is where most of the cosmetic products are. I didnt spend too much time here, but I tried to haggle on a couple of Hugo Boss shirts. Nobody took me seriously after that. My wife bought some eyeliner for 60% off and we were well on our way. Shoutout to the man in the blue suit who seemed passionate about his job. The store is basically a 10/10 but is not my kind of store. read more

the people that work here are so rude! i stood at the eyewear counter for about 25 minutes as the gentleman was assiting 1 customer and he never once said "excuse me while i assist this customer". he just ignored me the entire time until a woman walked up and assisted me. she was nice until i picked out a pair of frames and asked if they had another color in-store or online. she didnt even bother to look so i looked it up on my phone in front of her so we can see the options on frame colors and she just walked off right in front of me! This store has a lot of great luxury items! From Instagram popular fashion trends to new releases, everything is set up cute and the workers walking throughout the store are helpful and friendly, however the bigger woman in her 40's working at the Chanel boutique made the experience miserable! With rude looks and a completely unwelcoming stare I was looking for a Chanel calfskin clutch, but I definitely would go when a different essay is there.... is isn't even a real Chanel and it's extremely small so I don't know why she was so entitled as her Chanel bag was no where to be found on her desk, anyways I digress I would still recommend coming here. 'Looks can be deceiving...' I must confess, I wasn't looking my best when we went out to dinner/ shopping. I was wearing white shorts, VS PINK baseball shirt and toms. I was looking at some heels and noticed a gentleman who worked there. He did not acknowledge me, he was too busy texting or whatever he was doing on his phone. After 10 mins of browsing a lady walked over and ask if I needed help. BTW, She came up to me with her head up and looked down at me... (uhh, okay?) Anyway, I told her I wanted the So Kate Degrade & Pigalle Follies in size 38. She then lowered her head and told me "Of course ma'am. I'll bring that right out." Wow, the sales people here sure does respect you when they know you're about to pull out your credit card, until then they are totally disrespectful. read more

After going to the Neiman's in San Fran, I was So hoping to find that they too carried a great selection in bras. Sadly, they do not. This Neiman's is by far the worst I have ever been to. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. After an unpleasant experience at Louis Vuitton at the international mall in Tampa I walked over to Neimans. I was looking for a handbag for my girlfriend. I started at Chanel and the salesman showed me two that I didn't care for. I went to the Prada section. As soon as I walked in a saleswoman appeared; Tamisha. She was wonderful, very patient and helped me decide. I mentioned my bad experience at Louis Vuitton and told her Id heard they were out of boxes. "Not here she said!"
